Great location! The staff have been very helpful and supportive. I can honestly say I haven't had any issues. It's next to a busy road and there are airplanes that frequently fly over head (nearby airport) but it truly doesn't bother me that much!

A great community to live in because of its proximity to amenities including entertainment, shopping, gyms etc. Neighbors are respectful and mindful of each others space. Most importantly, there have been zero reports of crime within and around the complex since i started living here 7 months ago.

It's alright. I think for me having to move quickly it did the trick - will I resign? Probably not. Inspection was done poorly, the place was not actually cleaned upon moving in. I spent about 2 days just deep cleaning everything. For the price and location the apartment is alright. Robert in the leasing office is great though, he addressed my concerns. Upstairs neighbors are so loud, pretty sure I heard them physically fighting. Downstairs neighbors were out on their balcony screaming until 2am. Multiple sirens all throughout the night and my unit faces the road so not my favorite place to live in.

This apartment complex has been so troublesome. Getting items fixed, informing about the issues that need to be fixed and communicating with this office team is frustrating. Things break ALL THE TIME. When I communicate an issue I feel like a bother when stuff is BROKE, stays BROKE and always seems to have problems. I have to break my lease and honestly I'm happy to do so.

My experience with the community haven't been the best. We have been through a couple of managers and they take forever to come and fix something when it's broken. But please don't be late on your rent, they will apply a late fee to your account very quickly.

I am not happy at This apartment right now specially since Shana have left since the maintenance requests never seem to completed. Robert is on top of his stuff but it takes teeth and nail to get someone to come in and fix any issues. There is also a roach manifestation at this complex.

You would think that if you live within a community where a murder has taken place the level of management care would increase. It DEFINTIELY has been the opposite. Office staff has no interest in actually helping tenants. Property staff takes pleasure in making life difficult for the renters. Shameful and selfish honestly.

Management is not great and does not prioritize needs of those living there. You need to follow up on everything or it will not get attended to. The upkeep could be better and no elevator. Also roaches present since the day of move in and appliances throughout apartment were not in appropriate condition during move in. Not worth the rent price in honest opinion.

I just want to take a moment and share my experience while living at Atlantic Brookhaven The units are absolutely gorgeous and the building is extremely quiet. A large majority of the residents are friendly and respectful. The grounds keep team is solid and very consistent along with the maintenance staff. There has been some turnaround with management but the new manager Anastasia in the leasing office has been a valuable resource to me whenever I had any issues. I think the office staff does a good job as far as hearing out the complaints of residents and advocating on our behave.

Overall great complex. Nice and updated appliances. Safe to my standard since I used to live in a rough area. Plenty of shopping places. Just need for them to fix things right the first time and I would be very thankful and would not constantly request them

Not very good at all. The apartments look old, dirty and doesn't really set a good standard of living. Office staff aren't helpful and compassionate. Appearance aren't appealing. The value of services we receive isn't equivalent of what we paid for.

There is a lot of turnover with office management, however, the teams have been helpful during office visitations. The maintenance requests are usually backed up, resulting in weeks passing before your request is attended to. There seems to be a plumbing issue in some of the buildings because there are repetitive ceiling water stains and leaks, even after maintenance has addressed the issue a couple of times.
