It's been a wonderful experience so far especially with the promptness with maintenance. I also like the in house event organized for residents every now and then. I can't underestimate the peace and quiet around here!

these apartments are nice the keep them clean and the maintenance do repairs quickly. I do however miss having a porch or balcony and the 1 bedroom apartment guest have to go through your bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Gavin point is a brand new and great community to live in. The staff is always helpful and excited to see you. They throw a lot of resident events and always make you feel appreciated for choosing to live here. I love that the amenity rooms are 24 seven which allows flexibility with my work schedule. Oh my neighbors are very kind and always willing to give a helping hand. Thank you, Gavin Point Team.!

This could be the best place to live without my upstairs neighbor. Everything else here is wonderful. Everything about this apartment complex is wonderful except the disrespectful person living above me.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and supportive. They respond quickly to any concerns I have regarding any work orders and questions I may have. They strive to keep the place clean and in great condition.

Thank you so much. I look forward to living in this wonderful community. I am looking for a new home after living with my parents my entire life at the age of 24. This was the first that only apartments I've visited and I am nothing but satisfied to have to this amazing community.

I have been very satisfied with my choice to move here. I'm hoping in the near future I can get other family members moved here to another wrh property. That's how much I'm enjoying where I live. There are a few things I would change but other than that it's been a blessing.

The apartment manager, Jody, is a jewel! She worked so hard throughout the leasing process and is very thorough. The community is beautiful and very clean. It's quiet as well. Apartments are super cute and updated! Highly recommend!

The application process was seamless, representative was very helpful and prompt with answers to questions and feedback. The community is good and clean, I love the updates and involvement with others within the community. And the key card access is the icing on the cake especially when living alone.

Great experience. Would recommend to friends and family. Great office staff present. Community was clean, feels safe. Neighbors are nice. Pets are allowed in units. Affordable units priced. Car car area and playground which is great if you have kids.

It's very quiet and calm. I couldn't really ask for more than just that. The apartment room looks amazing, the gym looks great, and the small park with grills are in a nice spot. I like that it's also in a nice areas.

This experience has been bad too worst. When you call people don't seem to know whats going on. They fail to disclose information and they give you the run around. I had a woman call and was rude when I asked her questions and she hung up on me.

Touring was great. I had a great tour. Then went in person to apply with ------ and she was helpful at first, then the next day she wasn't helping me at all when I needed help. Like I'm trying to move.

Great experience! Everyone was berry pleasant and knowledgeable. The community is quiet, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend the property. It's also really close to major grocery stores and nightlife.

The process was very simple and the staff was kind and helpful. The unit is great and the appliances all work fine. When my dryer wasn't working properly the staff came the very next day to help me out with it.

Gavin pointe apartments is a great new income restricted community community in a quiet area with a great staff. The entire process was seamless from tour to move-in day. The apartment is beautiful, especially for the price it compares to any of the more luxury complexes in the area but is targeted towards income restricted residents which I appreciate. I definitely recommend checking it out. I look forward to living here.
