The community itself is great, everything seems clean, people seem very nice and I'm happy to be moving in soon! I love that everything is nearby, my sons school is about 4 minutes away and I really hope in the future a pool or a playground can be added.

Ive only been here for three days and so far everything is nice. The building is cute and homey. The place is well lit outside for safety. I like the peace it brings. The management is really nice and helpful.

Happy home

I am glad I live at Andrew Landing. My family and I feel safe here and we use the gym every day. I love the events the office has for us. They are always happy to help with anything I need. Josh and Debbie are great!

The apartment building is cleaned every Tuesday. Breezeways are cleaned of debris, mailroom/gym entrance is always mopped. There's lots of community outreach activities every month. Neighbors are friendly, staff is amazing

Josh and Debbie were amazing, they made me feel super comfortable, the process was very smooth. Still not have an apartment here yet but would love to. Hopefully will get one. The staff is amazing, also the appearance of the apartments is great.

Everything was nice and clean. The gym and computer room looked good. I wish they had a show apartment but if the apartments are as good as the rest then I hope something opens up for me when my lease is over at my current apartment.

Its giving semi luxury ambiance and place is clean. The office staff are welcoming pleasant and efficient. The club room and business centers are well put together . so far the neighbors try to respect each other with quite time.

The staff at Andrew Landing has been wonderful to work with. From the front office staff to the maintenance workers that work so hard to upkeep our building. I'm very fortunate to have been able to move in when I did. Keep up the hard work. It certainly does not go unnoticed!

My experience at this community has been great , love the area , it's very clean & nice . Rooms have a lot of space & the management is great. Love how the bathroom tubs look . & also there's a lot of space in the closet.

Welcome HOME

Man o man where to start MrJosh and MsDebbie totally amazing they spent so much time with me ive been a resident here two weeks this Friday coming and i absolutely LOVE ITTTTT I DONT THINK IT CAN GET ANY BETTER THEN THIS ....Yall keep being the angels u are. I come home from work and they are working over time and not mad about it they are dedicated to making sure we are feeling at home and making sure everything is perfect. 10 outta 10
