Great staff and a beautiful place to live. It is my second year living there and the apartments, location and amenities are the best in the area. Good communication from the staff. Very attentive and helpful.

Whole apartment community is very well maintained. Apartments are very spacious in size with good closet space. Porches are definitely a plus being screened in with a spacious storage closet. Apartment complex is very quiet with no noise problems at all. Lots of parking spaces right in front of your apartment. Pool area is beautiful and the gym is awesome! Front office staff and Maintenance is absolutely wonderful!!

Love it? close to malls, shopping. Great pool, leasing office is great and maintance. They have a few games at pool side and inside leasing office but suggested a few more and a t v outside over fireplace but have not heard anything about it. Also suggested to have a game room inside the leasing office for the renters to use. They need to fix the faucet outside next to the grill so you can have access to it while cooking. Also they try to hold events on the weekends at night time but should try to change the days to try to accomodate everyone.

I love living in this community. It is accessible to many shopping and dining facilities. Also, it is very close to the beach. It is quiet and I enjoy my view of the lake from my enclosed balcony. My only complaint is for an installation of a more updated garbage system.

I am thrilled with the location and convenience to everything. The grounds are well kept and I have never met a more accommodating and friendly team of maintenance crew. If you ask you get it and fast. The App to pay rent is convenient and the Office Staff is professional and available. I enjoy the community, but don't take advantage of all the amenities, which is a shame. I see Food Truck options and gatherings, but with my schedule I typically pass, but it's fun to have options. This is a property that is always updating and making itself appealing. I love coming home!

It's been great so far. I love the amenities and the staff is nice. I just wish the pool was kept cleaner. A lot of debris has been in there since summer started and it doesn't seem to be cleaned that often.

The apartment is very nice and the staff is great however, in past couple of months it became party central at the pool and gym. constant drunk guys being creepy.. just not comfortable to go to either if you are over the age of 22 and want to be left alone. Safety officer that is suppose to clear everyone after 10 PM rarely does so and when someone gets drunk and aggressive, the safety officer doesn't always answer the phone to ask people to leave. For the price of the apartment, you should be able to go to the gym after 9 PM without drub=nk guys knocking on the windows and cat calling you.

The community is really nice, the two bedroom we have is big compared to some apartments around town. My one complaint would be that the buildings and breezeways are dirty and lots of bugs, while the six months we lived here no one has power washed. The gates are rarely ever closed at night. Neighborhood is pretty safe though, no issues so far for the six months we lived here.

Solid experience overall. Beautiful complex with scenic views and a homier feel vs some modern apartments. The maintenance team does a good job quickly resolving any issues. If you live in a building closer to the woodline, you will have a lot of bugs hanging out in the breezeways and stairwells attracted to the lights, especially in the spring/summer time. That is one of the only negatives, but mostly affects the buildings on the edges of the complex.

I really enjoy living here. Although, the price of rent is high. You can't really avoid that these days though. I like walking around the lake on the path. The neighbors are mostly friendly and the maintenance keeps the grounds looking nice.

Very nice clean apartments. Nice amenities. Repairs and maintenance done in a timely fashion. Disappointed that management failed to mention that this is not a pet friendly complex. Numerous charges in order to have your pet here and NO VISITING PETS.

Like the community. Pond is nice, piol is nice. Rent is too high. Apartment is too small for the price. Larger townhomes are available for the same price, with the same amenities and nicer features, such as flooring, cabinet space, and pantries.

Love NorthBeach on Kernan.. the location is close to shopping and eatery which is perfect! Minutes from the beach which is also a plus. Very safe community, I love that it's gated and have the peace of living in comfort!

I am currently in the military, and when I came back to the states and was looking for a place to live, north beach came up in the search. I went and looked at the area in the daytime and night time it felt like a perfect fit. It was fairly new at the time; with close proximity to shops and store. It is also close enough to work without being close to work. I am so happy living here; the office staff and crew are nice and always ready to help. I hope I don't have to leave for a while because it's hard to find and apartment complex on this level and affordable.

I am quite happy with the Maintenance staff. However, there are times the office staff does not listen well. When I inform them about overflowing dog stations, they are not attended to by the next day. In addition, the dog bags are not always available. I'm not happy with the front stairs that I use. When I complained about how dirty and filthy they are, I was told, well, your building has not been scheduled. I gave this complaint 4 months ago!

I have had a lot of tough luck with my apartment. The new management is better to responding to residents needs, like walking on nails in my carpet, 3rd party installers using 10 penny nails to hold planks down on my new flooring, they still never cleaned the carpet as promised and do things like cover moldy grout with spray paint in my bathroom and not grout. If they want to transition to luxury apartments, and they are trying, fixes need to reflect that. Pool maintenanc should reflect that. The hot tub should be hot and bubble at effective measures. Rent increases every year by 10% but everything around me isn't maintained as well as I wished.

Living at North Beach on Kernan is fine. This is the fifth apartment I've lived in for the past 9 years in three different states. They're all very similar. Some a little bigger and some a little more costly. This apt is fine.

I have been absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism of the office and maintenance staff, not to mention the community itself is very good. Lots of nice and courteous people. The lake is beautiful, well kept, and includes lots of happy wildlife. I would absolutely move in again and plan to stay here for as long as I'm in the area. You can't go wrong with North Beach on Kernan!
