Changes property management frequently. Seemed to be a lot nicer when I moved in three years ago. Lower clientele has moved in over the last year or so... People leave trash in the breezeways for days... some porches look like an episode of "Hoarders". Most recent Property Manager is not friendly at all. We will be looking at moving when our lease is it up in April. I'm not a big fan of apartments to begin with and thought this would have more of a condo feel. Nope, still and apartment. Apartments are ok. They are nicer than anything in the area, but in the end it is still an apartment. A/C has been broken numerous times. Went 3 weeks this summer with out air because they were "getting the part". Amenities are ok, nothing to write home about. I wish they had common use grills and a car wash station.

In the last 2 years I watched the management staff change more than 6 times. Almost every month they have a different manager. The apartment complex is nice, but, ever since they recently changed these apartments from 55 and older... things have drastically changed to the worse. The people they now allow to rent these apartments have children. The size of dogs do not matter. Kids on skateboards etc. The noise has increased considerably. The management appears to be competing with God...or at least this is the attitude that I have experienced. When you first move in they are nice...but as soon as something goes wrong they get an attitude. They raised their rent ridiculously high. My $650 apt is now $750 or more. A 2 bedroom is ridiculous. I personally believe that they done this because they don't have any competition.

I lived here for 2 years and I will not renew my lease. When I first moved in it was for 55 and older. After living there for a year the apt changed their classification and done away with the 55 and older requirement. Since that time noise in the complex has increased considerably. The police have been on the premises about twice a month. During that 2 yr period we have had at least 6 property managers. The managers have become obnoxious and if you need something fixed or pest control... you do not know when it will be done. For example: the large burner on the electric stove quit working and I have been waiting for about 3 weeks to get it fixed. We now have a dog problem with barking at all hours. We also have kids with skateboards..noisy. You have to be careful if you leave something on your porch. It may get stolen. My recommendation...the apts may look nice but they are way overpriced. The apt complex has nothing special to offer that other complexes do not have. They only have 4 washers and dryers for entire complex. The water tastes terrible and you should plan on getting drinking water delivery service.

I've lived here almost a year and I really like this apartment. They have a lot of awesome features like high ceilings, crown molding, walk-in closet, a garden tub, and nice color paletes. The community is very quiet and safe and the staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Its a pet friendly establishment so there are a LOT of dogs but most of them are quiet, well cared for, and don't disturb the community at all. The one bedroom apartments don't come with washer/dryer hookups so I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to get the one bedroom with a den. The on-site laundry facility is very small; only 4 small washers and dryers, but it doesn't get heavy use. I've never gone down there and not gotten a machine. Parking can be an issue especially if you live in any of the middle buildings. None of the spots are assigned and there is limited parking for those buildings in the front and if it fills up you have to park in the back and then walk down the hill through the grass to get to your building. Not very pleasent if you have to do this at night or when the ground is wet! For the money this is a great place to live though. Rent varies depending on what day you walk in and they are raising mine with a new lease (I'll be moving so it won't apply to me). My only reason for moving is that its a bit far from Orlando if that's where you work and spend most of your time. Its about a 20 minute drive to get to any major highway, more for the turnpike or interstate, so you can spend quite a bit on gas and tolls trying to get somewhere! If the location were better for my needs I would definitely stay. On the whole this is a great place to live!
