I moved here 2 weeks and when we moved in some stuff need ed to be fixed .. maintenance did excellent on coming and fixing the the issue that need to be addressed.. overall I’m happy ?? but I only have a noisy neighbor above me plays his or her music very loud .. I really don’t k kw how to address this issue ..

This is an terrible place to live. The management team acts ------, maintenance is lazy and don’t fix anything, and the property is unkept. Trash is overflowing in each bin and on the grounds. You will be embarrassed to invite guests over because of the way this property looks. Save yourself the grief and move into a better property, or buy a home.

Worst place I ever lived, no updates on the inside of the apartment. Tub peeling for over a year carpet should have been replaced before I was to move in missing light fixtures covers windows leaking ect all a year these problems been reported

This is by Far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Arden Pickel is one of the most conniving property managers I’ve ever meet. He’s extremely dishonest and cares nothing about any of your concerns unless your it’s a payment. They have us paying or trash and pest control but don’t require the “company” they hire to do the job. Trash is all over the place, pest are completely out of control and are starting to come into my apartment. The foundation of the apartment is weak. My whole bathroom mirror came off the wall. Thank God I wasn’t in there when it did. Do you think they came to fix it, absolutely not. along with my fire alarm still beeping for the past 8 months and my laundry door fell off 6 months ago. Trust me their is more around here that needs fixing but I’ll just leave it here. Don’t Move here, it’s disgusting.

This property is very unprofessional and have no respect for their tenants. I have lived here for over 3 years and nothing has been done for the upkeep of the property. The office never response to your email or calls unless you stop by the office. The grounds and trash area are always dirt and trash is everywhere.

It is horrible. Trash overflows, attracting animals & bugs. Maintenance department is slow to respond to requests. They rarely power wash the property AND THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RENT EVERY YEAR. The pool will have 20 children in it every day, so adults can never enjoy it. They should issue an adults only day to balance.

Not good was over charge of rent is Lil with trash not enough trash bins for the whole apartment community maintenance staff does not pick up anything the kids are not a company that the pool with a parent so they just take over

Since I moved in the place looks like a slum. Garbage is scattered in the area, stairwell banisters and Garage Doors are broken. The exterior of the buildings are dirty and the stairwells need to be washed down.

A lot of noise. Park area has a public park atmosphere with music blasting that I can hear in my apartment. Do not like this. Grounds are not as clean as they could be. This community has had it's ebbs and flows and right now it is down

There were roaches when I moved into the apartment and when I told the leasing office the blame me for them being in there. I also got blame for breaking the soap dish in the bathroom the first day I moved in even though the caulk was still wet. The maintenance men do not like to do there job at all and communication is horrible.

I have been happy at Mainstreet @ Conyers the last three years. The office and maintenance staff are always cordial and helpful. They've improved the property since I moved here and I haven't had any major issues that weren't dealt with in a timely fashion!

I am highly disappointed with the management of these apartments. The leading staff has a big turnover. The grounds are not kept well and maintenance takes forever to fix things. I will not be renewing.

Been leaving here for 5 years and me my wife got merry here..people in the office dosen't really care when it come with our needs..but expect the rent on time..wanna to move but is really hard right now..but one day we will out of here..cause me and my wife dosen't want Tobe here anymore and I would not recommend this place to anyone even my enemies..

Conveniently located... Not far from stores, pharmacies, hospital & urgent care. I like that there is a small dog park within the complex. There are a couple of schools located close to the community as well as small shopping centers.

Its a great Community to live in. Its a really nice area and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I havent had any issues during the 2 plus years i've lived here. The only minor problem I experienced was the timeliness of getting maintenance issues resolved. When they did get to it, it was done to my satisfaction.

Quite quiet and livable. Community and standard apartments could use some work but it's not too bad. Good location far as shopping and highway accessible. Gated community is an absolute plus about this property.

It is a great place to live. Quite complex, with well appointed apartments. Spacious and clean on the inside and nice surroundings on the outside. I am verry happey I moved here. Still close to all the food places and also the mall!!

I was on a roller coaster with different apartment complexes trying to find a place for me and my son to stay. As my last resort I contacted mainstreet and I'm so grateful I saved the best for last. Mrs.Yvette w/mainstreet was so amazing. She made my moving process smooth and easy.Truly exceptional job with making sure I was moved in during a really busy holiday time. I've been very pleased with my stay thus far.

Mainstreet has a lot of upgrades. We have a new manager and he came in and had change done within one day and I don't even know his name. I love Mainstreet at conyers. They're responsive when it comes to your concerns and they do their best to handle the concerns depending on the management in the front office. Currently our manager is excellent. His first day here, He fixed a problem I was having for months in one day. I love it here. Thank you Mainstreet for the pool and amenities as well. They're always well kept. The neighborhood is always quite as well
