Only problem I have is Roaches i have and still spend a awful lot of money on SPRAY. They go away and in a few days they are right back, I have used several different kinds. And none seems to work ??

I would look elsewhere, I have tried and tried with bridlewood but they are unprofessional and they don't care about their tenants. Everything will benefit them and you will never see satisfactory service.

My experience was superb. Destiny was very friendly and detailed oriented. She provided me with everything I needed to make a sound decision. I’m am simply amazed at how well kept the community is. I will be applying today.

Great place to live
I had a really positive experience with this apartment community. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the overall environment feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and management communicates well with residents. I want to give a special thank you to Tiffany in the leasing office. She was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the leasing and move-in process. Tiffany made everything easy and stress-free and was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Clean Community
I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to call home. The amenities are well cared for, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled promptly and professionally. I especially want to compliment the property manager, Ms Tiffany, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout my time here. Every one in the office has always been professional, approachable, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly, and their friendly attitude makes a big difference. It’s clear they take pride in managing the community and ensuring residents feel valued. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and well-managed place to live. Thank you to the property manager and the entire team for making this such a positive experience.

Fantastic and Friendly
I had a solid experience with Tiffany. She was really approachable and didn’t make anything feel complicated. Anytime I had a question, she got back to me and made the whole move-in process way easier than I expected. Overall, she was just genuinely helpful and easy to work with

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I wish I could give zero stars. In all my years of renting this place was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I was in a pinch to find a place quickly and my credit score wasn’t the best. Upon first touring it seemed nice and staff came across as friendly but that quickly changed. For some reason the original unit I was supposed to have changed so I settled for another one. On move in day once I looked at the unit it was NOT in suitable condition to be rented to anyone. There were water damage spots on the ceiling, a dead roach on the floor, broken cabinets, the storage closet in the patio looked like someone tried to break into it, and the window had no screen and didn’t lock. It could clearly be opened from the outside (I tested it). As a single woman this made me feel unsafe since it was on the ground floor. When I expressed my concerns to the manager Tiffany I asked her what could be done about this. She said “well it could be fixed but it might take a few days to replace the windowâ€� I asked if I could get another unit and she flat out said no that it would change my rental rate. Maintenance went over there for 2 seconds and supposedly fixed it. My friend that was with me tried explaining to her that this was unacceptable and she brushed him off saying “I can’t talk to you because you’re not the lease holderâ€� she was extremely rude and unprofessional and did nothing to try to fix the situation. It left a bad taste in my mouth so I told her I wanted to cancel the lease and she said “yeah it’s not gonna workâ€�. Since I never took possession of the unit I demanded the security deposit back. They mailed a check with only a portion of what I paid for the pet deposit. All of this occurred at the end of September last year. It’s now February and after MONTHS of going back and forth with the corporate office I finally received the remainder of my security deposit. I have pictures and recordings as evidence and basically had to threaten legal action to get my money back. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare and I would strongly urge people to not rent here unless there were no other options.

Wonderful Staff
I've lived here for three years and it has been amazing. I met Tiffany when I was first looking to move and she has been so kind and welcoming ever since. The entire office staff and maintenance staff are all so wonderful.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!
Please read this review!!!! Do not let the people in the office sell you these apartments just because they are “newly renovated” I was so in love with the apartment that I went ahead and signed a lease. WORST MISTAKE. These apartments are complete TRASH. Just because they put new floors down, new cabinets and appliances doesn’t mean anything! I don’t care how many coats of paint you slap on these walls there is still plumbing, electrical and ROACH INFESTATION PROBLEMS. Pest control doesn’t do anything besides make it worse!! The roaches are everywhere!! In my food!!! I even saw some on my BED!!!! Where me & my baby lay our heads. I am completely frustrated and over this mess. No one should have to live like this!! I can’t even put my baby on the floor because it’s so bad!!!! I hate it here and I am so happy my lease is up in 4 months. If I had the money I would pay to break the lease because it is THAT BAD. The pool has never been open, the basketball court and dog park is ------ and a complete joke!! $1600 a month for a nasty disgusting bootleg apartment!!!!!

