I love the atmosphere and environment of the community. Friendly staff and management. I just wish there was a way to eliminate the vallet trash fee and cable if you wished not to have it. I enjoy the noise level which is very little. The location is also very ideal.

Nice and friendly staffs, convenient location for shopping and work. They should have a right turn lane at the exit of complex tho. Very inconvenient if the first car at light needs to go straight and others wants to turn right. Because the light take forever to turn green especially on morning.

Very quiet , clean, and family friendly neighborhood. If it was gated , I would give 5 stars. Pool area is nice but with as many parties that are held there, I wish there was a 2nd pool. Maintenance staff is quick to respond. overall we are satisfied.

I love it! Wesley Chapel is a wonderful place and Colonial Grand at Seven Oaks is superb! The leasing staff is the best! The apartments are updated and clean. I moved away from Hyde park and I couldn't be happier!! I can breathe now. LOVE the outlet mall and Wiregrass mall right down the road!! Publix, Wal-Mart, target, McDonald's, you name it!!! I highly recommended this property as a great place to live.

The grounds are nice and well maintained . But the apartment is built cheaply and neighbors can hear everything. A floor sound barrier would help. Also, there's little storage and the air handler is in the living room and loud. Also, aluminum blinds are just cheap and dumb. Fake wood would look better, be easier to maintain and help keep them the heat and cold drafts out. Also, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are extremely hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Just really poorly built.

The community is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is a good community for families. The landscaping and surroundings are well kept. In our building, we have noise level problems. Several tenants play loud music and videos after the 10:00pm quiet time.

Move in was easy but still confused about the package deal. I thought that cable bill would included with rent but received separate bill for cable. So how much is rent and exactly what is included in the package should be explained better when renter's first inquire about apartment's.

Well, I needed an apartment right away. I called a couple of other places and they said it'd take 3 to 4 business days to process my request since I'm from overseas. Then I called Colonial Grand at Seven Oaks and guess what - 24 hours later with the help of Katie Witmer who works there I moved in. Fast, smooth, exceptional experience. That's the way! A very clean, nice and friendly place.

It's almost time for my 14 month lease to be up, I've had a comfortable stay at this apartment complex. Huge part of it is the kind and welcoming staff they hire. My reason for leaving is relocation. I highly recommended Colonial Grand if you're looking for a family friendly environment in a great location. Plenty of shops and family activities around the complex, as well as nice walking trail if you have furry friends or simply enjoy a nice walk around nature.

Just moved in here a week ago: valet trash was not picked up, USPS does not deliver packages, have to be picked up at leasing office where most of the time nobody is available, no parking spots for residents on weekends, not same for single women

Great timely service and close to everything commercial. Not a huge community which feels quaint and the grounds are nice as well. The rent is comparable with optional garages. Pool and clubhouse well maintained.

Nice quiet complex. Good surrounding area with alot or great restaurants and activities. Maintenance crews and office staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the traffic during rush hour on SR56. With the 2 malls and the area growing it can get a little crowded. Overall has been a great experience and recently signed another year lease.

I was very well attended by the staff. The neighborhood looked very quiet and secure, The apartment complied with our expectation. The apartment is conveniently located, closed to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, new development. The apartment was rented for my daughter who will be attending the USF. A little far from downtown but affordable. Your officer Katie was very kind and provided all the information we needed. Parking lot is spacious also.

This is a great community. Love the way is maintain and control in regards to keeping it clean and healthy. Living in New York and walking to almost everyone would have been one of things I miss the most. This community provides easy walking distances to nearby Malls, SAMS, and now with the new gas station easy to get a quick bite to eat without having to drive.

Great Staff, all really nice and caring. They're on top of everything. It's clean around here. Everyone is nice and friendly. One of my favorite parts is the lay out of the apartments with lots of space, big kitchen, lots of windows and trails.
