I have been living here for over 2 years now and the Staff is amazing! No complaints. If I have a problem the maintenence man or Staff handle it in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease again a few months ago. Thank you for everything you guys do!

I enjoy living in this community. The atmosphere is nice, maintenance is always on time, and the property manager is great. The only issue I've noticed is that the trash area can pile up sometimes. Overall, it's a good place to live.

I love the community is very quiet. The office staff is amazing. Maryanne and Mr.Eddie work hard on making sure everything is handled appropriately. They keep fun activities at the complex for kids and everyone to do. They make living out here a blast.

A good amount of the residents here simply do not care about the appearance of the community because of the way they trash the grounds and don't clean up behind their pets, and no concern for neighbors.

So far my experience has been okay. I just wish I had more time with paying my rent or making partial payments. The gate is still not working and the pool is always closed. I will say my neighbors give me no problems at all.

overall good. Service is good and community is good. Office officials are also friendly and understanding. Neighbors are all Spanish (???) for the most part. Others leave trash all over the property. Maintenance does a great job tending to the grounds.

First site it's a great place?new and the inside is nice (if occupants can keep it nice) but the maintenance isn't the best as far as answering request (if they do) ? because of the area I feel that there should be heightened security. I've been here since June and the gates have NEVER closed?cameras because of the area would be great! I feel like these apartments have potential especially because they are new but I feel like it's slowly adapting to the area because there is no enforcing on things.

It started off very well but that quickly changed..I stay on the third floor and I have been harassed by my downstairs neighbor since day one. She has actually threatened me and my child. 1 month after I moved in and signed my lease my rent went up $118 and I'm still at a lost on how that happened. Let's just say I will not be renewing my lease

Since being here i have had a wonderful experience. I have not had any problems only issue I have is the trash and the ordo that be in the breeze way. Also I feel that there needs to be another entrance for the people who walk we have to walk from one end to the entrance and still have more walking yes I think another entrance would be great just a small opening

Very peaceful & love the area. Also very kid friendly. I love the gym & pool area. Laundry matt comes in handy. The mailroom is also very nice and organized. Parking area there's more than enough. I love it all.

The building are paper thin. You can hear people making noise up under you all times of night. You can hear people watching tv in the next building. If your neighbors have roaches they will come in to your apartment. They went up on the rent in 6 months after the lease.

Thank you for the review and I am sorry you are having issues with noise, this is not typically something we hear at Jackson Palms but would be happy to address for you. Can you please visit the office and let us know where the noise is coming from and we will address through our Good Neighbor Policy. If you have pest control issues those are covered in your lease with us and services are provided, again the office will be happy to address and add to the schedule. Lastly, the apartments are governed under the affordable housing program allowances, this generally means that when HUD changes their rents, landlords are allowed to increase the rent at the time, as per Section 6 of the lease you signed. You more than likely may not see an increase at the time of lease renewal, but could at some other point in the year.

It's been good, I wasn't too happy with the issues with the AC shutting off and how long it took for someone to come out and fix it. I recommend hiring more maintenance staff so that they are able to fix issue for tenants without tenants having to wait so long
