If there are any changes being made to the community, such as adding new fees for tenants, please communicate that before move in. I was blind sided by about new parking fees that I did not agree to in my lease and it made moving into the new community not as fun. Usually Im excited to move into a new home and I honestly just felt frustrated instead.

This experience was fine hut just not for me. Too many rules.... towing cars. I shouldn't have to worry about that at my own home. Also dog park so tiny a dog can't run n play. Its like the size of a bathroom

New apartment , great amenities, good staff and amazing location, not enough parking. Very clean and the pool is nice and clean. Building 4 facing the construction may experience some noise. Over all it is a nice place to move in.

I believe I made a very bad decision, need my money back for the deposit/application fee that agent has promised me the money + key, but she didn't give me any of what she promised. It was a waste of my time, as I needed a place asap. But this took over a week of them saying it'll all work out.

The hallways to the apartments need to be cleaned more frequently. We see a lot of dirt and some insects that have been dead for some time. This is a point that really reflects the staff's commitment to caring for the community. Where I used to live was cleaned almost every day and I found that a bit strange. Any potential new resident who comes to visit the apartments could be negatively influenced by this dirt in the hallways.

I was externally impressed by the building and what it has to offer to new tenants. Yanibel and Tommy were beyond amazing and helpful. They took the extra step and the time to explain every detail about the property and further more the application process. Even after I finished with Yanibel Tommy took the time to explain it over. Great experience just would like if there were more attached garages. Everything is great, The neighbors are awesome and I enjoy the events they do as well. What's great is they have food trucks coming and dog groomers

This community is brand new and the team is exceptional!! All my questions were answered the staff is professional and ANGIE the community manager takes their property to a new level. The apartment homes all have patios and are so spacious with lots of natural lighting! The amenities are always clean and work. There's TONS of parking which you don't see often in apartment communities. 10 out of 10 recommend living here!!

The location is extremely convenient. Less than 10 minutes from Disney Springs, and about 15 from SeaWorld and the 528. It's a brand new construction which is always nice. There are several floor plans to choose from, including a huge 1 bedroom. Tommy in the front office is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend reaching out to him with any questions.
