I am fairly new to this area, but I love it so far...The location of the complex is very convenient, everything is literally within a mile (stores, restaurants, mall). The staff is very friendly, and my concerns are addressed in a timely manner.... It's quiet, clean, and beautiful... Apartments are modern and very well maintained.

maintenance comes right away and fixes or replaces whatever the problem is. This quick response is appreciated. When the washer machine spinner broke the maintenance dept and mgmt. in the office up front arranged to have a new washer ordered and it actually came and was installed the next day.

Since the first day we talked to the office staff they were helpful the entire way. My roomate and I both had so many questions as this was our first apartment. The staff was helpful and our apartment is beautiful, any problems maintenance was prompt in fixing and always polite. We love it here.

We have been very comfortable in this community for a little over three years. The staff are personable and knowledgeable. This is a fairly quiet community, although there are a wide variety of ages who live here. We like it and would recommend it to others!

I like the clean areas and spacious apartment. The nature walks are quiet and refreshing. Only complain I have is that the county can't seem to finish the road construction on 56 in any timely fashion. Seems like they have been working (not working) on it for a year or more.

This is a quiet community with pleasant surroundings and plenty of parking. My unit is the perfect size for me and is well insulated which keeps the noise and the heat down. I am very happy here and plan to renew my lease when the time comes. The leasing staff is very professional and helpful.

I lived here for two years and have no complaints. The property was always well maintained and it is a very safe area. Management did change while I lived here but the staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests were always handled within 24 hours and I did not experience any bug problems. I could sometimes hear neighbors if they were really loud but it wasn't excessive.

Our rent keeps going up while we are losing services and/or paying extra that were included in our rent (i.e. Seven Oaks clubhouse & cable). The buildings are falling apart on the inside and are not well maintained. We still have a stain that has not been repaired on our master bedroom ceiling from a roof leak that occurred 2 years ago.

Nice staff and people, the place is quiet and clean with a very good location. What I don't like personally is the use of fitted carpet, because it accumulates dust mite and is not the healthiest, but it is not a big problem. I like the surrounding woods and lake also.

I have been living at Colonial Grand at Seven Oaks for 9 years. I have never had a bad experience and find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The grounds are nicely maintained with the exception of the few that do not pick up after their pets. I have never had any major issues with my apartment and any needed maintenance is always completed very promptly. I have mad many good friends during my years of living here. Juan the assistant manager is always happy to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this apartment community.

We are extremely disappointed about the $121.00 dollars rent increase. It is exaggerate amount of over 11 percent this year alone. We do not see any rationality in this increase. There is a disproportion with this increase and the general condition of the unit,stair area,gym etc. This increase in rent is comparable to a HOUSE rental. It is no longer financially reasonable to rent here. If I renew it would be because, at this time, I cannot go through a moving process.
