Bugs in the apartment upon moving in along with several things needing to be replaced . Parking is absolutely terrible for resident that have guest with limited parking and elevators always are dirty. I seen a dead rat on the first floor in the hallways and dog poop all around the building and in the shared spaces . I will say any request that I've needed done they got it handled . If they can't get the property to be consistently clean then I think it would make a world of a difference! Great location and the staff is very professional, I do feel as if they care about my concerns when I do have them.

I really like this apartment and its proximity to shops, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. Pros: rent is comparable to other apt complexes in the area, leasing staff is attentive to needs, maintenance is speedy, feels safe, lots of storage space in the unit Cons: feels dated (even upon move in) ex: rust in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, scuffs on the stainless steel appliances; guest parking is a nightmare. The package retrieval system (Hello Package) is better than the systems at many other places but it's still not perfect by any means.

Just like life, the Brady Apts has gone through it's highs and lows since I first moved in. Overall, it's a great location if you appreciate the "walk score". Lots of coffee shops, lunch spots and some night life. Keeps growing, even though one of the connecting restaurants can't seem to stay open for more than 2 years? The rooftop pool can be a great relaxing sanctuary with Top views! The parking is the worst aspect. Street parking WAS free before the City took over, though opens up 10pm-7am free. Apt parking deck is paid or limited free passes which "sell out" for the weekends by Wednesday or Thursday. The Boot Company is exactly what you'd expect: sneaky, shady, and quick to boot your friends cars, but slow to respond and act afterwards. Very annoying. Apartment layouts are really good, I appreciate the kitchen design and storage. The staff is ever changing, so it's been hit and miss through the years. The maintenance has always been pretty solid, and relatively quick to respond. Being very close to work, the neighborhood, and the rooftop pool are all why I'm still here.

HA! Where to begin with this place. Elevator is slow and constantly broken. Both of them, in fact. We pay out the wazoo to live here yet can never have guests for more than two days, and the leasing staff consistently uses parking passes that are supposed to be at the disposal of the residents for their own benefit. The number to the leasing office rarely connects you to an actual person, and now that these "self guided tours" are a thing, we have randos walking our halls. Gym equipment is worn down and breaks often, along with appliances in the apartments. I have requested to have my air filters changed MULTIPLE times so I don't wake up to grime on my surfaces, to no avail. The leasing staff (when they are actually there) is standoffish, unfriendly, and often unhelpful. Can't wait for my rent to go up for no reason too.

Unremarkable, basic Atlanta apartments. It's a pretty basic building in fairly bad shape for its age. It has a pool and a small workout room and a dog courtyard. The common areas are pretty dirty. There are a lot of issues with water, and lots of settling in the bldg. No service elevator. One bldg elevator & one Garage elevator. Both break frequently. Fire alarms go off a lot, tho once it was legit. Move-in is a nightmare - no place for a van & stupid doors at a right angle to elevator, so you might have to ditch that sofa for a smaller one. Units are extremely basic, but do have washer & dryer. Appliances are cheap & unreliable. No real package service. There's an off-site delivery service you have to use for all packages, but they just leave stuff at your door, so unsure why they even bother. Apparently the bldg wasn't built with sufficient space to handle packages, so they had to ditch on-site service.

I have had a great experience so far at The Brady. I have lived here for almost a year and plan on renewing my lease. It is pretty quiet and I feel very comfortable in my community. The only problem I have is with guest parking being a little complicated. Other than that, I love The Brady.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Service requests are completed quickly. It's a nice place to live. The rooms are nice. Centrally located to shops and easy to get to Midtown. There is not a lot of parking for visitors however.

Great location, next to multiple restaurants, small shops and bars. The roof top pool and the gym are a big plus. A dog park is also available as well as free resident parking. The community and maintenance staff is amazing.

I'm very much enjoying my time living at the Brady, and I would definitely recommend this location to friend! The location is in a great area of West Midtown, and it is especially ideal for Georgia Tech students.

