Heights at Heights
This newer property is very beautiful, well-kept, friendly, fun, and quiet. Staff is always kind, helpful and quick. Amenities are available for most anyone looking for the modern features and benefits in multi-family living. It's definitely worth a look if you're wanting a comfortable, new, and accessible home. S/N: Matt has been here since I have and had ALWAYS been stellar in his work helping with anything over needed.

Excellent experience, renewing my lease for a second year
I have been at this apartment for one year now. Everything has been great. The staff has been very helpful and everyone in the community has been courteous and delightful. The maintenance crew is always on top of things.

Happy resident
I really love this community where I live. First and foremost, it’s because of the friendly and supportive staff who are always ready to help with anything at any time. They truly make you feel at home. The apartments here are great, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful — everything is top-notch. But again, I want to highlight the staff. Thanks to them, this place genuinely feels like home.

Frank and Victoria are super friendly and helpful. Victoria gave me all the information I needed for the 2 bedroom apartments and the floor plan layout fits perfectly for my lifestyle. I couldn’t be anymore happier to have found Millcroft so close to my job. Thank you so much! Make sure you ask for Victoria she will go over and beyond.

Love my apartment
The whole team is amazing, my apartment is gorgeous and super spacious, and my patio is my favorite place to escape to after work. The fitness center is always clean and well stocked and I can't wait for the weather to warm up to so I an lounge in the pool again. Love it here!

both Jason and Alex were awesome - Jason was here in less than 1 hour
Jason arrived to inspect a faulty inoperative oven and at first could not find the issue - then Alex joined him and found after awhile of testing that the board needed replaced. Said originally could be weeks but to my surprise they came back within an hour and replaced it so now I have a working oven - great service as I am used to with Gil who unfortunately has gone onwards.

Going Downhill Fast
The grounds look nice from the outside, but when you look closer…. Dog poop everywhere! Why can’t they control dog owners from not picking up after their dogs. Literally on the sidewalks and common green spaces. Disgusting! They do not clean hallways of the upper floors. I’ve seen the same trash in the stairwells and hallways for literally months now. Take a look around and you’ll also find broken liquor bottles, discarded chicken bones, and trash as well. The people living here are mostly friendly but there are a few disgusting ones that are ruining it for all. I hate living in filth. We deserve better than this!!!

Always Awesome!
Being in Property Mgmt myself, I can tell you The Heights at Millcroft is Top Notch! From the amenities to maintenance! Always prompt and efficient in resolving whatever issue. Gil and Regan always do a great job! I had a lighting issue and they figured it out and promptly fixed it! I Love living here! Quality is #1 ! The only thing I will say is, we need more resident events like Taco Tuesday and Wine Down Wednesday!??

From the tour to applying to move in to even needing a maintenance request, the entire process has been flawless and smooth! Everyone here is kind, helpful & inviting! I love my new spacious apt w/10’ ceilings! Very cozy & top notch! ??
