Absolutely Beautiful

This property is amazing, we love our new home here in St. Petes. Callie was great and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. She is always there to help, even after the front office is closed for the day, she is there to assist. We often see her in the leasing office way past closing, working diligently! Camden give her a break, vacation or a raise!! We needed assistance with our door lock and she was right there to help at 9pm!!. Thanks Callie for everything you do here!!

Review on Leasing Staff

So we didn't end up leasing with Camden Pier but it wasn't for a lack of information or support from Callie. She gave us a great tour. Her knowledge and vibe made our experience enjoyable. After the tour, Callie stayed in touch with us, providing availability and pricing updates for about a month. Enthusiasm and responsiveness are hard to come by these days so working with a Callie was a breath of fresh air. Wishing you all the best and if our house lease doesn't renew next year, you know we'll be reaching out. Thank you!!

Best amenities & location with amazing staff!

I’m very happy with the apartment, the location, and all the amenities that living at Camden Pier District provides, but what really makes the difference here is the efforts of the staff. From an amazing leasing and move-in experience with Callie, to Hector and his incredibly responsive maintenance staff, to the always helpful concierge desk run by Chota, Mariah, Stanley, Troy, and Kenny, they’re just all committed to solving problems quickly and effectively. But sure, this is the 12th best place. Yeah, ok. Come see for yourselves!

Best Amenities in Downtown St. Pete

Couldn't be happier with this place. The staff and residents are really friendly. And for being loaded with amenities and all the things that can go wrong, they do a great job of keeping the place always running smoothly. Very rarely is something ever broken or down. Really impressed with how meticulous to detail they are.

Exception Apartment Complex in an Outstanding Area

The Camden Pier District apartment complex is exceptional in so many ways. It's a very new building with tremendous amenities, especially the rooftop pool, gym and sauna. It's full of friendly people and has an eclectic mix of residents, from young "twenty somethings" to retirees. The staff is extremely supportive, with a special call-out to leasing consultant, Callie Wilson. Callie worked closely with me to choose my apartment, rent furniture, and solve a few challenges I had with scheduling - all with an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude. Best testimonial I can give for Callie - if I hadn't just sold my company, I'd be calling my HR team to find a role for.

Wonderful Living Experience

From the moment I walked in and met with Callie, one of the leasing agents, I knew I was going to live here. Callie is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the building and really listened to my specific requests. I moved from out of town and took her word that when something opened that she thought I would like she would let me know. Sure enough, I moved in without ever seeing the actual unit and I couldn't be more pleased with it! She listened to everything and got me in the perfect place! Michael (former concierge now leasing agent) is also amazing! He was so accommodating on move-in day and made the day seamless - not easy to do when moving. I appreciate his professionalism and ability to act quickly even with a lot of moving parts. The building is always clean and well maintained, maintenance responds quickly if there are any issues and the staff is friendly. I couldn't be happier to be living here!

Amazing leasing agent at Camden Pier District

I recently took a tour of the Camden Pier District Apartments. I was greeted by Callie Wilson who took me on a tour of the property which was simply amazing and answer all the questions I had. She was extremely professional and a total sweetheart. I would highly recommend her if you were thinking about renting a unit here as I did. I have a home on a private island as well as others globally but all of them take a backseat to this amazing property.

Best Place to Live in DTSP

The rooftop pool, sundeck, firepit, and grills are an awesome way to spend any weekend. & the fitness facilities and sauna are a great way to detox during the week. Amy, Brittanie, and Callie are all amazing and always as helpful as possible. The maintenance crew and concierge are always immediately available if you need anything. Overall, it is a great place to live.

As a friend of mine once said this is like living in a resort. The building amenities and the downtown St Pete location are second to none. The foodie scene in Tampa Bay is also impressive. And none of this would be possible without Amy, Brittanie and the fantastic concierge and maintenance staff who always address any concern fast. Only downside rents are increasing fast.

Living here was a dream!

Living at the Camden is like living on vacation year-round. It is nicer than most hotels and resorts, the lobby is beautiful and amenities- jacuzzi, sauna, infiniti pool, grills, etc are phenomenal. Excellent service, staff are very kind, no bad run-ins with other residents. Great amenities for dogs as well- dog park and grassy areas.

