The community appearance and safety features (Gated) were a big plus. Quiet area but yet easily accessible to restaurants, shopping and highway. The community amenities are a big plus (valet trash pick up, pest control, common areas....)

I was given a view of different apartments and provided with all the information needed. Kayla did a great job accommodating getting me in to take a look at the apartments although it was unplanned and she provided excellent future resident services, explained everything, answered all questions, was genuine, and showed a lot of enthusiasm, plus kindness during this process.

The complex was very pretty and clean, it's partially gated, so it felt a bit safer, regardless it's in a pretty convenient area. The apartment I picked is a 1 bed, it's sort of small but perfect for me being one person. It's nice though, really nice and I'm looking forward to living here. The agent Kayla is also really great and honest and just really informative, loved working with her!

Actually just moved in this year, 2026. The location is situated in a place where you have access to different establishments that the city can offer and at the same time have peace and quiet on the other side. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Clean and modern! Overlook accent is a very peaceful and quote community with plenty of events going on during the week and weekend if you want to be social! All neighbors are super friendly and outgoing! Staff is amazing! They are super quick with answering questions!

Staff is excellent. Property is very good and offers many advantages to the tennants. Since this question requires more characters the only issue I found is the soundproofing between floors but that is true of most apartments

My wife and I had a fantastic overall experience moving into accent overlook! Kayla and the rest of the leasing staff did a great job of answering our questions and providing us with all the documents we needed. Move in was smooth and we have been really enjoying our new apartment!

You do not want me to review as it will not be a good one. Nothing but issues here and for the price I pay $2,070.00 per month. Not worth it! Living here 4 months. Fridge took forever to solve/fix (2months), washer is now leaking, both bathroom outlets don't work, (tried the breaker, still not working), master bath should have a GFCI outlet as its next to my sink and it does not. Trash and cigarette butts on property is ridiculous!

Great experience so far. I have enjoyed living here. The location is convenient to my work, shopping, schools and healthcare. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. The maintenance has been responsive. I have no complaints.

Accent is a apartment complex that is new. Originally, moving in there were still construction items still in completion stage, but those are slowly getting finished. Sales staff is great to deal with and maintenance is quick to complete items.

Check the apartment in the Movein super well, since in my case I was entrusted and I did not check in detail and there were dirty things with cobwebs, even in the washing machine. The amenities have been good about that, I do not have to complain.

We are grateful for spectacular management team for taking good care of us. They are always ready to happily assist all the tenants should a need arise. While there is a ton of activity going on outside during the day with construction- you'd never know unless you walked or drove by.

The easiest experience I've had. Kayla was absolutely amazing. I give her a 10 across the board. This community is super quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. I love how they are pet friendly as well. I would recommend accent over with to anyone who is looking for a home.

Only just moved in but loving it so far. Beautiful complex & staff have been so helpful getting everything arranged. Hallways are very well lit and I feel safe when I have to walk my dog in the evening.