The Brady Is a great location in West Midtown. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help with any issues that arise. One thing I wish we had is free guest parking spots, but that is hard to come by these days. The construction in the area has also made it really difficult to navigate our parking deck, but it sounds like they are nearly done with the building next door.

The Brady has very friendly and helpful staff. The pool has one of the best views in Atlanta. Location is great for the city, lots of restaurants nearby. In addition, service requests are taken care of always in a timely manner.

DO NOT LIVE AT THE BRADY. The hallways are consistently dirty and the elevators are as well. There is no noise control for the tenants. It is a very young apartment so it is constantly smelling & loud music, dog barking, etc. Living above the three busiest restaurants isn't as fun as one would think. The construction is also a nightmare. The construction workers use the community elevator and somehow make it on the 4th floor?! Don't bring guests! They don't let you have a parking pass for guests. So you'll be forced to pay. Parking garage is very tight.

I've loved living at The Brady. The facility is great, and I love going up to the roof. Parking for guests is sometimes a challenge, but it's not too hard to get parking passes for them. My apartment is beautiful, and the maintenance department is also extremely helpful and kind.

Overall pleasant... there are a few annoyances with all of the construction but that isn't the fault of the community. The public areas of the parking deck need to be cleaned up especially the stairwells.

The location is good, but the walls are thin. Noise is definitely an issue. There's not much more to say, so I'll fill the rest of this box with gibberish to appease the character requirement. Fhaiaidjfkeixufjekwkskfjrjejsks

I chose to live here because during the apartment hunting process, the people here seemed the most upfront about the pricing, services, and leasing process. I am very happy living here, it's clean and the facilities are nice, and the maintenance is timely. The only thing I think could improve is the parking deck, as it is a bit narrow for my taste and I can't have free parking for friends over on a whim like some other apartments. Overall, very happy with living here though and I'd recommend it.

The apartment and community are very nice and the location has a lot to offer. The office staff is very quick to resolve any issues. Not many complaints at all about this complex. Would recommend if you are willing to pay for location and upgrades.

The Brady is a nice place to live, especially with upcoming renovations to West Midtown. The space-to-price ratio is better than most areas in Atlanta with nice set-ups and location. I would recommend others to live here!

Appliances are nice however it's poor quality of work during install. The walls are super thin so that is good. I never had issues with the valet trash team. Most important, the front line customer service people have been great.

I love the hardwood floors, granite countertops, and overall modern look of the apartments. It is so accessible to eateries/bars like Barcelona, Oku, Upbeet (a great salad bar), Painted Duck, Ormsby's, etc. All of these are literally walkable!

Absolute nightmare living at the brady. As someone else has put it: prepare to live in a landfill & parking deck surrounded by rooms. Prepare for extremely loud construction every morning beginning anytime between 5am and 7am - typically 6:30am on Saturdays. Impossible to sleep through it and its nowhere near completion. A few of the leasing office employees are absolutely great (including maintenance staff), but the property manager and anyone from the Perennial (property owners) side is absolutely terrible to deal with: good luck getting in touch with them if you have any issues (of which you will have many). They are rude, untimely, and the often times completely disappear with none of the issues fixed.

Living at the Brady has been a great experience so far. The management is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice, and I have a great view of Midtown that's fun to show off to guests. Overall living here has been great and I would recommend it to my friends. The one downside is the parking situation, and the very limited guest parking. There is paid public parking in the parking deck, but this is something to keep in mind if you have frequent guest visits.

Overall well, I enjoy the location and the amenities. The apartment itself is not the cleanest and my apartment wasn't throughly cleaned before I moved in ( stains on the carpet floor and dust still present).

Do not live in the brady. The leasing office, and especially the building management folks are terrible to deal with - very rude, very untimely. These people don't know a thing about being in the customer service industry, always feels like the residents owe them something. Prepare to deal with crazy construction noise, every day 7 am (including Saturdays of course). Even better if you live on the post office side - those folks get up early! No free guest parking, dirty hallways, residents have had there apartment robbed, I can go on for a long time. Do not live here.
