We have been here as tenants for several years. The grounds have been Very well maintained. Our friendly office staff have responded quickly repectfully and professionally! The maintenance staff have been excellent as well.

Gorgeous
Very beautiful property. Ever since the new manager it has been a breath of fresh air. They brought back the residents events and I like that you can rent out the clubhouse for events. Very affordable compared to nearby properties. I highly recommend.

The community is beautiful and the grounds are very clean and well manicured. The pool, gym and leisure areas are beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and Samantha was excellent. Love the set up of the apartment the appliances, the floor in the light in. Looking forward to living at this community.

Great Apartment, love living at Siena! The staff is very helpful and makes my apartment feel like I'm living in a luxury resort. the maintenance team is friendly and handles all my repairs quickly! Great place to raise my kids.

It's been wonderful in all areas except for 2) the landscapers do a lot of hacking but never plant, so we have a lot of dead bushes that create bug infestations thar can't be cleared by spraying, since the dead bushes are the issue. And the rent has increased by an unlivable amount. $700 in 5 years. Our dog parks also desperately need facelifts (Atlantico and Siena)

the grounds are beautiful . the staff is very accommodating. the maintenance staff is exceptional . the apartment appliances though nice looking could be updated particular ly the cabinets . they chip easily. the stove and oven also need an update. overall a great place to live. just needs a bit of an update

It's a pleasure living there, the community is well kept. The service and the all the staff are great. The location is really convenient. You have the Turnpike next to you which it, and I-95 is not that far at all. Great restaurants and shops near by.

The community is fabolous, there are just few things to do that i dont really like or enjoy. The people working there is always amazing and very very nice, but the thing is that for example I paid for a lake view apt and for some reason I only have lake view for 3 months, after that the branches and threes are so big that can see anything. Of course is not fault of the people working there, I understand that there are policies that we have to follow, but being that the case is very dissafortunate.

Everyone is accommodating at the leasing office and my service requests have been excellent ...i think pest control in the area of 8114 could be improved..There are problems with drainage in my area caused by a possible roof or gutter issue .I have sent pictures and brought it to the attention at Sienna .

Overall the community is ran well and appreciate the attention to safety. The trees need to be trimmed more regularly given they get overgrown quickly. If not maintained there are more bugs inside and debris outside on terraces, front door area. Making the community look unkept. There should be a a security gate where u have a key fob to get in. There should be pickleball courts and a basketball court.

Very positive experience. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. It is well lit throughout. The grounds are well maintained and pet friendly. There's a great dog park, but it is not fenced in. The valet trash pickup is a plus!!

Insufficient on sight help. Grounds and buildings not maintained properly. FCI has outrageously increased rentals starting when pandemic hit and have continued to rise obscenely without any better maintenance to property. Too many people responsible for a well managed property have come and gone. The amenities offered are ordinary and common even in lower communities. Because rentals are out of sight a move is too costly and at my age I find myself stuck between a rock and hard place.

It's a decent place. Alot of issues my first couple of months moving in. Small holes in the wall that caused ants on a regular basis. I had to fill the holes myself. Issues with parking. Having to park away from my building because there isn't adequate parking in front of my building. AC not functioning properly in a Florida apartment. Some many little things but the people are nice.

Our experience has been OK, the maintenance staff is fabulous. We have lived in two different apartments there and our neighbors blast music at all hours and it is frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone in the office as well.

Overall the experience has been really nice. The community is beautiful except I feel like there isn't enough upkeep (cleaning the stairs and common areas) and there is a serious bug problem that doesn't always get taken care of

Must love dogs to live here, constant barking and poop prevails. Nice landscaping team, trimming, cutting and blowing weekly. Management very rigid and deflects all decision making to corporate unknowns.

I would never recommend this community. The staff is rude and the community is not maintained at all. They make the area around the leasing look nice but that is it. The rest of the building are unkept. The appliances are poor quality and the AC systems must be run at a very low temperature to cool the apartment. The apartment also always feels humid if you don't keep it very cool. The leasing office is very resistant about wanting to fix our maintain anything.

Very nice mid level luxury apartments. Good Amenities. Overall well taken care of but non apartment repairs take weeks and months. Maintenance crew is excellent, friendly, and very accommodating . Office staff tries hard.

It's been enjoyable ,the pool has too many trees around, so hard to sun bathe, but the pool is nice, it has an nice automated gate for entry and cute ponds around the complex the apartments itself have tile floors and dark cabinets

I have enjoyed my residence here since arriving. The property is always well maintained and convenient. Not pleased with the continued increase in rental rates. May have to leave after my lease is up.

My chihuahua and I love living here at Siena at Tuscany. My rent did jump high over the last few years but it's everywhere so I'm staying out for now. The maintenance is not the best but they do respond and take care of issues in a timely matter but the quality of the repairs has a lot to be desired ?? still with that said I'm very happy with my space and view and the grounds are well kept. The light in our fountain has been out for quite a long time now and it's dark and dangerous around the lake in the evening hours so it would be nice to have the lighted fountain again so pretty as well as helpful to see better.

The community is a really nice one. I am able to walk my dog without any issues. The biggest complaint I would say is the neighbors slam their doors when leaving and coming. My dog and I get annoyed and really upsets us especially when it is really early in the morning or late at night when we are trying to sleep.
