HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHEN THEY FIRST SHOWED THE COMMUNITY, OF COURSE THEY SHOW YOU A MODEL. BUT THE APARTMENT YOU GET IS NOTHING LIKE THAT. I WAS GETTING A ONE BEDROOM WITH A STUDY, SHE SHOWED ME A TWO BEDROOM. SO OF COURSE WHEN I SAW MY APARTMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME I WAS DISSAPPOINTED.THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN ARE SMALL. YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH ROACHES AND ANTS. IT WAS LIKE EVERY OTHER DAY DURING THE SUMMER MY AIR CONDITION WENT OUT. I HAD TO CALL EVERY OTHER MONTH TO GET HOT WATER. IF THAT WAS NOT BAD ENOUGH YOU HAD TO DEAL WITH BAD ATTITUDES FROM THE STAFF. THEY WERE CONSTANTLY LYING AND RUDE AS HELL. THEY TRIES TO MAKE ME OVERPAY, THEY WERE ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND SOMEWAY TO GET EXTRA MONEY FROM YOU. ESPECIALLY THAT DARK SKIN ONE TANIKA. THE PROPERTY IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE ATTITUDES YOU DEAL WITH. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible and dishonest Office staff.BAD ATTITUDES
I have been staying at home station now for the past year and pray every night that some one in higher management will come and replace the current office staff especially the office manager. She is horrible and dishonest!! She talks about her office staff and maintenance to the tenants she has even told me that she was having to deal with a certain leasing agent and her attitude and that she was sick of dealing with this lady.. I have also seen her in the office on several occasions with the doors locked and will not open it even after I have identified myself loud and clear. This type of behavior is unexcusable for a manager to have and I am sick of dealing with her and this run down apt community!!!! Ther are also crediable rumors saying that she was having sexual intercourse on property with a former maintenance supervisor...which I belive to be true due to having seen her get over protective of him when there was a complaint on the air in my apt..NASTY B..and she has the nerve to try and hold a position to be respected? On top of that I was walking my dog and heard her cursing out some -------- residents saying "Turn down you damn music are you hard of hearing"?
She needs to go take some classes on how to be a lady and conduct herself as one...........Then maybe her office staff can have better attitudes and people wont quit on her dumb ---!!!!!
Signed,
Sick Of Living Here
CAUTION TO ANYONE READING THIS STATEMENT I CAN BACK UP EVERY WORD I HAVE SAID AND ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS SEARCHING FOR A APT COMMUNITY DO NOT MOVE HERE......I AM ON MY WAY OUT!

trash
My Boyfriend and I came to look at these apratments and the apartment they showed up had several bags of trash piles up on the porch that smelled liek they had been there for a while. All of the rails on the balcony were also missing. Safety Hazard.

Words that come to mind: Abhorrent. Detestable. Horrid. Dreadful.
When my old roommate and I first moved here, we weren't expecting much. The rent was very reasonable, and we knew that it would be a no-frills, cheap place to live. However, even the mediocre upkeep and poor management began to slide downhill from its initial low point from the jump.

In the ~5 years I was there, I had a total of about a month's worth of days where the air conditioning was broken. The unit was replaced four times before they realized what the culprit was. I had to withhold rent and relocate my pets to get them to acknowledge the 85 temps in the apartment and solve the problem.

I also became intimate with several members of the ant species. They managed to crawl up to the second floor and occupy my second bedroom. Pest control was sporadic at best, so I had to take matters into my own hands to control the bugs.

Neighbors rarely lasted for more than 2-3 months. It was common to hear folks moving out in the dead of night to escape rent.

What you do behind your doors is your concern. However, you quickly learned what people's drugs and music of choice were. If it wasn't shaking your wall, it was wafting in from the parking lot and other apartments. Repeated calls to management did nothing to resolve this.

The coup de grace came at the end, when I was working with the seventh-string management group to inspect my apartment and move on. I anticipated a bill being sent to my new address, and I had been prepared to pay. Imagine my surprise when I received a call at my job from a creditor regarding an "unsettled debt". This was especially puzzling because I never received a formal bill from the management. I faxed over a few subsections of the Georgia Tenant Laws, and I had a one-way discussion with the manager that probably did little more than hold her up from not doing something elsewhere. Fortunately, all of that was settled with no damage to my credit score.

