Run. . .
If I could give 0 stars to this place I would! RUN, run far away from this place. There are so many problems I could talk about but what I will say is especially upon my move out just because I didn't leave a forwarding address they did not let me know that they were charging me over $700 for maintenance when I know it wasn't that much especially because most of the disarray was THEIR fault (broken blinds, pests, etc.)! I lived in apartments over 20 years and I've never had these problems. The other issues include: 1. Master bed clothes closet collapsed; took them three weeks to even get to fix it. 2. Bathroom faucet pipes' constant dripping a few weeks after move in. 3. Dust all over my belongings when installing "smart home" gadgets; and they wouldn't clean it up! 4. Smart Home thermostat never worked. 5. Continual spiders and pests 6. Pest control, when they came out did NOT wear masks! . . .just to name a few!

Don’t expect your deposit back
The rooms and closets are great sizes for an apartment, I will give them that. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone 80% of the time in the office and when they do it will be someone different (turnover). Don’t bother cleaning anything when you move out, they are going to nickel and dime your deposit. I made sure my apt was as clean when I left it as it was when I moved in. Got a check 6 weeks later for not even half. $15 to clean tub, $5 to clean faucets, $5 for sink, $20 for kitchen cabinets?? absolutely ridiculous!! The apt was clean and I would sure hope they have a company come deep clean between tenants??. Oh yeah, and you can get high as a kite off second hand smoke that comes through your vents, or just walk out your front door!

Jaw dropingly mismanaged. Where to begin here? There's alot, so keep reading. Maintenance came out to fix my ice maker because it was leaking into the fridge, but the "fix" flooded the downstairs apartment. They tried to blame it on my washer, until I pointed out that it was the hose to the fridge, which maintenance broke, and is replaced now and no longer flooding my downstairs neighbors but the the ice maker leak is still there, so I don't know what the point of that exercise was. HVAC filters haven't been replaced in 9 months. Air conditioning went out three times over the summer because the electrical to the outside unit kept tripping. "Pest control" consists of three guys showing up unannounced and not actually spraying anything. When re-roofing they promised 24 hours notice but gave roughly 12 for each building and managed to take out my porch railing with a forklift truck because of course that's going to happen if you make the poor decision to live here. And when I asked about breaking the lease on my one bedroom they quoted me $3,488.00, which is absurd and not what I signed.

I have lived at Rivoli Run for a little over a year now and I love it! Being someone that lives along safety was my first concern when looking for an apartments and I have felt safe at anytime during the day. The office staff is always very helpful and the complex is always maintained very well. Would highly recommend!

The office staff is extremely nice and I felt like it was a very safe neighborhood. Any time I called the office regarding a concern, it was promptly addressed. The grounds is very clean as well. The only problem I have is that before I moved out, I paid $750 to have the apartment professionally cleaned from top to bottom. The cleaners professionally shampooed and steamed the carpets, cleaned the bathroom, scrubbed appliances, and even replaced the stove burners with brand new ones... About 6 weeks after I moved out, I got a letter in the mail saying I owed Rivoli Run roughly $600 in damages due to pets. So... I basically threw $750 for professional cleaning out the window. I called the office staff and spoke with one of them regarding that. They seemed apologetic but didn't try to waive any of the damage fees or look for alternative ways to reduce them. I lived in apartments with my pets before here and was never charged damages, especially none so outrageous. I would just recommend that if you move here, be EXTREMELY careful about pets and potential damages they may cause to carpet.

I absolutely loved it here!!! I ran into some financial difficultites and could no longer afford. I was extremely sad to leave. There was a recent change in management and I was a little nervous because I absolutely loved Kerri but the new manger is a sweetie! As long as you stay in contact with them, Mary and Lynn will work with you as best as possible. There are courtesy officers as well as other officers that live on site so although it isn't gated, do not let that stop you from moving here! It is so safe. I used to have late nights because of study and work schedules and although sometimes I had to park far away from my apartment, I never felt unsafe. I went to sleep with my door unlocked on numerous occasions and didn't even care. My neighbors were a little loud but I couldn't blame the apartment staff because it wasn't that big of an issue. The grounds are well kept. They cut grass like everyday. Maintenance is superb!!!! I had to call them three times. Each time they were prompt and efficient! I had a wasp nest outside my door and I couldn't get it down, they came and knocked it down! My toilet broke and I told them since I was going out of town, it wasn't an emergency but they still came within the next hour and fixed it. They are very friendly!! They are always having some type of community event!! I saw maybe two waterbugs throughout my whole stay actually in the apartment which is good compared to other places in Macon. Spiders are very prominent but that's everywhere. Just kill them and keep on moving. Apartment is very spacious! Bathroon was huge. I loved everything. This was my first apartment and it was truly well worth the money!

