Mi experiencia con el personal administrativo de las oficinas es excelente. Muy buena la seguridad en los parqueos. Muy buena atenci?n en el ?rea de mantenimiento. En el ?rea de recreaci?n sugiero para la piscina un brazalete con un costo adicional para invitado. Sugiero que el gym deber?a ser incluido en la renta y no como servicio independiente.

I like the community, it has great location, a lot of facilities inside and the administration anwers and resolved quickly. Having said that, traffic in there is hell... There's only on entrance to her in and herlt out of there and there's too many people, it's really hell. They have a second door that never open and would make it much easier. Parking is also a huge issue, they don't have enough for the amount of people they have living there, it's a nightmare. Also you have to pay for gym, you pay so much on rent and you also have to pay for the gym.

My experience living at Milton apartments has been horrible since the beginning. I was supposed to have a unit with washer and dryer and they gave a unit full of roaches and with no washer and dryer. Whenever you try to get the administration fix something they are always busy with something else. The building itself is discussing, and even though maintenance has someone mopping the floors they are very dirty all the time. The stairs smell like piss.

The situation with the parking is unfixable in this condo. If you come in past 7 or 8 pm you will never find parking. They refuse to give residents assign parking spots so everybody that is not a visitor and has only 2 vehicles as established in the contract has a fair chance to park. No matter what they say they're going to do to fix it nothing gets done right. Security guards in the main entrance let everybody come in without proper check and what they said about visitors can only visit until 9 pm is a lie there's no control check on behalf of the security staff. The place floods with even the smallest amount of rain and it seems like you are driving in a river instead of a condo. You can hear your neighbors on the upper floor. apartments are not sound proof, you can even hear the sliding doors of the neighbors above you and their arguments too in the middle of the night.

Difficult to get management responses to maintenance requests. Apartment and buildings have become roach infested and their once a month fumigation is very light and ineffective. Security is not good.

I like the community and the apartment that I have Been living here for many years, but the class of new renters coming is very bad no education and is sad to live in this community with this class of people, the parking is terrible, the security it's not good and the building and parking is always dirty with garbage.

Nice community...but the maintenance service has its deficiencies...such as an appliance breaking down and there are no immediate spare parts or they do not have the replacement...also it is reported and they do not review it immediately.

Es una comunidad muy buena pero tiene dos grandes problemas, el parqueo de los carros es un problema grande y diario, no se presta atenci?n de donde parquean los invitados y eso es un problema grande y adem?s demasiados perros cooo mascotas que superan las 59 libras de peso lo que los hace muy peligrosos

We feel safe in the community. We enjoy to go for evening walks and we always feel safe because there are many other tenants out walking. I see the effort of the management trying to improve the appearance of the community. During the morning, you always see maintenance workers cleaning the lobbies, working on the lawn scape, or active.

Honestly, the experience in the community has not been the best. They sell you things as if they were a luxury, you sign a contract and pay as if it were really a luxury condominium and it is all a lie. The apartment is full of cockroaches, they come out of the walls, baseboards. You go to the office and you don't resolve anything, they tell you next week and they keep you like that until your contract expires. They enter the property whenever they want, even without warning. The parking lots are a mess, you supposedly have two parking spaces by the apartment and more than 85% of the time I arrive, there is no parking, having to park in the middle of the street basically. Definitely if I had to recommend these apartments and community I wouldn't do it.

I enjoy living in my community, it's gated, it's safe and has a lot of amenities .Clean and maintained. The office personal are courtesy and extremely helpful. this is my forever home .The rent is extremely reasonable and accessible

Below satisfactory. Residents park without a permit, dog owners don't clean after their pets. Residents have loud music late at night. I am not thrilled about living here to be honest. I don't know what else to say because nothing has been positive

Les dir? algo que me pas? ayer yo vivo en el 9561 y estacione mi carro pegado al dep?sito que tienen los de mantenimiento en el s?tano para guardar sus cosas mi sorpresa fue que no se como hicieron para que cuando abrieran la puerta del dep?sito me arrancar?n parte del retrovisor del carro y ten?an espacio para abrir la puerta pienso que fue el hombre que viene con el cami?n a llevarse la lavadora y neveras de verdad esto cada ves es peor pienso mudarme el pr?ximo a?o hablen con sus empleados de mantenimientos que hacen p?simos trabajos no hacen nada bien

Apartments are a bit outdated. The front office is usually very attentive when issues arise. Overall my stay has been pleasant. I do enjoy the gym that is available to the tenants as well as the pool.

Living in a Nightmare Community

Building entrance has become a dumpster for unwanted furniture and other stuff… Community has gone downhill and rent sky high… My car was stolen from the parking garage, which provides no security and no cameras..

I would like one free assigned parking . It's very hard to find parking. At least one assigned parking per unit would help. Otherwise everything else is fine. You are charging a lot for assigned parking. It's unaffordable.
