It's been wonderful and welcoming and really feels like home and we always feel secure being here thanks to the gate house being on top of every one coming in and out of the complex! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I've been living in this apartment complex for some time now, and I genuinely love it here. Except for internet platforms, I am very impressed and would purchase if you do a condo conversion. Facilities are that of a luxury hotel and are maintained immaculately. The unit is well built and has an exceptional floorplan.

From the initial meting and tour set up with Mayer it has been an excellent experience. The property is very well maintained and amenities are first class. The views are amazing and the community tenants are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Looks can be deceiving. I was the first person to rent my unit and the quality of materials and appliances used in this brand new building was far below my expectations for a luxury property in a high-rent category.

Terrible fraudulent representations do not rent here. Very overpriced. Take ur app fee and refuse to rtn it. Had to notify cc company. Do not give then ur debit card. They ask for it?. Mayor the rep does call back. Bad place?

Great apartment! I love that it is newer. The guards seem to let people in "if they act like they belong there. Blake is super helpful! It's tough since it's not in a super great area but I still feel safe enough to take a walk, only with my guard up though.

To keep it simple, neighborhood is pristine, building is also clean as a whistle, staff is accommodating as of now, and the amenities are solid! Views everywhere from the building, plus so far it seems like most residents are quite charming.

Blake was an amazing associate. She answered all of my questions and provided a very detailed tour. When I came back the next day, she even stayed past her time to assure all of my questions were answered.

Everything has been great so far, beyond some maintenance and minor cleanliness issues my move on was very smooth. Keymon in maintenance has jumped on all my problems right away and has made this experience much less stressful!

The staff is nice but this apartment complex is entirely too new for how paper thin the walls are. The noise of the trash compactor is unbearable at night and seems to be the worse Sunday nights!!!!

So far it has been a great experience. The staff was super helpful and my husband and I are very thankful for Mayer and Heidi's help on everything. Both super wonderful! This is also fantastic with security and close to everything and anything!

Gorgeous new building in a gated community nearby all of the restaurants, retail, and public transportation you could ever want. The staff is highly courteous and attentive to residents' needs. It's an ideal place to call home if you're looking in the West Palm Beach area.

Everything has been great so far. There was a hiccup with keys but to no fault of anyone involved but what matters is that they were able to have everything fixed in a timely manner and always giving updates. It takes a lot of weight off your shoulders. So far would absolutely recommend Inscription to anyone
