My experience was God- send! The staff has always been professional. Everyone has been professional and empathetic. From the day 1 to present no problems! My blood pressure has gone done. I provided the necessary documents. They are putting a wheelchair ?? parking space WOW!!! I have cried because of the kindness, grace that has been shown towards me.

For the most part, I don't have many complaints. Maintenance requests use to be fulfilled a lot faster when I first moved in. Also, security at the front gate let anyone pass through without checking them in, which makes me uneasy. But besides that, it's a decent place to live.

I've lived in Carlton Arms since 2011 and it has been one of the best experiences that I have had. It's peaceful and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Any maintenance issues are immediately addressed. I enjoy living here.

Carlton Arms is a great community. The apartments are clean and spacious. They keep the grounds clean and maintained. There two pools for the residents and guests to use. They also provide laundry facilities for the residents.

Love it here. Safe and affordable. Packages are never messed with. Neighbors are good. Parking is an issue at night and school buses. Otherwise I enjoy being here and raising my kids here. Schools are good

The property is very well maintained. The office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely fashion. It's quiet and peaceful. I don't know what else I can say, I enjoy living here.

It is a nice apartment for the price, the biggest issue I have is when trying to leave and no one lets you drive out of the parking spot and almost getting t boned by people who speed through carelessly. The maintenancr team does there best but it seems they skip some rules to try to fix the problem quicker like when they said one maintenance guy works on the out side electrical boxes when they are supppse to call on a professional to look at it. It seemed kinda sketchy.

It's a comfortable, family-friendly, and safe place, and above all, it offers super fast service. At first, I thought that because the place had lower prices than other apartments, it might not be very good, but I was wrong. This place, besides being beautiful, truly makes you feel at home, something I couldn't find in other apartments.
