This community reminds me if resort style living. The pool area is very nice and I enjoy that they have a coffee area in the common area. The view from the eigth floor is amazing. The main negative is just parking. The lot is big but only a few spots by the elevator entrance.

I absolutely love living in my building! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. It truly feels like home here, and I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

New apartment,good views and pool . Trash valet makes halls stinky. You are only given an app for your door and a card(no physical metal key nor physical code to the door pad) so Relying on technology to open your door is a downfall In my opinion but call me old fashion.

Management stuff is very friendly but my issue with maintaince and fixing my fridge still wasn't fix which is causing me troubles living in my apartment and disturbing my sleep and my experience on this community in general .

Brand new building, great ease of leasing 2 months free which is unheard off. Safe gated community with well designed space for apartments and parking and community spaces. The maintenance staff is wonderful and it's in a great area of west palm.

I deeply unhappy and dissatisfied I am with my move-in experience at Inscription West Palm. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that my unit was not in move-in ready condition. The most urgent and unacceptable issue has been the lack of a functioning toilet for over four days. Despite this being a basic and essential amenity, no one was dispatched to properly address the issue in a timely manner. I was offered access to another unit's restroom, which is not an appropriate or reasonable solution?especially as a woman on my period with a young child staying with me. Beyond the toilet situation, I've also encountered the following issues: Sink was broken at move-in Bugs coming out of the toilet Dishwasher bottom rack broken Trash cabinet malfunctioning Ice machine not working Water filter needing replacement Doors not closing properly due to hinge issues Floors were dirty upon arrival No assigned mailbox or mailbox key provided This is not what I expected or was promised from a "luxury" apartment complex. I've previously lived in multiple properties and have never experienced this level of negligence, disorganization, or inconvenience.

There is no overnight staff, no one to get packages for you, security at the outside guard house is minimal, all doors use a key card -- sometimes they don't work, no recycling bins in the building -- only a dumpster for cardboard out in the parking lot, thin walls,

I have had a great experience with the office staff and maintenance! Yonka, Heidi, and Mayor are all amazing. The building is always well kept and clean in the hall ways and down stairs. The pool always looks beautiful as well!

Good experience overall. Yonca was amazing. Apartment was very nice and really clean. Everything was great. Parking especially. No complaints at all. I would say the rent is slightly high but it high everywhere.
