Since I've moved into Jackson palms I have not had any problems. They are very respectful in the office and help with everything I ask. I love my apartment it's quiet for the most part. I love seeing the kids outside playing around and the neighbors are respectful and friendly to be there are a few bad parts like the neighbors leaving the trash outside their doors for days and the garbage disposal being overloaded with trash. I really wish they would have made a garbage disposal closer of a second one at least to help with the overload of trash going through by the week.

It's new, but so far it's good. Getting familiar with the neighbors. It's early but for now...it's great. Just wished the pool was fixed. Aside from that the complex is clean and the staff is warm and friendly.

Jackson Palms is an amazing community! The staff are always willing to assist with any questions, comments, or concerns that I may have. Eddie and Mary Anne are always readily available and listen to residents and applicants!

Well, I have only been here for one day / one night. Overall I love the apartment itself. I think it gives luxury but affordable. I absolutely love the bathrooms and the kitchen. A lot of closet space if you fold your clothes. Can't wait until the gym is 24/7.

It's great property. Staff seem to be nice and friendly until this incident with not allowing me to provide may own air filters. The move in process was pretty simple. The property is very clean and updated.
