Was a lovely tour. Kayla was super accommodating in showing us multiple units. Very appreciated. The grounds were very nice, loved that they had a puppy spa! The units were all very nice! We didn't get to quite everything as there was a bit of construction going on, but what we did see was great.

Kayla and Mackenzie have been more than helpful with the move in process! It has not been an easy one from system issues to lots of confusion with my application but they made sure they stayed in contact and kept me update as much as they possibly could! Having them to help me during this process has been the reason to make it all worth while! I'm very happy with the unit as it is GORGEOUS! And very happy with the communication if any issues were to arise in the future! Everyone is awesome, prompt and knowledgeable!

the staff was very professional with great personalities and enthusiasm. The units were well laid out with an ease of moving around inside the units. The location is well places with many options for shopping .

Treated like a member of the community from the time I arrived. Kayla, Katie and the other office lady are amazing. I had challenges and they got me through every one of them without making me feel less then. I'm a company manager in my field I was gifted and now I get to help others who are gifted. And that's what those office ladies are gifted. You wanna see maximum capacity fast let them do what they do. They've already made their mark. Let nature take it's course

Front office staff has been a great help during the move in process! The community is great with a lot of restaurants in the surrounding area. Traffic is not terrible either, which is always a great feature!

Great place with a lot of amenities and close to everything for me. It has everything you could ask for from dog wash stations to swimming pool, exercise room meeting rooms and would recommend to anybody. I talk to you about it.

The staff at Accent Overlook has been nothing short of helpful and supportive! They are great at communicating and answering any of your questions quickly. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and we love them!

Love it resort style living in the heart of Canton! Close to everything including, shopping, dinning, breweries , Heritage Park among other spots. Fantastic Game Room and Weight room too. Can't wait for the first get together to meet all of my neighbors at the Accent Overlook

Fantastic. Kayla was extremely helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. I couldn't believe what I thought was going to be a long day of looking turned into one stop and everything was done. The community is beautiful and the amenities were outstanding. Looking forward to moving in.
