I am satisfied with the basic facilities (dryer, washing machine, refrigerator). The swimming pool is excellent. I'm very happy with the free coffee. I'm very satisfied with the use of the grill. Above all, it's best to be able to live safely.

The amenities are nice and well maintained. Love the coffee machine! The weekly garbage collection in the hallway is great. Plenty of parking and well lit at night. I have a problem with bugs on the first floor and have been bitten in my sleep a couple times. I actually woke up one night while being bitten and killed the bug. Makes it a little creepy each night and something I would tell anyone moving in to a lower level apartment. Mostly a positive experience though

My initial move in did not go smoothly. I moved on a Saturday because I came from 9hrs away. Make sure before staff leaves you thoroughly check your fobs and gate codes because I got locked out building and couldn't get through gate. Eventually maintenance came and assisted. Now other then that and promotion for free month which I was told i somehow missed yet had it advertised......the apartment itself, the property and amenities are great. The price is good for what you get!

Amazing apartment, secure space, and beautiful view!
The overall experience with the Lofts at Zebulon was great. I had a few changes that I had to make due to work but they were very patient and understanding. The lofts are very nice and spacious along with a view that meets its surroundings. The secure area along make you want to live here. I can’t wait to move in within the next few weeks. Tim and the leasing manager were both a pleasure to work with!

When I first moved here in 2020, things were so nice here, and I felt safe. There have been a lot of cars that have been broken into, and some cars even stolen within the last year. The elevator in the 300 building has not been working right for the past couple of weeks. When you get on the elevator and press 2 to get offf on the second floor, the elevator jumps then stall for almost a minute before it opens up. I feel we pay way too much money to not feel safe. A lot of people have been moving out. I hope things get better here.

The apartment community is beautiful and the staff is nice and knowledgeable of their residents and our needs from retrieving a package and already knowing our name/apartment number to our beloved pets name.

Lofts at Zebulon has been a below average living experience. When I first moved in there was an issue with my apartment that required me to switch units only 4 months into my lease. This was due to the lease offices incompetence in checking the unit prior to my arrival. The crime problem is absurd. We constantly have car break ins to the tune of once or twice a month recently. Additionally, there was a drive by shooting a few months back that caused many residents to fear for their safety. The lease office acts like they take steps for improvement of security but they haven't even installed cameras. The dope smoking in my building is also out of control. Additionally, the pool was out of commission for almost a whole year following a fire. I know that was an accident but it's unfortunate we miss out on that amenity. There are many better options to live in Macon and feel much safer without spending as much.

When I moved in I wanted a Loft with attached garage, so, I been on the waiting list at the top since September 2022. Now a Loft is finally coming available with attached garage. The office worker calls me and offer it to me and tells me I have to pay $1500 because I will be breaking my lease contract. The resident should not have to pay $1500 for breaking the contract. Northland has control of the waiting list. Why not satisfy your customers without putting them in disbelief hardship. Customers should be satisfied before just thinking about making money. The office worker only gave me until the next day to make a decision. I feel that was wrong. Residents should be comfortable living at the residence.

I've loved loving here. However we've had car breaks in this last year which need to be addressed better. We need better security and a faster response to get better security. Please please take this seriously.

It's fair the pest control could be a little better cause I keep seeing a lot of silver fish bugs. Also marks from water leak up stairs next be fix and not just paint over! This water leak create mold

Positives--Great Maintenance staff--friendly and efficient. Great Office Staff--always there for you. Cons--the buildings have paper thin walls, ceilings, and floors. It is almost like having unseen rommates.

I am noticing a rapid decline in apartment complex. I don't feel as safe as I did once I moved here. Changes like these are common within complexes. I think I have outgrown the area. I don't really care for the businesses outside the complex, it makes the complex less intimate

Nice apartments, only complaint is several of the issues that needed to be fixed have taken an inordinate amount of time to complete (Pool, Grilling area, etc...) Complex is clean, area is quiet. Car break-ins are way too many and too often

I really don't like living here. I have had several maintenance issues with lackluster resolution. The common areas smell like dogs, there is feces in all the lawns, roaches in the hallway, valet trash service that is very inconsistent, and noisy neighbors that management doesn't address.

Overall I still love my unit and the community. New restaurants on-site, amenities mostly fully functioning. Can't beat the location. Plentiful quiet, and relatively quiet considering the location. Wish management could be more aggressive with addressing repeat complaints such as noise complaints.

The management is great. They are quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The gym has decent equipment. The grounds are well maintained. I would not consider this a luxury apartment community. Residents are constantly leaving old furniture and large, bulky trash items outside of the bulk disposal, which is an eyesore. Most residents don't seem to pick up after their pets. The pool is now finally open again after being closed for almost a year. They do seem to be trying to clean the place up. They recently painted the hallways in all of the buildings.

My experience has been subpar. The value to cost is definitely not balanced. The pool has been closed for 6 months. The gates are constantly broken. We are forced to pay for cable subscription when most people I know don't even watch cable tv. This "luxury" apartment doesn't even have parcel lockers for package delivery. The apartment inside is decent but the quality of the build and materials seem to be on the cheaper side. The walls and carpet are thin you can hear every movement above you. Also the dishwashers in the apartment need a major upgrade. My master tub have to be "resurfaced" but it is still appears dirty which means it's probably time to install a new one. If you all are going to continue to charge the way you do, please take some of these suggestions. I have already started the process of moving to a different community.

Great place to live. Just wish they had another entrance for animals. Hallways and elevators are starting to smell like dogs. Wish we could enjoy the pool. Been there for a year and it's not opened yet

Maintenance request are done within a reasonable time. The cabanas have been down since we moved in and would like use it. The gym is nice but the equipment cleaning towels are out a lot. People smoke on the property even though it is smoke free. Overall it has been a nice stay.

The price of rent doesn't equate to the quality and service provided. I'd expect more from the Lofts group. Staff is mostly nice, but can be a bit disorganized. The experience I get as a resident is inconsistent depending on who I'm speaking with, and this has been the case on more than one occasion. If things were more organized with the office, I imagine this wouldn't be the case. Again, everyone is nice, but it's just a bit disorganized.

I Love the property, rooms are spacious an amenities in gym and common area well mantained! Would like larger capacity water heaters. The management staff is super helpful and pleasure to work with!

It's a great community. The front office and maintenance are also great. I've been staying here for a few years now and it's the best place I've stayed in the middle Georgia area. They have been very helpful and thoughtful during my stay.
