My wife and I are retired. We moved to the area in November 2025. We looked at 4 apartment complexes and liked the Heights at Millcroft the best. We have a two bedroom carrage home with a garage. The rooms are large and we have two large walk-in closets and two large bathrooms. It is quiet and the neighbors are nice. There is plenty of parking. The site is well landscaped and maintained. Have only needed maintenance once, and they came out the same day and changed a filter on the refrigerator ice-marker. The heating and AC work well, are efficient to run, and the apartment is comfortable.

A hidden gem

I am looking for an apartment t and came across this place. Its sort of off the main roads, and its very nice. Pretty and the apartment inside has high ceiling which i love. I am a tall person which is hard to find something that I dont feel cramp inside.

Great Experience

Jason is polite, professional and efficient. He came to fix a problem with my tub and my window. Appreciate him being so helpful and responsive with resolving my maintenance request, explaining the problem and how he fixed it.

The office crew is wonderful- they are gracious and helpful and kind, always. My apartment suits me perfectly- just big enough. the ceilings are high which feels more open. The apartment feels comfortable with high doors, nice finishing. The neighborhood is quiet. I do wish the pool was bigger, or had another one for the housing part of the area. Sometimes in the summer it feels too small. It is a nice one though. The gym is very suitable. Overall, a very nice place to live.

Best Luxury Apartment in Buford

Great Community and Amazing Amenities

I had an amazing tour of the 1-bedroom apartment with Kierra! From the moment we met, she was warm, professional, and super knowledgeable about the property. The Heights at Millcroft is Amazing!

The entire team is so accommodating, incredibly sweet, and always willing to help with any questions I have. They never make me feel like a burden, in fact, they’re usually one step ahead of me, making sure I’m taken care of before I even ask. I also love the community events they host. They’re genuinely fun and have helped me meet so many of the other residents, which has made the community feel even more welcoming and connected. Because of The Heights at Millcroft, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

Best Apartments in Gwinnett County!

I have been here a little over 2 years and I must say I love love it here! I downsized from a large home after all my kids my card on. So I was a little scared to move into an apartment. They do their best to keep the grounds looking great and respond pretty fast if u have issues. Matt is my favorite and he makes me smile every time I see his smiling face. Anita is awesome. She manages this place well and just like us, she takes pride in our living space. We have a beautiful gym and pool and a freakin car wash lol! While they do allow pets please be someone who cleans up after your dogs if you move here because myself and the other tenants do pay attention lol! We all love where we live and The Heights made that possible. I’m always around and love meeting new tenants so come on by here you won’t be disappointed I promise!

The community is beautiful! The grounds are well kept, and the staff is amazing! Willing to assist you in any way they can. Since moving in, I have had no issues. They pay attention to the details. I was a newbie resident and the grounds were always gorgeous. Lately tenants have been leaving trash in hallways dropping food and not caring about this location. I don't blame the heights but there may need to be notice to tenants about caring for the community. you can tell that the walls and carpets have been impacted by the move ins, such a gorgeous place, I hate to see it go downhill.

I moved in may 2025, and am so glad I chose to live here. The community is clean and tidy, is almost always quiet. Maintenance and the front office are great people. They respond right away. Vlad is a Great Staff Member

When I first moved in, I had a negative experience with the maintenance technician. However, management addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. Since then, Vlad, the maintenance supervisor, has been assisting me, and the experience has been completely different. He is reliable, friendly, and always resolves my maintenance issues quickly and thoroughly. He even shares recipes during his visits, and my cat absolutely loves him. Vlad is a fantastic member of the staff, and I really appreciate his help and positive attitude.

Quiet place for professionals

When I first came to the Heights I meet Matt and we been close since. He is knowledgeable about the property and they take care of the grounds. I can tell they are mindful of who they allow in because of how quiet it is here. Perfect for quiet working professionals. Matt is the best and the team is super helpful. Matt is the only reason I decided to move here.
