Living at The Optimist Lofts so far has been a positive experience.The move in process was very smooth. The staff, from the Property Manager Tony to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me.

I visited Optimist Lofts very recently and was welcomed and delighted by the courteous and accommodating management and staff! Great amenities and accessible parking are a must, along with quick access to downtown and the interstate with shops and entertainment flourishing in every direction. The units feature high-ceilings with updated appliances! Optimist Lofts is definitely a gem of Buckhead!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I live at Optimist Lofts and it has by far been the worst experience ever. The property is nasty, dirty, filthy, unkept, and unsafe. My car was broken into three months ago and I am still waiting on the office to call me back with the video footage after visiting the leasing office three times. All they can say is we are trying to get it. Someone also tried to get into my apartment while I was in there. Management doesn't seem to care AT ALL because nothing is being done. The lights are out in the parking garage. The gate stays broke. The doors to the supposedly "secure buildings" stay wide open or propped open. The elevator and breezeway smells like weed and urine. This property is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to all of the safety concerns. Work orders take forever toget done and that's if they get done. I've put in the same work order two or three times and situation is still not fixed. It's always suspicious people hanging around and trying to tailgate you in. I feel like I live in a high priced trap house. I am considering breaking my lease because of safety concerns and the nastiness of the property. I am ashamed to invite ppl over because it is a disgrace to live there. There are roaches as well. No matter how much you keep your house clean and spray they still get in. They don't enforce the rules when it comes to valet trash because ppls trash is sitting out on days that the valet doesn't pass. I went up to the corporate office and was not let in but I was talked to standing out on Peachtree st which is an unacceptable way to do business. I was then given a piece of paper with two phone numbers on it one was wrong and the other no one answered. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A CF PROPERTY EVER AGAIN.

This property is very clean and very spacious. I've been here for 5 months and enjoy the hip in the loop environment. Pool is active on the weekends and not crowded but a crowd. I enjoy the fitness room and public facilities. The location is great. 2 mins from 400 and 85. 15 mins from anywhere in the Atlanta.

Overall these units are really nice inside. The upkeep of the grounds not so good, our halls leading into our units are never swept and make the halls look dirty. Our unit doors are dented, dingy and have scuff marks all over them. This definitely needs to be tended to in order to spruce up the entry ways. The residents here are 80% ------ and 20% decent ppl who care about where they live and take pride in living in Buckhead. No matter how many notices they still have loud music at the pool after the leasing office closes and nothing will ever be done about it! Undesirables fix their cars in front of the buildings and they hang out at night like its a project. I feel ashamed to have friends pick me up because it starts to look like the hood at night. Instead of them paying for a after hour security person who makes sure the property is safe and the pool is vacant as it should be at night they would rather have good residents not renew their leases. This property will be the hood in no time. I will not be renewing my lease! And the inconsiderate residents pay no attention to the notices as they are having a pool party as I write this with loud speakers with a large quantity of ppl who don't live here. I regret moving here!

Waited 3 months on a list for a live/work unit to be told once one finally opened up that the property had been sold to CF Lane. Now under their ownership all requirements have changed to qualify. They require you to be in business longer than traditional commercial retail management companies, which is absurd for one and hard to believe. When they have a qualified business by all other reasonable means (i.e. Nets 10x more than rent and excellent credit), I can only assume that it's more so who is applying than their "rules". Be aware of who you're no giving your money to and what they think businesses and their owners should look like.

2115 Piedmont has been Great so far! I Love it here! The new office staff has been Wonderful and very Helpful to all my needs and wants. This area is so close to all your local shops and restaurants within the city of Atlanta/Buckhead area. I recommend 2115 Piedmont to anyone wanting that "City Feel" in a Great Area of Buckhead!!

Please refrain yourselves from moving here ..This place is ------ Fabulous !!! ...This place is full of weed heads,and wannabees ! The leasing personnel is changing monthly which make me question the leadership and how stable it is . The manager Tray avoids the residents like a disease when there issues. They have also have frequent burglaries and management doesn't do anything about it ..The place is filthy , and they only fool you with a nice leasing office , nice gym but that's bout it . The garage gates are always broken and you can find at times homeless people in the lounge area to in the gym chilling , I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy .

LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!! If you are looking for a pleasant living experience 2115 Piedmont IS NOT THE PLACE! The good customer service that you receive in the leasing office could NEVER make up for the horribly unsanitary conditions! My mom visited me my first week here and I talked soo good about the apartments, the amenities,and the security. Well the very moment she stepped into the hallway from the garage, we had to step over a huge, dried pile of dog feces,on the 4th floor. Since then I have constantly complained about the dog feces that is constantly stepped in and tracked up the stairs, down the hallways, and through the walkways. On a regular basis I would encounter old or fresh dog piles, and new puddle of urine which always right in front of the door coming from the garage or in the middle of the hallway (which isn't very wide). I have encountered everything from vomit in the hallway, to dodging poop print and piles,having a training Sumo wrestler for an upstairs neighbor, and no she's not actually Sumo. I am writing this review at 5 a.m., because this is normal time for my upstairs neighbor to party. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you about the constant smell of marijuana through the hallways, and the packages that are left behind. I implore you, please save yourself the stress!

I can't wait till I get out of this place. The whole place smells like pot, and drug dealing happens in the parking garage every Friday and Saturday night. People are always smoking pot behind the pool area near the back gate. You won't feel safe if you are a female or if you have kids.

This place is horrible. Neighbors are noisy at all times of the day and night. One neighbor stomps around with heels on at 3am. Another neighbor blast their music until around midnight. The complex offers dog poo bags, which never get used, as is evident by the amount laying all over. Some people even let their animals use the bathroom in the breezeways. It's disgusting. You are supposed to have valet trash pickup 7 days a week, but sometimes they don't feel like doing it. The breezeway walls need to be repainted, the "grass" is atrocious, parking deck has trash in it, office staff act like they care, but then it takes forever to get them to do anything. Your complaint might get attention after the 5th notice. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY ENEMY TO LIVE HERE!!!

We've been here over 2 years & will renew our lease again. Like all apts there are issues here, but none are perfect. We've beenvery happy in our time here.