There are government housing projects that are kept in better order than this complex. That's pure irony considering the increasing numbers of Section 8 housing that Home Station subsidized over the years.

If you work hard, value your earnings and enjoy being respectful and helpful to other human beings, this place would challenge all of that. As you drive down Sigman Road, don't even look at the complex. You'll feel motivation leaving your body, and you may turn into a pillar of salt (or a malt liquor bottle).

**FOOTNOTE: I do want to give sincere credit to the last maintenance crew that was there before I left. They worked incredibly hard but unfortunately were handed a monumental set of daily tasks. If you're still out there, I hope you're keeping on keeping on!

Very poor safety
We lived at this apartment complex for three years. The first two were okay, after the new management staff came in 2004, everything was terrible. There were numerous occasions of drug handling and individuals doing drugs in front of our complex. We complained to the office staff and manager numerous occasions and they did nothing to correct the problem. We called the corporate office, and were told the "new manager" was doing her very best to fix the problem. She was the problem and she allowed anyone to move in. The noise was terrible, and the buildings were in very poor shape. The last 6th months we lived there, we were constantly calling the police, due to parties in the breezeway, to individuals sitting in group and doing drugs. Very unsafe, unclean, poor living conditions. Do not move here. Terrible office staff and poor management.

DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!! TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!
Honest and Hard-working people DO NOT apply. Sure, I'd recommend this HELL HOLE if you like to give your money to people for no reason; if you like to chase bugs constantly, deal with broken toilets, doors, garbage disposals and everything else that is falling apart....And if your apartment floods, don't worry all you have to do is complain about it and threaten lawsuits for 3 months before they consider moving you to a new apartment. Then they will make you pay rent twice in the same month and still not return your phone calls when you have a need. This place is a dump and the people who run it do not deserve to lick the bottom of my shoes. The basterds who claim to be a professional office staff will never know the meaning of honesty or keeping their word. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Not Worth It!
You name it and it happened. Foundation leaks, vermon, problematic plumbing, and above all the office staff were the most un-organized and lazy that I have ever dealt with. If you live there and you have a problem or concern, don't call them.

TOO DANGEROUS!!!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! NOT ONLY WILL YOU LIVE WITH THE BUGS, BUT DRUG DEALERS ROAM FREELY. THEY SMOKE MARAJUANA IN THE EXERCISE ROOM. RECENTLY FIVE LARGE BLACK MALES TRIED TO BREAK INTO OUR HOME. WE FOUND OUT LATER THEY HAD ALREADY BROKE INTO SOMEONE´S HOME AND TOOK EVERYTHING WHILE HE WAS THERE. WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED TO LOOK OUT FOR ROBBERS. WANT TO LIVE IN CONSTANT FEAR? MOVE HERE!

sucked
Lived here early 90´s when they were brand new. The staff was rude. The people they rented to acted like animals. They let people party in the parking lot and throw balls around. They dented the hood of my new truck and management said too bad. Stayed only 6 months, Bought a house from another dishonest person.

Great Apartment!!!!
I can honestly say that this is a very good apartment. I haven´t had any of the problems mentioned by other employees. The staff is very helpful, and the maintenance staff is pretty quick about getting problems complete. I would reccommend this apartment to anyone.

Stay Out
This community was not good at all. In additon to rent, you had to pay the water bill, a trash fee, and the sewer bill. My question to them was "WHAT IS THE APARTMENT COMPLEX PAYING?" Oh, yeah occassionally there will be salamanders in your apartment so watch out!!! And the nats are so bad they take over.

Keep looking...
The rent for a 3 bedroom apartment was $855. A little much for these particular apartments. Earlier this year the rent was decreased by $45 so that the tenants could take over paying the water and sewer bill each month (which turns out to be about $70 per month). Now the rent is being increased to $870 for the same apartment and we´re still paying water and sewer. We recently signed a 6 month lease at $855 per month. Go figure...
I almost forgot to mention that you might occasionally find a scorpion or two roaming around in your apartment. Don´t walk around barefoot.
