The package system needs to have a better method. It's always a mess in the room and packages sit in there for weeks. But if you get a package in a locker, you then owe money. You should have to owe money either way whether it stays in a locker for a long time or in the room for a long time. The garage door opened need to have a better system. It never opens the gate for me. Whether that's allowing an extra fob or getting a better garage door opener I would really like that issue solved.

Not the best I moved in May, nothing was ready. Staff is nice at the community however the communication is not the best. Very misleading and the love to slap unnecessary charges on you, you ask about it no one knows anything

The experience is not good. When the fire alarm is going off several occasions in the middle of the night or during a Saturday morning, it hinders the experience and the actual importance of a fire alarm system. Please do better. This is not how a fire whole entire community should operate with a fire alarm system.

My experience here is mixed. Overall, it's quiet and safe. However, the facility is not not maintained regularly. Namely, the breezeways! They may clean them twice a year. Thus, they stay dirty and filthy with pet urine, dryer lint, and liter. Also, there is only one elevator on one side of the building and rent is due on the 1st with No Grace Period!

It has been an okay experience. The customer service has been good. I would prefer if community equipment was fixed in the gym. It's a nice gym but the cycling bikes often don't work and treadmill number 3 needs repair.

My experience living in MAA Gardens has been very pleasant. I've experienced quick response to online portal requests. The apartment community has been friendly clean and quiet. Office staff are very responsive and friendly.

It's a beautiful location. It's close yet just far enough for you to enjoy the area. Neighbors are all friends my and in joy the pool. The only problem is the leasing office is disorganized and takes long for them to get task completed and the turnover is crazy.

Not commuter friendly. Gate box doesnt always work and its no other way yo get in community. There should be a call box at resident entrance too. Leasing office/security doesnt let anyone in even if gate isnt working. Makes no sense for package room to be on top floor. Alot of residents let their dogs poop anywhere. Valet trash could be better. Rent being late on the 2nd then eviction on the 4th is absurd

Move in procedure was extremely easy. Apartment I rented was exceptionally clean and had new carpet in bedrooms and living room. Everything worked in the unit. It is a quiet developmentand maintained very well with major improvements and updates since I moved in.

I have moved to MAA Gardens apartment six months ago. This is a nice apartment complex. The apartment is gated, has a nice garage to park vehicles, rooftop tennis court, swimming pool, and located in a safe area. It is close to Lenox mall, Lenox metro station, and Buckhead business district. The apartment complex is kept clean all the time and any maintenance work is promptly done by the management. I like the people who work at the office. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. My stay here has been pleasant.

It's loud, covered in trash, smells like weed, and is poorly managed. It's genuinely shocking how much we pay to live here and how much the prices have increased, because even with the new gym and pool facelift, the thing that's affected me the most is how GROSS it is here. There's always dog pee in the hallway and people leave their garbage everywhere. The fire alarms go off more than an average complex, there aren't enough EV spots, and getting Amazon packages is a hassle.

The property was beautiful. I had some concerns with my allergies as the environment triggered my allergies during the tour. I would also like to have more value in my moving cost. The timeframe given to make a decision was not in convenient; I felt rushed to provide the application and my money.

A nightware experience so far

I have been here for only one month and my unit has already FLOODED from a pipe bursting in the building. Apparently leaks and pipes bursting here is very common since the building is old and they have not yet updated all of the piping. We also have issues with cockroaches repeatedly coming out of our bathroom sink and shower drains despite having their on-site pest control coming in to spray our unit. I feel very hurt with how insensitive management has been with us thus far. Never experienced this kind of chaos in any other apartment complex before. PLEASE do not rent here.
