The Whitney staff are incredible. Very friendly people who are happy to work for their company ! I love the pool and gym ! Great amenities. The residents are very friendly also. Everything is top notch and well kept. It scream luxury! Love this place.

The Whitney is BEAUTIFUL! We moved in over a month ago and couldn't be happier! The apartments are well laid out, appliances are great and the bathrooms and closets are huge! You can't beat the location or the amenities! The building has a lot of safety and security features, which is really important to me! Everyone we have met have been so friendly so it's great if you're moving from out of state like we did! There's events twice a month so you can get plugged into the community easily!

I had a great experience with Harold on getting my unit. He was very professional and helpful in this process. I really would recommend the Whitney to anyone. The staff is very nice and considering the circumstances of running a new building these guys are excellent.

A truly amazing experience! This feels like home. Incredible staff, amenities and location. Only minutes away from Las olas and Ft Lauderdale beaches. Let Matthew and Harold show you the best place to live downtown. Wow !!

This place is spectacular!!!!! I'm so exited and I can't wait to move to this amazing place, the staff is wonderful and Harold Peñaloza is the best, he helped us at all time during our visit, answering our questions. I highly recommend him ! Es una propiedad Estamos muy entusiasmados, contando los días para mudarnos. el personal del leasing office es súper amable. Harold nos atendió súper bien, siempre dispuesto, nos ayudó en todo momento y respondió todas nuestras preguntas, durante nuestra visita, de verdad es una persona muy Atenta. Altamente recomendado.

Excellent location and modern smart building. The staff is amazingly helpful and went out of their way to assist me in the selection of my apartment. Harold Penaloza, the assistant manager, followed up with me every step of the process. He was superbly friendly and highly professional. I would recommend THE WHITNEY to all of my friends or family. The amenities including the huge gymnasium and party facilities are spectacular. Definitely 5 star building.

This place is awesome!!! We moved in 3 weeks ago and I can't stop smiling. Everything is so posh and new that you feel you're in a 5 star resort. And the staff, the maintenance and maids are always so cheerful and friendly. I'm not a big review writer but you can trust me that you will not find a more luxurious place at such a value , and in the heart of downtown FLL.... I walked to Las Olas in less than 5 minutes!

Simply impress with the Whitney, got to love the pool area, players lounge area, just amazing. Can't wait to move into my new home. Walking distance to las olas, restaurants,etc. I will recommend the Whitney 1000%.

I've recently visited The Whitney , because I heard so many great things about the property and because the location will be ideal for me. On arrival, I was greeted by Carlos Jimenez, who made the tour of the apartment and the entire property an absolute delight. He showed me all the communal areas - every single one of which is more stunning than the last! The tour with Carlos was outstanding. I didn't even have to ask any questions, because all the information he gave me was exactly what I needed to know. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly approach reassured me that I was in good hands. After viewing the apartment - which felt very bright and spacious - he guided me through all the additional amenities that I hadn't even expected to see. From the Players Louunge, Cyber Space and stuning views. I can honestly say that I have not only never been this impressed with any property, but also never had a tour that went so smoothly. I can highly recommend The Whitney and dont forget to ask for Carlos!!!

Staff was amazing. I highly recommend Harold and Nicole. They are very professional and helpful. Very nice apartment and staff. The maintenance is fast. Welcome gift was so cute. It made my day. I'm very excited to live in this amazing apartment complex. For someone who is noise sensitive, the train noise might bother at night.

I have met with several apartment buildings and leasing consultants in south Florida over the last few weeks, Harold Penaloza was by far the best. He was the only one who followed up with us and made this experience as easy as possible. He went over and above to make this super easy, replied quick to emails and was extremely professional. I'm looking forward to living at the Whitney! Nicole in the leasing office was also great!

My girlfriend and I looked all over downtown Fort Lauderdale for months to try and find the perfect spot for us to call home and finally came to the conclusion that no place could compete with the Whitney. The location, amenities, floor plan and staff all stood out to us. When you come into visit ask for Harold Penaloza, the entire leasing staff is fantastic but Harold went above and beyond for us and was super patient with us while we weighed our options. My one warning is if you don't want to live here, don't come tour because once you tour nothing else will compare at this price point.

Harold has been wonderful during the application process. I have had to search for housing remotely and after a walk through via FaceTime, I couldn't imagine a better place to live. The staff is friendly, understanding and exceptional.

Love the building and the people that live in it! The staff is beyond helpful with everything you have questions or concerns about. Very friendly vibes from everyone around you. Great location just a short walk from downtown Fort Lauderdale without the downtown traffic chaos. A very desirable place to live for the future in Fort Lauderdale with exquisite apartments.

We chose this apartment after searching through all the apartments in downtown fort Lauderdale. The amenities are pretty much the same in all luxury apartments but what sets whitney apart is the service. Harold was exceptionally good while showing us the apartment. He even gave us a tour second time when we had shortlisted 3 apartments to help us make the final decision. On the move in due to several issues we reached at around 8pm and while it is policy to just leave the keys with concierge, Harold was there himself to greet us and help us even after office hours. Since this is a very new apartment complex we had our doubts before moving in but now we know we've made the right choice.

I had a great experience with The Whitney. I was impressed the moment I walked in. I was welcomed immediately and taken on a great tour of the property. The building is brand new! I was amazed with the music playing in the lobby, interior design, and amenities the building has to offer. Great place to move into for successful professionals. I am very excited to be moving in January!
