Disappointed
If I could leave 0 stars, I surely would from the inconvenience and incompetent service I received. I called several times on Friday early morning (while they were open) to attempt to book the clubhouse (rental) but there was no answer so I left a voicemail. Jackson returned my call at 11:49a stating that he would have to call me back referencing the booking of the clubhouse (as the clubhouse was AVAILABLE, but apparently Jackson was unsure that I could book it). I received a phone call at 529p from Jackson telling me that I was not able to book the clubhouse d/t not being a resident at Mulberry Grove. I AM a resident of a Greystone Property and have known that if the clubhouse is available that you are able as a Greystone resident to book the clubhouse at any Greystone property. I politely asked Jackson why was I not able to book the clubhouse and he stated that I was not a resident of Mulberry. I asked if he could please confirm that; he stated that he did confirm with another coworker. I asked if it was a manager and he said no, it wasn't. I asked him to please confirm with a manager because I would hate to be upset about something that could have been prevented (not being able to book the clubhouse that was available d/t ignorance). FAST FORWARD: I did NOT get a call back from Jackson as I waited by the phone Friday evening because he told me he understood where I was coming from and would call management. Although, Jackson decided to call me back 1 minute BEFORE closing time, I figured he would call me right back as that was my spoken request). Please understand that when you say that you are going to do something... The EXPECTATION would be that you would do what you said you were going to do at the very least. Please Greystone at Mulberry Grove do better because this isn't it.

Staff is awesome
The staff here at GMG are awesome. The events and giveaways they choose are great. I love going to them they even have events and giveaways for our pets ?? They are all always kind and very responsive when I have any issues.

Luxury Living in a Rural Setting
[Incentivized Review] From my first contact with Krista, the staff at Greystone at Mulberry Grove has been phenomenal, always making me feel so welcomed and taken care of. The property is extraordinary--safe, secure, beautiful, family-oriented, state-of-the-art appliances, and everything you need. I'm often asked how I like living here and I always say, " I love it!" Love the luxury and love being in the county!

Greystone at Mulberry Grove is the Best
The community is a comfortable and safe place to stay. The amenities are so convenient. The Appartment appearance is modern and appliances are up to date. And the office staff is amazing. We absolutely have loved our experience here at Grayson at Mulberry Grove.

I love it here!!
I love this apartment complex. It’s really nice inside and out. All of the staff are great. They are super friendly!! Tod is an amazing maintenance supervisor. My orders usually get completed within 2 days.

Love it here!
I absolutely love my apartment complex!!!!!!! The amenities are top-notch, the staff is friendly, and the community is welcoming. It's a perfect place to call home!!!!!!!! Also, the have a pet spa!!!!

I love everything about the apartments at mulberry, so nice and everything about it screams luxury! Marcus was a big help with questions I had when I called and he gave me detailed information about what I needed to know, maybe I will be able to call this home soon.

Great experience so far!
I love Mulberry Grove. The entire staff is really nice... The gym is my absolute favorite amenity and has everything I need. The entire complex is always clean. Mulberry is truly a hidden gem! Best move I've made through the years!

It was a pleasure meeting Marcus yesterday for the Mulberry apartment and facilities tour. Marcus was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to him. I look forward to joining the Greystone family at Mulberry soon.

BEST PROPERTY EVER!!!
Krista has been super amazing! Answers all my questions and very knowledgeable. She is very personable, she made my move-in experience stress free. The grounds look amazing! What a beautiful community. I still can’t believe I get to call this place my home.

I love it here!!
I love greystone mulberry grove. Everything is great!! The staff are friendly, work orders are completely in a timely manner, and all of the amenities are awesome. I love the resident events every month as well the staff are so involved in the community.

Definitely a Home!
The feeling is more like a resort vs. an apartment complex. The grounds and facilities/amenities are very well kept. The friends made, community and staff are such a blessing. They take the time to get to know residents, their families and fur babies :). They really take the anxiety out of apartment living.

This property is amazing. All the amenities are so wonderful and family friendly, and the apartments are very spacious and homey. The staff is so nice, amazing, and very welcoming in all aspects. I love living here!

Great
To start, the staff was very helpful especially Lily who helped us settle in and get a place. Secondly the area is great for recreation and the complex includes a pool, clubhouse, gym and even a small hangout area with small fire pits and things of that nature, overall great apartment complex.

The place you want to live.
This place is everything I was hoping it would be and more. Just awesome. The staff are great and the residents are super nice. It spacious and quiet. Greystone at Mulberry Grove is a community worth being a part of.

So nice!
Wow! It’s brand new, so I had high expectations, but they still exceeded them! I was really expecting to like it, but it was everything we wanted from an apartment complex! We loved the club spaces- and the apartments themselves were the exact style that we were wanting, and colors! Could not have asked for a better! Lilly was wonderful, and so patient with us as we walked the whole grounds and asked a lot of questions and talked amongst ourselves. We are signing up and I’m beyond excited!

Great Place to Live!
The process from application to move it was seamless and smooth. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help! Lilly always has a smile on her face and always remembers my name, which I appreciate so much! The experience is customized to the individual. The apartments are beautiful and you cannot beat the amenities. We love it here!

The best of both worlds!
I love having all the amenities the apartment offers, but enjoy being in Harris County where it is more quiet than Columbus. The location is perfect with the school system, but can be in Columbus in 10 minutes. The staff goes above and beyond for you and are very friendly.

Cannot wait to be in my new place!
Moving from out of state Krista and her entire team have made this process as stress free as possible. I was even able to get everything I needed to be able to register my children for school so I wouldn’t have to wait until the last minute. Would definitely recommend and am definitely appreciative of everything!

Finally! A luxury apartment in Harris County!
Not everyone wants to be tied down to home ownership. Many professionals moving up the career ladder to someone like myself, retired and wanting to downsize to an apartment. I absolutely love the location and my beautiful new apartment located in a beautiful and quiet location away from the noise and crime of the city.

Amazing Place to Live
I have had an exceptional experience living at Greystone at Mulberry Grove. The location is fantastic, the management is friendly and attentive, and the amenities are going to be top-notch. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, and the sense of community is strong. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone seeking a remarkable living experience

Amazing!
The staff was so amazing to work with, and made the experience so smooth and exciting. This is the most Gorgeous community in Harris County, hands down! Cannot wait to move in soon! My fiancé are counting down the days.

Best apartments around!!!
This has been nothing but a wonderful experience all the way around. The workers are always extremely helpful and pleasant, and the property is absolutely amazing!!! I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys an all-around easy apartment-hunting experience.

Amazing Property !!
We are a military family that is excited to move-in in two weeks to Greyson at Mulberry Grove. We are starting this new military life since Rolando will be at Fort Benning, and we cannot be more than happier of finding this community to spend our time there and make some good memories.
