Overall positive experience living here. Very attentive management and maintenance team. Overall organization of package delivery needs work as I have lost several packages during my time here. Also, mandatory maintenance requirements to keep the unit healthy should be made clear to tenant (ex: putting manual orders for AC filter change).

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex. One of the best things about living here is the location. There are so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance, which makes everyday life really convenient. The views are beautiful, especially with Lake Toho right in your front yard. It creates a peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to relax or take a walk. The amenities are also fantastic. The gym is well maintained and has everything you need for a good workout, and the pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy the Florida weather. They are also very dog friendly, which makes it a great place for pet owners. Another highlight is the staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever something comes up. It really makes a difference living somewhere where the team genuinely cares about the residents. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home in a great location.

The Common areas of the building are not kept clean. There are many bugs that get into the building since it is across from the lake. The thin floors make having people live above you difficult at times.

Although the apartment complex is aesthetically pleasing, the behavior of its residents significantly impacts the overall experience. While the majority of residents adhere to the rules, there are occasional instances of rule violations. Despite this, the community remains generally safe, and the rhythmic sound of passing trains can be accommodated over time. The office staff is exceptionally dedicated and professional. The surrounding community is also visually appealing.

Mosaic at Lake Toho is a quality place to live with great amenities. Entertainment and restaurants and stores are easy to get to. The lakeshore is adjacent and a good spot for kids and pets. The management is trying to create fun community building options.

On the overall, it is a great place. I love walking and running by the lake. It is super close to my job and lots of restaurants. My only issue is with some unruly neighbors who continue to smoke by the stairs.

I selected the Mosiac because of the location the apartment has great views of the park and the lake. There is a lot of light and an eastern exposure that provides lovely morning sunrises from the balcony.

Great community and quick maintenance repairs. Location is great and can walk to restaurants and the Lake Front park. The gym facilities are very nice. The bike storage is a great amenity and the residents are very freindly.

I am not pleased with my time here. Beyond maintenance, it appears that corners have been cut in terms of the actual build of the property buildings all the way extending to cleaning within the property's gym, pool, and at times, hallways of apartment buildings. Even when safety concerns have been brought up to management, I have had an experience where my concerns about increased safety in the parking lots was ignored by management, after an incident I experienced where I had to file a police report. I hope to see change from management during the remaining portion of my lease, but as it stands, I would not recommend this place to others looking for a place to live in Kissimmee.

My husband and after our retirement, we decided to move from New York to Florida. We decided to rent an apartment for a while to see if we could get used to the change of life. Walking around the area, we saw Mosaic at Lake Toho. We decided to go in and ask for information. We fell in love with the treatment we received from the entire staff at the management office. They gave us a tour of the building and showed us some apartments. We immediately knew it was exactly what we were looking for. We ended up renting the apartment that same day. The apartments are beautiful and very well-equipped. We are in love with our beautiful apartment with a lake view. It is a quiet and clean area.

Community is nice train nearby only downside could improve in cleaning inside hallways and more events for residents. Having phone for a key is a downside could use a key or something would be so much better
