Good in most ways, maintence is pretty responsive and the grounds are kept pretty clean. Only couple things I would like to see is a dog water fountain at the dog park and maybe a children's park somewhere.

Overall, we've had a great experience living in this community. The amenities are well-maintained, the staff is responsive, and the environment is friendly and welcoming. However, one issue we've consistently encountered is the presence of cockroaches in our home, even though the maintenance team performs pest control regularly.

So far, my living experience here at MAA Seven Oaks has been great. The property is well kept, landscaping always up to par. Very clean. Nice, quiet family community. Close to everything, restaurants, the malls, various shopping plazas, the interstate. Family oriented community.

My experience is good except for the high rent. I asked the leasing office if they can lower it like the apartment that is 20 ft from mine and their response was "No, that's not good business." I am paying $500 more than the apartment 20 ft from mine. I cut back on food in order to stay here because like I said my experience is good.

The walking paths are nice. There is a lot of dogs here of all breeds. It's such a shame that when I take walks I have to watch where my dog and I walk because picking up after one's dog seems not to be a responsible or respective thing to do with a lot of dog owners. The mail boxes need to be replaced. They are hard to open with the key sometimes even with the large ones with bigger mail pieces.

Nice when we first moved here. Now not as much with the type neighbors moving in here. Loud neighbors, screaming kids early in the am on porch. People are going to newer developments for the same price as these older units.

Below average. Office staff is "sweet", but care less about the residents. Two of my basic requests were not fulfilled - careless excuses both times (sorry we can't, sorry it's against the rules, sorry we aren't allowed to). Roads/lots full of major pot holes for over 6 months now. A neighbor bent his rim - that big! Maintenance team drives their golf carts on the lawn leaving muddy tire marks everywhere - do you think anyone cares to fix it? My dishwasher isn't washing top shelf of dishes since I moved in. I can literary wash a single cup in it and it is still dirty after a cycle. Maintenance response is that I don't know how to load it properly. I guess my parents haven't thought me how to load a dishwasher (I'm in my 40s). One and done for me here!

Older complex but kept up. Speeding through the complex is a big issue, especially with a lot of children outdoors. They desperately need more speed bumps to slow down the traffic for safety reasons.

It is not as nice as it was when I first moved here, it is not as well kept, the grounds, the breeze was and other things as dog poop, on the grounds and around , the driveway needs holes repaired, just take a look yourself and see, I guess if no one complains, you do nothing

So far it's been good. I believe the rates are a bug on a high side but I like that they have a trail around the pond where I can take my dog for a walk. Safe neighborhood, near lots of shops, and a decent place to live in.

We love our current apartment. It's safe, modern, clean, and very organized. So much space and very nice facilities, as well. Not too pricey, and the signing process was easy and stress free. The complains I have are minimal. The parking situation is a bit tiresome. There are no assigned spots, so some times, late at night, you're left parking far from your apartment. The other complaint is that the leasing office is less quick to answer concerns after you've moved in. Maintenance is quick, but other issues are ignored.

The community is very pleasant and decent. Not much noise and quiet (in my area). Most residents have dogs and most adhere to the pet cleanup policy which helps keep the area decent. Neighbors are courteous and respectful.
