I love it and feel very at home here! The layout is open and airy. I love the vaulted ceiling in the main room, and the large sunroom area with windows on three sides (which we made into our music room). I love the privacy provided by having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment, and the bathrooms within the bedrooms. Last, but not least, the office staff and maintenance folks are friendly, responsive, and professional. Love it here!

Really frustrating. The maintenance folks follow a really silly routine when fixing anything. It reeks of trying to solve problems by spending the least amount of money, but in the end they inevitably have to hire someone because the buildings are old and leaks are common. Instead of one visit, it's common for issues to be solved after multiple visits. They raised rent over 50% since the pandemic because they could, but the corresponding value of their service and the quality of the apartments has not risen. This is "gouging" by any other name. The only thing holding me here is the insane housing market.

Diariamente conozco otros complex por cuestiones de trabajo. Muy pocos se pueden comparar con las condiciones de este conjunto de viviendas. Las atenciones recibidas siempre son excelentes.

When Management switched it hasn't been that great, maintenance is very slow to get anything fixed. The community is loud always parties at the pool, neighbors are loud above you, there have been couple of violent acts in the neighborhood and nothing has been done that we have seen to make it seem safer

Roaches, broken doors, broken door knobs, electrical outlet never repaired since it was reported in 2023. The maintenance department takes days or weeks to complete a work order. I am telling you the maintenance department has to shape up and do their jobs. I see them running around the complex riding carts picking up trash. Get some real maintenance people!!!!!

It’s my home for 15 and a haft years,love my home, but the landscape in back of building needs attention with fallen/broken trees,debris. The front of building needs work,can be embarrassing with visitors along with dog waste. The office staff and maintenance are excellent! Friendly,knowledgeable,helpful and professional.

Apartment was in n fair condition upon move in. Air conditioning, washer and dryer needed replacing, presence of roaches. At first they were responsive, now they act like you are a pest because they gave you a crappy apartment.

When I first moved in the apartment, the carpet really needed to be replaced. I had dog hair everywhere. They had to come and shampoo it over again. But it resolved it a little, but still the carpet needs to be completely replaced when a new family is coming into a unit.

Everything has been ok besides maintenance issues taking forever. My current situation should be fixed immediately as my apartment is almost not livable and it is your responsibility to keep my air conditioning going. I am not one to write bad reviews as I am service manager in my profession and understand things happen but this is is ridiculous

Other than some bug and heating unit issues, we have been extremely happy with this apartment so far (especially for the price). Staff has been working with us diligently to address the aforementioned issues, and we hope they get resolved because we could see ourselves living here for awhile if addressed.

My next door neighbor smokes weeds and it bothers me very much . Since I moved to this apartment, I saw my shower’s surface has been painted the first day , but I did not it has a major issue and it should be repaired once a while . The maintenance does temporary job due to the cost of repair despite the fact the office charges us monthly. The office does not do its job very well and the shower situation can create health and hygiene issues . Except these major issues, overall I like this community if champion green take the consideration to take care of customers more . Thanks

Terrible. Have completely regretted renting an apartment here. They try to charge you for every little thing but not willing to provide the service. Within, last two months I had to engage the office for an issue over 10 times and it is still not resolved. Miguel, the community manager didn't even care to respond the issues