This is my third Luxury apt in Down Town St Pete in 4 years. It took me 4 years to get in to this place! My view is of the bay, with the control tower of Whitted airport, The St Petersburg Sail Club, and the big screen at Al Lang Stadium. I see this from my balcony. My apartment fills up with sun every morning. I watch planes land, birds fly, boats sail. Plus there are all the amenities you'd ever want. Beautiful lobby, 24 hour concierges , roof top pool, sauna, gym, lounge 3 palm trees! (yes the building with the 3 palm trees on the roof!) and a bay to gulf view! Sun rise or sun set. Great Staff and very nice neighbors.

Lived there all of 2021 and in that short period observed amenities, maintenance, cleanliness and staff friendliness decrease significantly while the 2022 rents were hiked 30%+ - Adding insult to injury, Camden discretely announced it was building 2 additional towers East and West of the building thereby cancelling any resident views on both sides of the building! Anyone with water views in that tower will soon be staring at concrete 50+ feet away - not to mention the other incessant construction going on in the area 24/7. Overall this landlord is cutting costs and increasing rents while services keep plummeting in quality. Would not recommend this place in downtown St. Pete.

Paid over $3500 and it was the worst experience for the price you pay, the terrible customer service, the residents that have the rules enforced on them, the discrimination from the management and the racism from the assistant manager, the legal threats, guns and police reports, contact high all day, mold, and so much more! My recommendation is to run and take your business else where if you care for morals or ethics. I’m moving out thankfully as I bought a home, but will have everyone I know that has lived here post their honest review for this unethical company. Their attorney doesn’t scare me either, yea sue me attorney for not signing your NDA and choosing to stay as a resident instead as your lack of competent clients and their dismay at my living. Who would send an NDA before sending me a letter upon one day before my move out saying I can’t ever live at a Camden property due to “avoid any potential disagreements or disputes.” Thank God I move out tomorrow!!!

I moved in a few months ago, and I would echo what many others have written: living in the Camden is like living in a resort hotel. Arguably the nicest pool in the city, along with a sauna and gym with breathtaking views of the bay. The location itself is fantastic, center of downtown St. Pete with no real need for a car. It’s across the street from a Publix and CVS. The units have high-ceilings, nice lighting, and either have fantastic views and/or nice breezes. The appliances are very recent. What makes the Camden exceptional is the staff, from the concierge to Brittanie and Amy, the building manager. From signing a lease (sight-unseen), to moving-in, and having any service requests completed super quickly, all my experiences with the building team have been first-rate. MM

The management has limited interest in the residents. It is a beautiful property and the amenities are very you feel less like a resident than a part of the building community. Staff are minimally friendly. The overall feel is that of an assisted living facility even though I am not near the age or need for such. It is a nice location and convenient to downtown conveniences but overall unfriendly.

I just signed my third lease with the Camden Pier District and can say that I absolutely love the staff of the building. The re-negotiation of lease with Drew was a pleasure and not the outright chore that signing a new lease can be. The concierge staff of Catie, Chota, and Passe are always ready with a smile and as much help as you can possibly expect anyone to give. They handle all sorts of delicate issues with grace and good cheer. I look forward to seeing them as I leave and return from my daily activities. The maintenance crew is also top notch. Whenever I have an issue (which is rarely), they’re almost immediately available and able to solve whatever problem I’m having. Mike H has handled issues from installing a new thermostat to fixing whatever was wrong with my air conditioner quickly and with a cheery attitude. Really, the staff at Camden Pier District is top notch and I’m looking forward to another year with them.

This review is specifically for Brittanie and how great she is as a leasing agent. She has lots of enthusiasm. You can tell she loves her job. All my quesions and concerns were answered. I was very skeptical about leasing an apt without actually being there. But her virtual tour was very thorough and I felt like I was there. Although I did not end up renting an apt at Camden, the experience was very non stressful. No pressure at all. For that I am grateful.

I love Camden Pier District! My girlfriend and I have been here only two months and we are very impressed. The pool, sauna, hot tub, fire pit (yes, fire pit! ) and Sky Lounge on the Roof Deck give Camden an experience 2nd to none! Stay fit with state of the art equipment and a separate workout room. The staff here are incredible! You can hang out on the 1st floor too with multiple lounges, snack from our in house store, and shoot the breeze with the concierge (24 hour coverage!) and sales staff. I love living here. It's a beautiful building with the best rooftop and pool view in St. Pete! Catie (concierge/leasing office) and Hector (maintenance) are absolutely amazing. They handle any issue I may have immediately and are always pleasant. It makes living here just that much more enjoyable.
