I have always had a great experience with the staff of the community. Katie has been great since my first tour to my visits to the office now. The maintenance staff always waves to me when they are out on the property and work orders are always completed well in a timely fashion. The grounds are always clean and well maintained.

I've been living here for years I love the location I love how close it is to 75 I love being in the way back in building 18 it's nice and quiet except for the dogs barking the only other issue I have with the dogs my dog passed away in March and the people do not pick up their dog poop and it's disgusting and it smells cause it's very hot here so it's stinks I need to pick up their poop the pool is amazing I go to the pool every single day I love it I love to relax there on weekends it's a. Nightmare because people that don't live here just walk in and have barbecues and invite 30 people and I live here and I want to enjoy the pool a lot of people do not live here and use the pool and barbecue

So far love it. We have been here only 2 weeks. But I love the grounds. I love the pool, it has been clean. The staff are always friendly and attentive to you. Always parking around. My only concern and complaint is the tenants drive too fast and not enough speed bumps. Especially that I live in first building, people are flying in and that entrance needs a bump right away.

Great place. Great location. You have very quick access to the freeway. Shops are very close. The staff is friendly and very responsive. They generally want you to always be happy. There's nothing worse than going home to a place you're not happy with.

Nice community!! The apartments are ery quiet and well insulated. The neighborhood is safe. The ponds are gorgeous and give a nice view. The vallet trash pickup is also very nice. Very imptessed with them!

My experience at these apartments have been horrible. The front office people are rude and treat you like a number. They don't listen to there tenants I guess that is the reason why so many have been moving out.,

Very nice and clean community. I wish there was more parking for the residence. I do wish more of the residents would clean up after their pets they don't always do that. I am surprised because there are bags and a garbage can outside for them to do that. Otherwise it is a great community to live in.

The complex is wonderful. It is clean and well maintained, safe, and pet friendly. Anytime I have had something that needed fixed, it was fixed right away. The complex is mostly quiet with nice people.

The application proccsss was super easy, however the move in date listed on their website was incorrect. I wasn't able to move in, until a week later. The staff was super friendly and kind when I came to get my keys on move in day, but I wasn't too happy when there was a ton of maintenance issues I had to call and have fixed within the first few days. The maintenance staff did come super fast and complete most of the issues! Overall I am very happy with Colonial Grand!

Nice and quiet place and far away from main road . Is a nice community I will rrecommend to any body to live here is closed to a lot of store and the Wiregrass mall schools and many restaurants live here is closed to stores , schools and Wiregrass mall . Is pet friendly

The community is well maintained, the leasing staff is professional, and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The community has great amenities including a great pool which is always clean, a fitness room, and club house which was recently renovated.

Everything has been really great. The few maintenance issues I've had have been responded to and corrected immediately. The property is very well managed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
