They suck, it now take 3 days to fulfill a maintenance request.. when i.first moved here it was same day..also, they tow residents vehicles and gives two bucks about why a paying residents vehicle is parked in a parking space with issues

Maintenance is really quick with repairing. The views are amazing, and the facilities are nice. The walls are thick, and I never heard any neighbors. I feel completely safe in the neighborhood as it is gated and has security cameras. The only issue has been with bugs inside and out, as I am terrace level. The insect control needs to be improved within the community such as spraying the outside laws with pesticides and fortifying the barriers within the apartment like recaulking and further pesticides.

We have been here over 11 years and are obviously satisfied overall with the apartment home. Staff is friendly and professional. Grounds are well maintained. It is apartment living which means constant changing of neighbors can be an issue. We have for the last few years been very fortunate in having great neighbors who are quiet and friendly. Not always the case. Only issue is dog owners not picking up their "leavings.?

Have met some great friends while living here. The management team is ever-rotating, making it hard to keep up with new policies that get implemented. Maintenance is decent, no real complaints here. There are community activities and community emails that do go out. Overall, for the age of the apartments, I feel the apartment price is overpriced. But the view of the lake is freaking amazing.

Although I was unsure if my income qualified me to live here, I applied and was immediately accepted. There was some confusion about verification, but the office worked with me quickly and efficiently to meet and understand the qualifications. I moved in and it had been awesome. Maintenance is quick to respond and any issues I have, the office has been responsive and helpful.

All in all it's a great place to live. The staff and maintenance are very responsive and the grounds are maintained well in general. Any issues are handled timely and the leasing office is very friendly. There could be a stronger security presence at night, as a lot of people get rowdy at the lower pool after it's supposed to be closed for the night. But I've seen that improve here lately as well. All in all, I feel safe and happy here generally.

As i said above we have lived here for 19 years. The service and care that, Lake Lanier Apartments' gives you is the best anyone could ask for. WE moved here after taking of our own House and property for 34 years. As everyone knows after getting to a certain age, you can't do all the things that a house and property require. I will be getting to the ripe old age of 90 years and don't have to worry about anything breaking down or cutting the grass. Just live out a nice and happy life with my wife of 58 years and let Lake Lanier Club Apartments take care of the rest.

I honestly enjoying living here at MAA Lake Lanier. Of course all apartments have their flaws but for the most part the environment is peaceful and clean. Maintenance does not communicate as well as I would like, as far as if the situation being resolved if I'm not there but I do have a ring camera so it helps me know who and when or if they came..

Rough. Neighbors are awful. Fighting couples constantly that go all night long or screaming drunks. Dog poop everywhere. Gates constantly broken and takes forever to fix, like what is the point?? Lower pool is trashed, bathrooms full of roaches, dock is trashed. Only nice community feature is pool at the office and just watched and judged by staff who are no help at all and rude.

The management has been easy to approach. However the place needs some improvement specially the internet since it's slow. And the smell of urine on our stairs has been an issue. When it rains the location for the pet trash gets flooded. Spider webs and wasp nest can be seen. An incident happened that made me realize a fire ladder at the balcony is needed for another way for a proper fire exit as well.

I love the community and the apartment. It is the perfect size and great for my needs. The community is welcoming and I never have problems talking to any of the staff if I need help. I would love it if the rent were a little more affordable.

On the whole, a nice place to live, friendly staff, good maintenance support. Paying $40/month for MAA Connect which is supposed to be 1 Gb up / 1 Gb down thru Zentro. So far, never seen more than 250 Mb down or 20 Mb up ever, typically 125 Mb down / 17 Mb up. Leasing personnel just refer me to Zentro. Zentro admits they are not capable of providing the service being paid for, yet no one is doing anything about it. Had Zentro tech support on-site at least 5 times in 5 months. Their service is not reliable and not worth the price. Someone needs to take responsibility before there is a class action lawsuit for fraud.

This complex has a roach problem. I contacted them multiple times about it. They had someone spray a couple times and it did not fix the issue whatsoever. I ended up resorting to spend my own hard earned money to pay a company to come set traps and spray my apartment. It took a few months, but ultimately fixed the majority of the problem. Another issue I have is the parking. For the price I pay for this apartment I should ALWAYS be able to park in front of my building. I should never have to walk two buildings down from my apartment because there's isn't adequate amount of parking space. I work late and get home while it's still dark out and am always afraid walking from my car ALLLLLL the way to my apartment. This place is too expensive for the conditions. Needless to say, I won't be continuing my lease

It was very great T the beginning, now I'm seriously thinking about if I should move. Yesterday came home to a resident from another building letting her dog poop on the little grass in front of the building. She had her baby strapped in front of her so she definitely didn't mean to clean up after her dog. When she saw me she covered it with the straw and walked away. It's disgusting as there are several dog parks around. Who let their dog poop on the sidewalk people have to walk on,people in this neighborhood and they get away with it. I love animals and would never be as inconsiderate as these people here. They also park anywhere, in the fire lane and handicap. Stay there for days and are not towed. I am seriously considering a move.I love it here but its getting a little too much for me. Neighbors are not following rules trash in hallway and bags of dog poop sitting there for weeks.

This apartment complex is in it for the amount of people in it not for upkeeping the people in in. Horrible communication when issues arise, no time frame on maintenance and constant issues with apartment complex's. -------------, in our apartment complex cut off communications with us when we started to address issues and wouldn't respond in a timely manner. When we called she was conveniently "in a meeting".

Love it and would highly recommend to others. The one thing that drives me crazy is the amount of dog poop that people don't clean up after their pets. Otherwise it's great! Maintenance req get done quickly and efficiently.

The apartments are in a great location. They are close to down town Gainesville and both interstate 400 and 985. Walking distance to Lake Lanier. Just an hour from Atlanta. Tons of parks and outside activities.
