I love this community. There is a nice diversity in the community so I can intact with people unlike myself or like me. I have had people, including teens, offer to help me with things I'm carrying or need to out into the car. People are friendly and at least nodnirnsay hello. I feel like if I needed help, I could ask anyone who comes along. I think this community attracts good people.

This is a quiet community located in a growing area of Wesley Chapel. Managed and maintained by a spectacular team of individuals who pride themselves on Servant Leadership. I have never experienced a concern for the quality and care of the staff and recommend anyone wanting an apartment near shopping and schools as this community is located in a great part of Wesley Chapel.

MAA is not a company that supports the military or its veterans. Today is Memorial Day and the only flag flying out front is there company flag, as was the same on Veterans Day and 4th of July. This is a sad place when a company would fly there company logo before the American flag, especially on a day of remembrance of the men and women, past and present who have put there lives on the line for this country.

The experience so far has been great. Brittany helped a lot. She made our transition from NY to Florida seem less. She answered all of our questions and got back to me promptly. When we arrived everything was ready for us. We received a tour of the grounds because we didn't see the apt until we arrived.

Cost could reflect rural area from commercial industries such as the downtown city district. Travel is expensive enough and the rent was discovered to have raised by $200 for a single bedroom per current and previous residents. I find it to be a bit overpriced for the undeveloped area it is located.

i love this place !! very convient location, staff is incredible and friendly. Maintainence is awesome and very time sensitive. Any need i ever had was accomodated with no hesitation. I wish the walls were better insulated as all activities of neighbors could be heard. I also wish the mailboxes would be fixed, anytime you have a package delivered via usps they have to leave it in the office. Kind of a pain. but other than that a wonderful place to live

I came from a horrible apartment and they made my transition to a new place as easy as they could. They were very nice and organized at the club house. My favorite part is that the apartment complex is pet friendly. It's a huge deal for me. Hope to be here for awhile.

Excellent service from the Lease Manager, the Leasing Agents, and the Maintenance Staff. Always friendly. I always feel safe. Very pet friendly. I was in the hospital for a week and Leasing Agent picked up my mail for me. No desire to move. TY.

Pretty complex. Friendly staff. The complex is well cared for, the grounds are kept neat and well landscaped. The office staff was very helpful especially Nate. He took time to show me several different apartments and was petient with my many questions.

So far so good. I haven't lived here long, but nice people and GREAT location. There are so many things right down the road and traffic isn't terrible considering Tampa is so large. Close to interstate. Extremely clean apartment when I moved in. Staff was helpful.

Very nice quiet community with excellent service. I love that there are only two floors verses three. Private entries. Good price and fantastic location! Pets are welcome. Maintenance is quick and professional. Grounds are well maintained.

Good size of each room, I like the working desk and a balcony, the carpet,walls and floor are near, all appliances working great. Enough parking lots available. Every room and living room have their fan, everything is 5 minutes away from home

we really like this community. It has plenty of stores and restaurants within 20 miles as well as malls and other activities. The biggest complaint we have is resident parking because we both come in at later times and most times there is no parking near our apartment.

My Moving experience was great Nate did a great job in providing all info need for an easy transaction. The apartment and Grounds are very clean. I would definitely recommend Colonial Grand to anyone, excellent customer service, you guys get a 10.

I have lIves here for 7 years and unfortunately the increase in rent every year is forcing me to move out at the end of my lease. It's not fair that long term residents are penalized with the increased rent. I keep to myself and pay my bills...would be nice to be able to stay here without being charged ridiculous increases in rent

The gentleman that called was very polite answered every question that I had. Jeremy was very nice and good at what he did.The only thing that he didn't do was connect the dishwasher backup. He was very professional and knowledgeable with the situation

Quiet, safe feeling. Reliable and friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. Very friendly neighbor. Only thing missing is a center location with few picnic tables to meet up with people and sit and chat. Gathering place. Not up front where swings are. No one uses that area too much. Out of the way. More parking spaces. Pool heated would be nice. Would love hot tub.very cozy apt. Street light at entrance is way too long. Close to shopping area and places to eat out. Found a New love and appreciation for apartment living. Walk path and bike path really nice. I have lived in this community since March, 2014, and since then I have been impressed with the speed at which issues get resolved. Last week my dishwasher broke and I submitted a request online to have it fixed. I also called the office because I was nervous that the weekend would arrive and I would not have a working dishwasher. I was told that the maintenance person was going to be at my apartment within an hour. I was impressed with the speed at which the issue was resolved. Both the agent in the office and the maintenance staff member were very professional and understanding.

I've only lived here for one week, but so far my experience with everyone has been great. I love the area with all the shopping and quick access to everything. Also, quick access to I-75 since I do a lot of my professional things in Tampa. I know this will be a wonderful place to live.

Nice community; very clean and quiet. Convenient location. I really like apartment. The only disappointment so far is that some stains have mysteriously appeared on my carpet, which I must incur the expense to clean. Other than that, the apartment is great!

Will not be resigning for another year do to a $100 late fee for not even being a half a day late ONE TIME. after I just referred a friend to move in. Had a lot of great things to say about this community. After everything I was still charged for being a half a day late.