Worst
This property has to be the absolute worst. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t call you back , they don’t fix ish , they water is always off. They are the ------- worst I haven’t been here a year and I’m ready to leave

I would not recommend living here. They have roaches and know its a problem but it's not getting fixed in a timely manner. I moved in at the end of April and have had roach problems since. I thought once the pest control came and sprayed a couple of times it would solve the problem but it didn't even after spraying myself quite a few times. The property manager suggested giving them another two months to solve the problem even after I told her they are getting into my food and stuff on top of the fact that I have a 2 year old. Other than this the apartments are kind of okay, besides being able to hear my neighbors arguing above me and beside me.

By far the worst apartments I have ever lived in and I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy on a rainy day to stay here . I wouldn't provide shelter to a stray dog to stay in these roach infested apartments . Roaches run in and out of your apartment as if they pay bills and I have been complaining to corporate for about 6 plus months and they have done the very minimum . They send out an exterminator every Friday but it seems as though it makes the situation a lot worse then it does better and when you call to complain the front office doesn't do anything about it . It's so bad with the roaches it makes you want to walk away from your lease . They do nothing to help you and I have not had roaches as bad as I do now in the 4 years that I have stayed here and it seems as if the management does not care about getting to the root of the problem . It has gotten so bad that I'm embarrassed to have company but yet I have managedto pay my rent no later than the 1st of every month . DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS IT WILL BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU HAVE EVER MADE , ITS NOT WORTH IT .

Heavy roach infestation!!! I couldn't put a washer and dryer in my unit because I was afraid it would become infested with roaches. I have had maintenance walk in on me as I was getting out of the shower. My rent was paid every month on time and I still couldn't get good service. The pool was never open in the summer. The gym was hardly ever open and when I tried to use the gym I was harassed by maintenance. They have put notices on my door stating that I owed money and they never specified what the money was for. They also requested the money be paid within 24 hrs!!! Nevertheless I didn't owe anything. Do Not move here!!

DON NOT MOVE HERE!! Out of the almost 2yrs I lived here my experience was horrible. First my master bathroom was flooded from the apartment above and maintenance was in no rush in fixing it at all, there excuse was they had no access to the above apartment. The next problem was a continued leak in the 2nd bedroom that cause the carpet in the closet to be soaked and have mold, once again maintenance took their time in fixing the problem and when they did carpet was poorly cleaned and the issue occurred again 2 more times. The final time almost half the room was soak and had water damage, I couldn't even have my kids sleep in the room it was basically just closed off, they came and pulled the carpet up and removed the padding but after that nothing they just left it like that this was my final breaking point after complaint to management and even cooperate with no results I have to leave before my lease was up. This was the worst place I ever lived with the poor and rude management they clearly don't care about there residents. I would not recommend Bridlewood to anyone.

All the complaints read about this complex r true to the fact from maintenance to corporate and back to office here on site. Very disrespectful in every sense of the word. It took the whole first year I lived here to make repairs and still work needs to b done. when my lease is up I'm out of here.Just because in good location does not mean good service from management. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

I MOVED INTO THESE APTS APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS AGO AND HAVE'NT HAD ANY MAJOR ISSUES EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGER WITH HER VERY NASTY DISPOSITION. SHE NEEDS TO GO! I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE THINK PEOPLE WILL SIT BACK AND TAKE WHAT SHE DISHES OUT. I'M SURELY GONNA MAKE A FEW CALLS TO GET HER REMOVED IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. SHE DOESN'T NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.

I don't really know where to begin with this complex. They are extra friendly to get you to sign a lease but once you are a resident, they care NOTHING about you. There is an ongoing bug problem (cockroaches, german roaches, spiders etc). When I called to complain about the cockroaches I was asked, "Where you from?" in Georgia they are called waterbugs and there is nothing we can do about it." When they send the guy to spray for German roaches, the problem gets worse and I'm now living with this! Disguisting!! The management team is horrible, they DO NOT know how to address people. They have ABSOLUTELY no concern about making the resident feel welcomed. There are NUMEROUS signs posted regarding rent which to me is extremely tacky! I will never invite someone to live here or even visit because I'm embarrassed for them to see these signs. "RENT IS DUE TODAY (3 days before and after actual due date) "Thank you for paying your rent on time". "You can pay at southwoodrealty.com" Can we get a "WE APPRECIATE YOU' or a "WELCOME RESIDENTS, YOU ARE LOVED" sign? Ugh. I'm just so frustrated with them. I don't even want to waste my breath with trying to resolve this through the management on site because they do NOT care. Can't wait to get the heck out of here. The worst place I've ever lived in by far.

