Nice area, and lovely place

The area is very close to the College Park Marta station, so easy access to transportation. Lots of different shopping centers nearby as well. The area is very nice, never had any issues here with loud noise or anything. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is very polite and always helps fix things in a timely manner when needed. The only issue I have had is that the people who manage the pest control do not come as often as they should, but everyone else is very lovely.

A Quiet Place

I have been living in Regency Park Apartments for about 10 years now. I have not had to complaint about anything except for the weed smells that come through the vents. Other than that, this is a quiet place and people don’t bother you. It’s a nice place to live for a cheap price. I will say this, people may say it’s a bad place to live. I would say consider your sources. Some people don’t make their environment conducive to live peaceably. As a result, they may complain about things that they either contribute to or see someone contributing to. Moreover, I like living here, clearly. I know eventually I’ll be moving on but I have no complaints.

Life@Regency

Always feeling safe with 24/7 security never any noise around my building. I am a vampire I sleep during the day and work at night. Most of maintenance issue are dealt with properly and quick. The grounds are manicured weekly. We have alot of activities to interact with office staff. My most favorite place is the gym helped me to fit into outfits. Overall I am satisfied with my stay here. I never had a problem with Regency park apartment I been here since 2019 and if I did it was small and they got on it..I am planning on stay here at least 2 more Year's maybe longer..and I Would Like To say thanks to the rent office for the new lighting outside it help when I have to leave out in the early part of the morning

It has been great thus far. It is quiet and well kept. All of the employees are great. Neighbors are friendly. Maintenance request are taken care of in a timely manner. The location is great, close to shopping and the airport.

My family and I moved here in July 2023! So far this has been a pleasant stay! The people in the office are awesome. They put together special gatherings for different holidays or just randomly. Most importantly my children feel safe and I have no bugs! AC/HEAT works perfectly and maintenance is always on point! This place has been a blessing honestly!

This community has security patrols in the evenings, which I appreciate. The maintenance staff has responded to the few issues that I've had very promptly. Overall, the staff is very professional. We have community activities, such as paint and sip, pool parties and breakfast to go. I am hoping that there will be renovations to the fitness area to make it available 24/7.

It's pretty quiet, but the apartments need to be updated in many ways. The sinks and shower/bathtub. Not a bad experience here. I feel safe walking at night here, and since I have been here, my neighbors have been respectful.

I have had the worst experience at this community. The staff are horrible, apartments are filthy , out dated and roach infested. Maintenance does not help with anything, the office staff have the worst attitudes and are no help with anything. I cannot move fast enough, i hate it here

Experience has been fine thus far. Only feedback I have is that I receive notices on my door advising of upcoming pest control, leak assessments, HVAC and City inspections but no one shows. If they do, it's extremely rare. So I just don't expect the notices to be honored at this point. The last pest control that came out in September actually almost entered my apartment while I was naked after I said "one moment". And because I closed the front door before he could open it too wide, he never came back.

I originally moved to Regency Park apartments back in August 2013 and I live alone. In recent years, rent has increased every year and now my family is pressuring me to move out and find a house. Hate to say goodbye but, this is what I have to do in order to live affordably. I shouldn't be paying no more than $600/month for the tiny studio I live in without modern appliances and features. But, if this is your way of saying thanks, I will say thank you as well. Cheers.
