I love living at MAA Lenox! The location is perfect for my work and school, with plenty of dining and shopping just steps away. My only dislikes are that the elevators frequently experience downtime, leading to long wait times, and some residents don't always clean up after their dogs in the dog park. Occasionally, the pool can get a bit noisy, but overall, security is responsive if you call.

The overall experience at the apartment has been good. However, the elevator situation has been definitely an issue. Sometimes in the evening you may have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator. Management has said the company who fixes the elevator is awaiting a part for repair but that has been more than six weeks now. Very disappointing

Staff is very responsive to requests made by residents. Maintenance staff is always willing to go the extra mile. If you are lucky enough to live here you will love it. Everything is in good repair and well kept

Since moving in, the upkeep has declined. At times cleanliness has been less than ideal. Also the meeting space has been closed/unavailable for well over a year. I would have to say the worst is the theft of packages. I have had several packages stolen without recourse. The first time this occurred, I was advised that the cameras could only be viewed of a police report was made. The second time this occurred I called the police and was advised that I needed to be present. Unfortunately, there was no follow up. Also, the demographics of my neighbors continue to change and not for the better. I have notice individuals propping doors quite often to access spaces that should have locked access. Although the staff is polite, despite the high turnover this is not the community that it was when I initially moved in over 5 years ago.

Friendly concerige staff. My only complaint is that the door to the leasing office is close and you have to ask to speak to someone. Also someone who lives i my old unit steals my packages and mail and the leasing office refused to hold them accountable or assist with getting my items back.

Great community. I love the views. The staff responds really quickly to any issues. Pricing is a good deal compared to others in the area. Pet friendly. Safe parking decks so far, no break ins or stolen cars that I know of since being here. Ill probably sign another lease after this one.

Beautiful views, no real issues. I would say the apartments need to really hold pet owners a lot stricter than they have an implement actual fines not just letters and have cameras in the elevators to fine all that mess up or break things. Nothing really happens or people won't hold there guess accountable until there pockets are hit.

Would not recommend. I haven't had a washer and dryer for 20 days now and have no idea when it will be replaced. I can't keep doing my laundry in random apartments because new tenants keep moving in them and I am not told when they move in. My car also got broken into and the apartment was very unsupportive.

The experience is about a "C" rating which is average. The move-in was frustrating, communication was low and I was relocating from out of state. The apartment was not prepped, and I only discovered items after a walkthrough (dirt, dust, things not working, etc.). And now there are items at the complex that remain broken (garage, elevator, garage door) that put my items at risk. Also, the garage needs to be powerwashed, its one of the dirtiest garages that I have seen.

Bitter-sweet. The grounds and location have so much potential. However, currently elevator-2 is broke again, going on 3-weeks. I'd guess it's broke 1 out of 5 weeks. At the same rate a couple of entry doors are broke (can't open). At about the same rate or slightly more frequently two gates are broke (either won't open or won't close). Two exterior doors are broke (won't lock) 5 out of 6 weeks. Noise rules were frequently ignored when complaints were made but, have seem to have gotten better. Carpets and walls have major stains that have been here since at least 2019. The service elevator lobbys have been painted and touched up only once.

This apartment has its ups and downs. I love the area and the fact that my car is parked in a garage. The high ceilings, balcony and appliances gives luxury apartment. But the common area that we pay towards is not always clean. The elevators and entry doors go out at times. Maintenance does not always respond to requests.

The good: 1) Good staff, friendly 2) Good amenities 3) Good location 4) Decent value for a Buckhead highrise 5) Nice looking apartments 6) Great views 7) Excellent maintenance staff The bad: 1) Lots of add-on fees on top of rent 2) Started charging me for parking (on top of rent increases) after five years in the building 3) If you pay rent online, they charge a $55 service fee even when using debit ? that's a scam! 4) The main downside is the residents. For some reason, they don't take care of their home. This is a building whose parking garage is packed with expensive European luxury cars, yet residents routinely leave trash in common areas (elevator lobbies, gym, elevators, stairwells) and leave dog urine/feces in elevators, stairwells and parking garages. Also not uncommon to find non-residents sneaking through parking gate, and in the pool area. Also not uncommon for residents to bring speakers to the gym instead of using headphones? seriously, who thinks that's appropriate behavior?

I have not been satisfied with my stay at MAA. There is always trash in garage and there is always pee and feces from pets in common areas. My washer has been broken for as long as I can remember and maintenance says it's fine. There are always cigarette butts thrown down on my balcony from above. My refrigerator leaks constantly to the point that my floorboards started to life and had to be glued down. I can go on and on!

This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. The negative experience began on the move-in day. My wife and I immediately noticed that the unit had not been cleaned and prepared for move-in. The oven was absolutely filthy; the garbage disposal was filthy and malfunctioning; the washer and dryer units were not properly installed; the blinds were filthy and broken. These were just some of the issues. Also, we were informed that this is a "smoke free" community. Because we are non-smokers, this was a very important factor in our decision to rent in this community. However, since we moved in, secondhand cigarette smoke has been entering our unit on a daily basis at all hours of the day and night. It is also common to smell marijuana smoke in the hallways and in the parking garage. There are several other negative issues that I could mention about this community, but my time is limited.

Experience has been subpar. Would not recommended for people thinking they will be moving into a luxurious clean environment. The exit way to side door on P3 is always disgusting, smells like pee always. The side turf is never cleaned. Unfortunately falls on the lazy dog owners that never pick up but management should do something regardless. Floors on the floors and elevator are always gross as well.

Wouldn't recommend. Just to get approved and moved in was a pain. Everyone is always to busy to tend to you when needed. Doors to enter the building doesn't work making you walk all the way around. Maintenance is rude disrespectful the list goes on

MAA Lenox has an amazing location and is a quiet and mostly clean community. Units are spacious and I have, overall, enjoyed my time living here. My main complaint is that maintenance issues are constant and not resolved. My AC has broken 5 times since I've lived here and even though maintenance claims they come and fix it, it is never fixed. Same with my garbage disposal. My other big complaint is that the gate into the parking garage has been broken almost the entire time I've lived here, which, obviously, causes me to be concerned for my safety.

The community is beautiful and there is so much convenience in this area for almost everything. The schools around here are great. There is a noise issue with the apartment being right off of HWY 400. However I think thats an issue for all Buckhead tenants. The parking is very strict but thats good for the resident and it guest. The maintenance crew responds quickly and efficiently. Overall its been a great experience.

My experience is varied. I like the size of my apartment, I love my view and I enjoy the amenities enough, but I don't enjoy the level of cleanliness especially in the corridors, stairwells, and P3 entry area where canine feces is always present.

Another update: The booting here is so annoying. I totally understand being booted if you donāt have a parking pass or are parked somewhere youāre not allowed to. But my guest was parked in the guest parking lot WITH a parking pass and randomly got booted, which made them late for work. They didnāt have to pay because it was a mistake, but it was a huge inconvenience and embarrassing for me. How do you just accidentally boot a car that has a parking pass and is parked in the designated guest area? Update (2 years later): I still hate living here. The key thing is so annoying. The website says the gym is open 24 hours but they decided to start locking the doors at night and gave no notice or announcement of this change. Itās unclear what the hours even are. I got all ready to workout just to not even be able to workout and the concierge couldnāt get me in either. Also the door where the dog park is doesnāt work in the morning. Apartment is nice and that is probably the extent of what's good about it. The rent is extremely too expensive. The smell of weed is constantly an issue and the parking is HORRIBLE. The parking is the main reason I am leaving.
