I didn't have much information from the weekend staff who gave me the keys. Like you don't Ned a key. It's a keyless entry, your mailbox is not same as apt # and the code for the gate does not open the gate, it's just a shortcut to my name on call portion. Also, incorrect dumpster information (she said there wasn't any). I'd also like some sort of alphabetizing in package room. Everything is just thrown in there and you have to hunt through each package to find yours

Very disappointed in this place. Requiring a deposit up front just to deny someone almost immediately without reason. I want my deposit back. I understand the application is non refundable but it didn't say anything about the $300 deposit being non refundable

Great community with great staff. Fitness center, swimming pool, and hot tub are so nice! All my neighbors are super nice and very courteous about noise, etc. Location is great with Publix, Chinese take out, and Wendy's all within walking distance!

Very beautiful and I'm excited to be moving here in a few months. I love the pool area and the dog park is bigger than most other apartments. The schools are A rated and are close by. The office staff was very informative.

This community is so beautiful! It is newer and the apartments are bright and elegant. The amenities are very nice as well. The leasing specialist was so friendly and enhanced my experience as she showed me around. I felt so comfortable with her and knew that she had my best interest at heart. Wonderful experience. :)

It's new, clean and convenient. The apartments are spacious, modern , wooden floors. Lots of amenities and the Gym, pool, pickle ball court they all A plus. It's easy to get to groceries stores, the beach ?.

If you're just moving to the area, it's a good place to start. The area surrounding it has all of the conveniences that you'll need, especially if you have a family. This location also has great amenities and a friendly staff.

My only gripe is that I would really like the drops for the in-apartment ethernet to actually be wired, since I am running a home business from my apartment. I have inquired about this several times to no avail. The wifi is decent, but being able to connect my drops to a switch would be very helpful and it is frustrating that the property owners seem to be repeatedly dragging their heals on this request.

Our overall experience has not been too bad. We do have a lovely apartment overlooking the pool area and most of the facility. The biggest problem is the rules such as picking up after your dogs or not putting the trash out too early are not enforced. There needs to be more policing over these issues. Also, amenities should be up and running at all times, in a clean and proper manner.

The community is very nice staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is top notch. My only drawback is the amount of money you pay for the units themselves. While it is not a bad value, it is also not inexpensive, and possibly costs more than it's actually worth.

It was great in the beginning, now parking is horrible, people throw garbage everywhere. Half the people doesn't pick up after their dog. The gym you can't use cause people are sitting on machines with their cell phones.

The team at The Gallery made my cross-country move seamless. They were easy to communicate with while I was deciding between apartment complexes, and then once I had selected them they answered all of the questions I had to determine the best unit for me. I love that I can pay my bills and submit my maintenance requests easily online. The team communicates frequently about upcoming events, changes in services, etc. The attention to safety features gives me peace of mind and the other amenities are sustained beautifully.

Excellent community and management, support staff like maintenance is also very responsible, call them just once since apartments are new and they answered promptly an fix it the same day, highly recommended, just waiting that they don't increase the rent in a ridiculous amount

I've lived here almost since this place opened, the staff has always been prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful. It's a bit pricey but, it's really nice here with all the great amenities. It's also very quiet and safe!

Would not recommend. For the price of rent, this place is dirty and poorly managed. The smell of trash is a constant in the breezeways due to neighbors who pile it up outside their door and management not caring enough to do anything about it. Maintenance will call and tell you they're going into your apartment with 10 minutes notice. I am completely disappointed in living here.

Good community and comfort staying. Wish more characters for EV cars. Maybe we need some spot for hand wash cars. It would be cool to have your own small car wash so that the resident has the opportunity to clean his car with his own hands (maybe this is a personal wish). There is not a big problem with insects (cockroaches) that sometimes crawl out of the technical room into our bathroom.
