Stay away from 421 freaks

Stay away from this disgustingly managed and maintained ------ of Wilton Drive. You will live next to drug addicts, sex freaks and trannies. No more professional upscale lifestyle here. Pool is Toxic chemicals. No smoking not enforced. Dogs ---- on balconies and Elevators. Elevators broken. AC problems. Mold. Etc...

I am current resident and I have lived here for 6 months and it is always been just okay the way corporate dictated their rules and is always about $ for them. Residents will never win but lately they are just horrible they gave no notice of the horrendous jack Hammering, drilling, and pounding of the ongoing construction below. I'm sacrificing $3,250 lease breaking fee to get a peace of mind.

The Gables Wilton Park is in one of the best locations and Wilton Manors. The pool and workout room are great amenities could be a little better in the workout room but still very good. Maintenance is always on top of things and very prompt. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful and accommodating.I was a resident in 2011 and the Gables experience was great. That is why I returned in 2014.

Great location the grounds are very well kept and the town homes are spacious. they are a cheaply appointed unfortunately the balcony is nice but smallish the construction seems solid great garage if they would just put some quality appliances in the units this would be an excellent value but since they don't its just overall a nice property

It's so beautiful and quite experience for me. I've seen the building many times. And thrift to try living it here and finally I did. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. asked lots of questions and helped me a lot thanks gables!

Be aware, after 19 months of renting, now I have problems and problems because I was late in only 1 payment of rent and I deprived Gables of $1810.00 for 7 days only. Only because I change banks from SunTrust to Chase and mixed up my account numbers. The management did not appreciated, refused my new payment (I made a replacement check) when I realized the problem. Instead they send me a notice saying they might think that I intended to defraud and to pay with certified check only. They also sent lawyer letters saying that I can not go to the office anymore, because the manager is scared of me. I never experienced such a thing in my life. 19 months no problem - 1 honest mistake - we are all humans - and now they threats me non stop. They just took the manager's version and sent a letter. BE CAREFULL

I have lived here since Nov 2016 and there has been a substantial decline in the upkeep of the property but rents continue to go up - unless there is a drastic change with the new manager that just joined us, we will look elsewhere on next renewal. Misters as mentioned in the review from June 2018 are still not working in August, and it's the height of the hot season...many other items are in disrepair and not getting attention..landscaping has not been the same since Irma...maintenance staff does their best with what they are given to work with, staff is friendly and courteous...think Gables upper management is tying their hands and budgets...hope this helps you when looking....

Just moved here in June 2018 , so far so good. However the misters at the pool do not work , which is annoying . Regardless , I will post more as I get situated in the community. Thank you gables ....

It is a wonderful place the units are beautiful a blank slate to make exactly the way you want the view is amazing the staff are super helpful and the grounds are maintained impeccably I would highly recommend The Gables you receive a great deal of value for the rent you pay the amenities are awesome maintenance is done on a timely and on a schedule that works with your personal needs

We are extremely happy with our decision to rent our apartment here at the Gables! The apartment is beautiful, the grounds, pool, and fitness center are always perfect, the management and maintenance crews always very helpful and pleasant, and the location couldn't be better!

Love this community. I wish it was a little less expensive. I understand its value and I wish I can stay longer. It is all about location. Gym and pool amenities and the activities for residents in the different bars in the building makes it worth. Always parking. Difficult for guests parking at times. I miss the previous office management, but the new team is awesome and doing a great job as well.

The complex is aging & with the cheap materials used in construction it shows. Nearly all the cabinetry is loosing the wood look plastic thermo foil cover as it peels away from the edges of the doors. The dark colors used were chosen 10 years ago and are now dated. The refrigerators do not have ice and water in the door, pretty much standard everywhere. The appliances in general are very basic. Lack of parking is a major issue. Excellent and convenient location, great staff, clean and landscaping is well kept. I have very much enjoyed living here the past 3 years however, with newer complexes in the area having better amenities, plentiful parking and slightly lower rents I am considering a move when my lease renews.

Great place to live but wish the noise level was better. Worth checking out, wish the 1 bedroom apartments were more affordable. The studios are bit pricey. I wish the rents would not fluctuate the way that they do.

Just moved back here after leaving the area for a year. So glad to be back. Everything is right there. Restaurants, stores, and nightlife. Great location. I love it here! So does my dog Carmela.Its clean and well maintained and a nice fresh place to come home to.

Nice apartments, but there are areas that never get cleaned. I hear the blower blowing leaves back and forth quite a bit. I don't quite know what that accomplishes. We get warnings about where our guests should and should not park, but I see cars parked in residential parking all the time in the daytime without residential stickers.
