The best customer service in town!

Stephanie the Community Manager and Carlos the Service Manager run a tight ship here at 10X Fort Lauderdale. Sally and I could not imagine living anywhere else. The Maintenance team keeps the hallways nice, the property beautiful and pool for us to enjoy. My wife and I have lived in a lot of places and always have felt most welcomed here. Stephanie and Carlos both helped us with a situation regarding our AC and FPL. They were able to resolve it quickly, went back and forth and able to resolve the issues to make it right by us. The best customer service by far and the two of them never left us hanging. Thank you Stephanie and Carlos, we really appreciate your help

Property has improved sooo much

It’s always been amazing living at 10x Fort Lauderdale but with the new management, staff, and especially Stephanie so many things have been going in the right direction. Finally have much needed cameras throughout, and what used to be a dreaded task to the package room is now a breeze as the wonderful staff organizers and labels the packages after each courier delivers. Could not be happier. Anyone looking for a great location, awesome apartments, and a staff that cares will love living here.

i’ve had plenty of apartment tours and i usually leave the appointment still with questions unanswered or feeling like i’m asking too many questions, but with Max B he made me feel so comfortable, took his time with the tour, had all the answers to my questions, gave me more insight about the community surrounding the property. The building itself is beautiful, the amenities were everything i was looking for but Max completely sold me. I will seriously come back for another tour just to talk to him again. Beautiful representation of the company.

Move-In

Amazing tour experience

I recently moved to Miami and was looking at various apartment complexes to tour. Before touring here, I thought I’d already found my dream place, but my experience at this complex has me changing my mind! Max was an excellent agent, and his professionalism was exhibited throughout the tour! He had answers for all my questions, paid attention to my needs and made sure to highlight how the apartment could help satisfy those needs, and was extremely friendly! I am ecstatic to have had him as my guide, and am looking forward to more positive experiences to come!

Great experience

I toured this property and I could definitely see myself living there. It is beautiful and very relaxing. Max was very professional, helpful and friendly and although there were no apartments available when I needed, we stayed in touch and he was great at following up when units became available in the waitlist. Unfortunately, I was running out of time and had to secure an apartment somewhere else but I will definitely keep this property in mind for any future moves.

Nice place to leave in

I had a nice experience living here. Really good amenities with access to pool, grills, demonstration kitchen, gyms and entertainment areas. Stephanie, the manager, was able to resolve any issues that you might have. This building is assigned to a great elementary public school and is very pet friendly.

Overall good experience

Moved there a year ago. Facilities were generally well kept, modern. Staff was always receptive and maintenance responded quickly when request was placed. The location was great and very close to the beach. We enjoyed our time here.

10x Fort Lauderdale - luxury at its finest

Living at 10x Fort Lauderdale has been the perfect balance of Luxury and south Florida beach living all in one. Activity and relaxation all in a one stop shop. Not to mention the staff to go with it. Max is always a friendly greeter, Iliana has a smile that lights up a room and Carlos the lead Maintenance Supervisor who keeps the property in top top shape. What I love about this building is the versatility you can have any day: Hang in the courtyard and read a book on a hammock, then take a dip in the resort style pool and top off the day with a little business in the “Exchange” office center and a quick workout in the virtual fitness center or main fitness rooms. This is my reality every day of the week. 10x Fort Lauderdale is the perfect balance. Why visit the vacation when you can live in one? I love this place and I will definitely be renewing in September. Thanks for keeping this resident happy!

10X Fort Lauderdale is the best place live.

My wife and I moved into 10X living Fort Lauderdale in 2020. We had an apartment on the top floor (8th floor) with a west view. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale. From the management team Stephanie B and the maintenance crew Carlos and Guillermo we always felt welcomed and supported with any issues we had. Being from the northeast Fort Lauderdale felt like the first place that was a true home away from home for us and largely because of our living experience. I would highly recommend to anyone to have them at the top of your list for places to live. 10 out of 10.

10X Living is an absolute dream! This apartment complex provides all the amenities that you would find at an expensive Las Olas building for less. It is in a great location, the pool is a good size and the people are friendly. The staff goes above and beyond. Great new Community Manager and well kept building and amenities!

A few months ago, 10X Living got a new management company. The transition went so smoothly thanks to the new community manager Stephanie B. She puts her heart and soul into the building and it shows. The building and the amenities are well kept and it is the best place to live, with big thanks to the hard work of RPM and Stephanie. Thanks for all you do!

Great location, love my time here

I love living in 10x. The location is great , close to Publix, Whole Foods and many restaurants. The management was very helpful addressing issues I brought. Good amenities including a pool , gym,open working space and more

Fantastic Building!

I have been here almost a year & am very happy with my decision. The location is ideal... walkable to stores & restaurants. Not far from the beach & the traffic is bearable. The building is very clean, amenities amazing & very quiet. They are starting to have more social events now. Recommend checking it out!

If you like late night parties in the courtyard that go on until all hours of the morning, the smell of weed throughout the hallways and garage, trash everywhere, dog waste covering the grass, people and/or dogs urinating in the hallways and elevators frequently and people keying your car in the so called securely gated garage then this is the place for you. Otherwise, renters beware. This is not the complex it was when it first opened, when we first moved in. The tenant base has declined significantly and a lot have no respect for their surroundings or other people in the building. There is a general lack of common courtesy and civility throughout. It is not a safe or clean. It feels more like living in a college frat house. Do not be deceived by initial appearances.