Let's go back to the beginning , I moved into a unit with nasty carpet , MOLD on the ceiling and window seals and a broken refrigerator . A month into my lease my AC broke !! In the middle of July and I was 6 months pregnant! I would call the leasing office faithfully and get excuses . Eventually after maybe 3 months they replaced my ac . And deducted 75 dollArs from my rent... How genorous . The pool is disgusting , people are always outside . One night I came home to my aparent turned upside down and everything of value had been stolen ... When I brought the police report to the property manager she told me that these things happen all the time it's not big deal . I hada 3 year old daughter and was expecting my second daughter so it was a pretty big deal to me . A week later someone was murdered right in front of my building . I quickly found a new place to live in. Nicer complex and told them I was breaking my lease . They locked me out of my apartment so that I couldn't get my stuff and I had to speak to corporate to get the key to MY things. I told them that I would pay the fee to break my lease when my family is settled into the new house .. And I have . DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LOKE THE HOOD AND LIKE LIVE IN FILTH!!! These apartments have taught me that you truly get what you pay for.

Awesome apartments I love these apartments it was my first time moving into one and I don't want to leave.it may be a little noise but it doesn't bother me.People are going to do what they want and you can't let that bother you.if you focus on yourself there would be no problems.i thought about moving somewhere else but I don't want too.there maintenance is always on time and on their toes,the staff is terrific and there is so much good going on I can't express it enough in words.if you are thinking about a new place to stay choose bridlewood you will not regret it.

BRIDLEWOOD APARTMENTS
The maintenance staff is worthless. Going on 32 days without a working air conditioner in 80-90 degree weather. Sick of the excuses the staff is handing out. Noticed that every time I go to the office their air is kicking!!!!! Past experience of the year I have been here as been just as bad. Ceiling caved in because of leak from upstairs apartment and it was 2 weeks before it was fixed. Excuse - they forgot about it. Office staff try, but corporate office ties their hands so they just make up stories. I am getting out as fast as I can -- just can't stand it any longer. Tenancy was low so they are letting anyone move in. You can tell, the filth in the parking areas and mail box areas are inexcusable. Adults should know better and care more. Unfortunately, I give this complex a very low rating.

It's now "Bridlewood"
I think they do try... and the staff seems to be really nice to me. They seem like they really want to do their best, and are actually concerned with their tenants. Unfortunately, when you work taking care of this many people, it's hard to stay on top of things as quickly as everyone would like. Sometimes we'll have a maintenance issue going on longer than we'd like. A drip that takes longer to fix than we personally *think* it should, or a small problem with the toilet flap needing to be replaced and we want someone to replace is NOW NOW NOW. Still, we need to get some perspective. It can't always be "NOW". Really, my only problem is that the pool still isn't opened back up from when the unruly scum who didn't live here, and weren't guests of those who lived here kept coming and tearing up the pool. I couldn't imagine having been the one to have found some of these lunatics and the "stuff" they were doing, ICK... All in all, I'd recommend this place to someone else. It's not bad. I'd just not recommend a bottom level apartment to someone who isn't disabled. Those with kids on the upper level tend to be rather noisy. Again, I don't get mad about this. There's not a playground, so these kids are probably exploding with energy. :( Poor lil things. I wish we had a small playground here for the kids that live here. (Oh dear, and people need to be more gentle with the gym equipment! Do they not realize how nice it is to have an apartment that is providing them with a gym to work out in? The one I lived in previously did NOT.) Ooh, and each apartment comes with a nice little storage unit on the outside that locks! NICE! There is a waterbug problem, but what do you expect? We're next to the recycling center, and there is a huge dumpster for the garbage. Just buy yourself some boric acid, things will be good.
