Love the kitchen, the floor plan and the amenities. Plenty of parking close to your unit. Sense of privacy. Sopping near by and close to major road. Can't wait to use the grill and other amenities.

Lovely place to live, feel very safe and well supervised. Maintenance done efficiently and timely, very courteous. Quiet atmosphere, pets are kept on leash, grounds are clean, love the exercise room.

Kind & friendly attentive staff ! Love the dog park. I love the elegance of the club house! We love the seasonal decor in the club house. The swimming pool area is so nice. Resort style . It's nice to text the AI alice whenever anything breaks. She makes sure to get it addressed properly!

This property is beautiful. The office staff and maintenance crew are delightful. There are lots of resident activities and food trucks. The neighbors are the best I've ever had and there's lots to eat around here.

Property is in a great location. Nestled in between a Publix and Aldi for groceries. Walmart a short trip down the road. The apartment was spacious and well kept. The common areas were maintained well and were very welcoming. The leasing agent was helpful and knowledgeable.

Community well kept. Staff always professional and courteous . Pool and grounds always looking like new. Maintenance team always on point with every repair no matter how big or small. Garbage area always clean. The landings in the apartment buildings regularly pressure washed. Community is very well lit for safety. I love living here.!!!

Great maintenance staff awesome office staff. Everything is kept up so nicely. The pool area is beautiful. The only issue here that seems to electronic gates system. They have been out of order a few times recently. I am hoping that the repairs will be completed shortly because it is a great inconvenience for everyone.

I'm pleased with my apartment. Staff is courteous and responsive. I wish the grounds were better maintained. I wish rules were enforced with immediate penalties. The location is idle for my work, shopping and dining.

It's an amazing place to live. If anytime you have an issue they will resolve it the next day. Alla the amenities are nice and available. It's a safe gated place. A lot of people with dogs walking around and there's a dog park too.

In The last year the complex has gone down hill. New manager and she is so unprofessional and is so rude. She lies to your face and in emails. Need the grounds to be better looking, the trash being left outside in the breezeways on the ground is disgusting. Besides her, I love my apartment and the area it is.

The community's management and upkeep has declined in the two years I've been here. Trash is allowed to pile, common areas are not maintained, amenities are out of order, and office staff is hard to reach and largely unresponsive.

Very nice community with many amenities. The apartments are very spacious with top tier appliances. Close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment floor plans are great allowing you to feel like you have ample space. Plenty of windows for a generous amount of sunlight to come through.

I have lived here for over a year now and I love it. I have always been treated very well by the administration, the external environment is very good, the only thing I have to complain about is that when I moved to another apartment I had problems with the refrigerator that was out of order for 5 days and to this day it is not working as it should and they have already come 8 times and nothing has been resolved.

Truly wonderful ! This apartment community has been incredible all the way around. The maintenance team is perfect ! Amenities are so wonderful only thing is I wish the hot tub was open longer as it does close very early for when you would like to go after work !
