We had such a great time touring Bainbridge Wirld Center with Cadence! She was truly so helpful and made touring so enjoyable! If I could leave ZERO STARS. I would! I've never had such an unpleasant living experience in ALL of my years of renting. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Firstly, my packages were stolen a few months ago & the leasing office did NOTHING- for months, even after continuously following up they kept saying they didn't have access to the camera footage- which is ridiculous & I was never compensated nor given an apology for my packages being stolen. Secondly, there is on-going construction that will have you up ALL DAY & NIGHT- which won't be finished until 2027- so there's that! Third, your guest have to pay for parking and if they fail to do so they'll be towed by the worst towing company in Orlando. This is only complex in a 20 mile radius charging for guest parking- money hungry. Lastly, VALET TRASH IS --- HERE! They never come on time and the hallways are raided with bugs. Do yourself a favor and run FAR AWAY.

It was a very pleasant visit....Tommy Kirkland was a wonderful host. He explained all the services and amenities in detail without beating around the bush. I felt good the whole time. I felt frustrated at this moment because I don't have the budget to live in this wonderful place.

So far the staff has been amazing, a very beautiful bunch of people inside and out and they are always willing to do what they can to make things better here. That being said I am very unhappy with the acoustics of the apartment as the person above me stomps around their home all day its almost as if I am living under a family of elephants, I have a hard time enjoying my sleep or just winding down in my apartment , my wife doesn't get much rest and is woken up too early due to the stomping daily.

This place is AMAZING!!!

Bainbridge World Center is truly an amazing place to call home! The community is beautiful, modern, and always kept in top condition. The amenities are top-notch from the resort-style pool and state of the art gym to the cozy clubhouse and convenient parking, everything here makes daily life feel like a luxury experience. The office team led by Angie is absolutely awesome, they’re professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. Whether it’s handling a question, assisting with packages, or organizing community events, Angie and her team make you feel valued and at home. The engineering and maintenance team is also incredibly responsive. Any service request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently, which gives real peace of mind. Overall, living at Bainbridge World Center has been nothing short of wonderful. The atmosphere is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff makes sure everything runs smoothly. I couldn’t recommend it more 5 stars all the way!

Luxury on the Outside, Chaos on the Inside

Its worth knowing that brand-new apartment communities often encourage residents to leave early positive reviews in exchange for small incentives. Keep that in mind when reading the five-star reviews here they may not always reflect the long-term living experience. Our actual experience has been extremely disappointing. From the moment we moved in, its been one problem after another: Undisclosed construction: When we toured, I specifically asked whether there would be any new construction across the forest line, and the leasing agent assured us the forest view would remain. That was one of the main reasons we chose this unit. In reality, construction started soon after we moved in loud machinery, constant pounding, building vibrations, dust, and a foul odor from water pumping 24/7. It is impossible to enjoy or even air out the apartment. Noise and hostile neighbors: The upstairs tenants have been disruptive well past midnight. When we attempted to address the issue politely, we were met with hostility. Complaints to management went unanswered, leaving us to either tolerate the noise or escalate unnecessarily. Declining community standards: Rules are routinely ignored, residents block EV charging stations, gates are often broken or left open, and trash/dog waste is common in shared spaces. Management sends weekly reminder emails but enforces nothing. Health impacts: With chronic migraines in our household, the combination of noise, dust, and odor has been unbearable. What was marketed as a luxury community has instead been a constant source of stress. Management has shown little accountability, and our experience does not align with what was promised when we signed the lease. If you're considering Bainbridge World Center, look beyond the polished photos and staged amenities. Ask existing residents about their daily reality before you make the same mistake we did.

This is a great newer community with a ton of amenities that we as middle aged folks will really enjoy. And doesn't have the presence of the younger, which are always much louder, or too older crowds of people living here, which are into different activities that we don't participate in, so it's perfect for our lifestyles now. And the staff is very accommodating & hospitality minded!
