not happy

This apartment area is the worst place to stay. The police and ambulance are there at least twice a week. There is nowhere for kids to safely play without worrying about if something will happen to them. The staff is very rudee to children, the parking sucks. The security that is on duty at night, might as well not even be on duty since they are usless.

    horrible! dangerous!!

    I've been living here for 6 and half months, its HORRIBLE place to live. You will be broke BROKE broke cause there is a frigging hole on every window. I paid electric for 279dollars!!! Roaches is everywhere no matter how hard you have clean every damn day. I've been complained about the roaches and all the staff were saying is: we will have pest control come to your apt on Tuesday. If the problem continue then come to the office again and we will call the pest control on Tuesday. There is mold every corner include window, bathroom, wall.. No matter how much you clean your place, there always mold and roaches that like to be on the bed, clothes, microwave, refrigerator, washer n dyer, TV, etc!!!! There is water leaking from other side of the apartment; doesn't happened once nor twice but 10times!!! Cant open the window or open the bind cause people looking through your window just to being so darn nosy to see what you have in your place especially at night there is a lot of ----- people looking to break in, robbed you while you walking to your car, break in your car, having a sex right next to your room outside etc... There is a security drive around but when it come to 3am, security went home and the crime start. I cant bring my kid to the park cause there is a rude kids who think the park is their property and parent smoke weed in the park. I'm LEAVING and would willing to break my lease for the health of my child. The office doesnt care about your health or your child. They cares about the money. How many times have the office told everyone that they will fix the gate next month?? million of times SMH.. The pool have mold, the gym is all broken!!!! i suggest you SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR VALUE STUFF!!! ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE, YOU ARE NOT FACING YOUR DREAM.... YOU ARE FACING YOUR DEATH WISH!!!!!!

      Zoobal Chase

      Do NOT rent here!!! Pics look great but they are skewed to appear better than the real thing. Pool is small as are community room and workout room. Pool always closed. Gates don't work. Ponds are a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Apartment infested with roaches. Shabby paint job. Fridge missing shelves in main compartment, door and freezer. Fridge rusty on the exterior and nobody cleaned under or behind it but I am sure they will look there when I leave it in that condition and try to get me for it. Then there are the residents here. Rude people who let their dogs ---- wherever and let their children litter wherever. They are loud and obnoxious. Hollering across the street at each other at ungodly hours. Once, some child pounded on my door at 1 am without ceasing and when I finally went to the door, this kid whom I have never laid eyes on, had the nerve to ask me to give her boyfriend a ride home. Then there is the fact that people sit on your car. Peak into it to check out the contents (very disturbing) and generally don't mind their own business. You can't go outside without someone wanting to know what you're doing or where you're going. Last but not least are the cars that come through here bumping that "music" so loud that the windows vibrate and your heart rhythm is disrupted. Oh, and then of course is the need for the local police department to patrol because of the break ins and who knows what else. It's a filthy, dangerous, and uncomfortable place to be. And they want a 60 day notice and never go month to month but make you sign a new 1 year lease each year. This place could be nice, but it is now a slum.

        Horrible Place

        I am so glad they are raising my rent, so that I have an excuse to move out. While the price is cheap, you get just that, cheap apartment, moldy smell, loud neighbors, incomplete maintenance, lying staff. Worse is that large mail packages are always sent to the post-office bc for some reason, they don't use the large parcel mailboxes; that means that you have to pick up your package at the post-office EVERY time. The garbage compactor is gross and really heavy to open. I have seen baby diapers scattered around the garbage on several occasions.

          No problems :)

          I've lived in Sabal Chase Apts for about 4 months now and have yet to have any problems. When I moved in, the hot water for the washer was not working and the next day they came out and fixed it. My toilet seat was loose, the next day they came out and fixed it. The garbage disposal broke twice and they were out the next day each time. It seems like I have had a lot of problems but they were all minor and the maintenance came out the next day each time. The staff are all friendly and seem to care about what I have to say. The only issues are that there is plenty of parking but people like to park in the fire lane and on each side of the road so that it makes it difficult for people traveling in opposite directions to pass at the same time. Also, you have to drive to the dumpster to dump your trash, but that is just a minor inconvenience. And sometimes the dumpster gets very full (since there is only 1 for the entire complex, there are about 8 buildings in the complex), so garbage is overflowing along the sides. Other than that, no ocmplaints. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.

              managment

              the apartment are spacious with a great floor plan. it is a family community so thier is noise bt nothigh different from other places. over all great for the low price i pay in rent. and the managment is awesome.

                  Bad Experiences

                  I not only had my car towed like the other tenant and was also told that ppeople just dump their cars there and they have no way of knowing whose it is. My response was then why do we have to register our vehicle with you all and we live supposedly in a gated community so how can people just dump their cars. Also had experience with paying rent late. Called & told them I was going to be late & told them what day I was going to bring in my rent & they started eviction process anyway.

                    Towed my car away

                    they towed my car away without proper notice . they put a piece of paper on my windshield . and gave me 24 hours to move my car . my car was parked in the back , because it wasnt running it was back there for 2 and a half weeks . we had planned on using it for a trade in . get what ever we could get for it .i didnt even know it was towed till my son saw it wasnt there . i went into the office to ask what the hell was going on . and why i wasnt properly notified . the managers answer was . i didnt know whos car it was thats why we only post on the windshield . i said when i moved in on your application it asks me my make model and year , color and my lisence plate #. how could you not know whos car it is . she said i cant go through 340 apps . i said then why do you ask me what kind of car do i drive then . whats the point . my car would of been out of there in another week now i have to forfeit my car it is going to cast me 300 to get my car back . no point no where to put it and i would have to get towed back . sabal chase was wrong .i know a lady they did that to . she got a laywer and went after them . they had to pay . but i dont have the funds . so now i lost a car because of them . wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone . gates are always broken playground gate is broken pool has slime in it . on the walls it was closed by the board of health and it was reopened and it still isnt clean . building are filthy tooo been in one down from me it was disqusting . dumster is really bad too . always a mess . thats all have to say ..

                      nice place to live

                      sabal chase is a nice place to live i still live here .dont plan on moving planning to buy a house . the apt is very spacious compared to alll the others . looked at the others it looked like a shoe box . these are very nice . the office staff is very pleasant . the only thing i dont agree with is the application fee went up to 75$a person . i think that i a bit much . when i moved in it was 25$ a person . i know this because my sister is lookin into movin in here . a couple of my friends live here too we all moved in at the same time . would reccomend itto anyone. the only bad thing is the paking it sucks big time. i think the paking should be alot better .

                        I´m glad I don´t live there anymore

                        Lived there for 2 years, and the front gates were always open or broken. Kids run free all day and all night long, gym equip. is always broken, pool is dirty. They let large dogs run around without a leash. Only has on dumpster in the back. <br>Bugs are everywear, even fleas, Pest control never stops by. <br> Manager Eva, is very rude. Was told that I would get my deposit back once I moved, but never did. <br>

                            Can´t wait to move!

                            Noise level is high. Kids run free constantly. The doors self-close and people allow them to slam. We are infested with ants coming in from under the front door and sliding glass door. 3rd floor has no balcony - only a railing across the glass door. Who knows why. One of the gates up front has been broken for 3/4 of the time we´ve lived here. There is only one dumpster. Can´t wait to move!
