I have not rented yet. I'm in the application process. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is brand new, and I like the location. Close to everything but not on the main st. The application process was easy.

Overall it's lovely , safe secure , nice and convenient you can go to sleep with a peace of mind . My son has enough space to enjoy himself and his toys I have the closet space I need and the bathrooms are so spacious I have more praises then complaints keep up the good work for everyone else to come Gavin point checks off all boxes !

The assistant was very nice and knowledgeable about the property. The apartments I toured were very nice and cleaned. The property seem to be kept up very well. The area seem quiet. I was glad it had elevator.

It's clean and quiet, we just moved in. It's brand new with modern things. the workers are so friendly and very helpful. I love the park down stairs for my children and as a young parent and student it's affordable

So far the staff has been eager to help in any way they are able. The quick response to questions and the ability to follow up, really stuck out to me. I currently work for a large property management company, so the standard is high for me.

These apartments are beautiful and affordable, especially for a single parent. They listen to my needs, answered any questions that I have and were very accommodating to the things that I asked. They lay down their rules and expectations from me as well as making sure that they let everybody in the community know as a collective what we need to do to keep our community clean