It is a nice place to live but the only complaint I would have is that the office open too late it open at 10am why not 9 that is too late for people that work even if they close at 6 it's still inconvenient get off at 5:30 by that time they are close consider traffic time that really sucks!!! Maybe they should do one or 2 days that open at 9 I plan on moving as soon as my lease is up the apartment needs some serious upgrading. I can hear every mice someone's keys on the steps and them loud dogs!!!!

I love Rivoli Run. It is the best place to live in the North Macon area. The landscaping is beautiful and always well kept. It is a quiet, peaceful community and it has a friendly feel. The prices are affordable, and personally, it's the best money can buy for the amenities and staff and maintenance! I would defiantly recommend Rivoli Run to anyone. Oh, and the maintenance guys are awesome, they are really quick to respond to a maintenance request!!

I like living it here. Been here for over two years. Nice staff and I dig the volleyball court. Not sure what others are complaining about for safety. Stuff like that has never been an issue as far as I know. Anyway don't let some upset person bad mouthing this place turn you away. Its nice here and you should make it your home.

Rivoli Run is my home! My husband and I have been here for just over three years and will not be leaving any time soon. The staff has always been professional, friendly and courteous to both of us. While we personally never experienced either, if there are noise issues or safety concerns they have courtesy officer on site. I like that Rivoli Run is off of Forsyth, so we are close to Downtown and Zebulon Road (shopping!). The complex is tucked away but still near a hospital and daycare. The rooms are painted neutral which make it easy to decorate. They have multiple dog walking areas, a tennis court, volleyball sand pit, swing set and plenty of picnic space. The garden bathtubs and roomy closets were what sealed the deal for me. I refer all my friends and family members. Seriously, YOU NEED TO CHECK RIVOLI RUN OUT!

Your average apartment complex. Furnishings are older and are due for a remodel. Community is not gated. The staff is friendly until you sign your money/lease over to them. I found that any time I had a concern the staff did not make great effort to accommodate me to make me more comfortable. It's as if once you've signed your 12-month's lease worth of money over to them, they don't really care. All they wanted was that signature on paper. Just make sure that you're 100% sure about moving into this place before doing so (i.e. read through the lease thoroughly with all of their rules & regulations) I'm not from Macon so I hadn't been exposed to all of the apartments/neighborhoods in that city so I didn't have much choice when I first moved, but if I were to stay in Macon again, I would NOT rent at Rivoli Run. I'd take my money elsewhere. & that's thanks to their apathetic staff

I have really enjoyed living at Rivoli Run Apartments. The community is a beautiful area with tall shady trees and right in the heart of Macon. There is plenty of room for pets to run around and there are tons of resident amenities. I have really enjoyed the 24 hr fitness center. I haven't had any problems with maintenance requests and the staff is professional. I would recommend Rivoli Run to anyone and they even give you a discount card for businesses right in the area! (great perk)

This place is old and dated. The apartments do not provide any privacy from noise that your neighbors make. You can hear people sneeze in the apartment next to you. The appliances are so old that they do not work. The staff is too scared to take any action to control renters that do not follow the proper policies. They are super nice to you when you first move in and then quickly turn more and more rude. If you ever come to them with a problem they try and make you feel stupid. It does not feel very safe and is ungated. The courtesy officer does not even answer the phone and when you leave a message he does not return the call. My car has been broken in to and I had an attempted break in to my apartment during the 2 years I have lived here. It is so close to the ------(Napier) that the thugs can just walk right over. The only reason they have such a good rating on here is because they did a facebook competition for a gift card if you left a good rating on this website. STAY AWAY FROM RIVOLI RUN!

I love it here! I consider Rivoli Run to be "home" for the last 5 years. Overall, you can't beat the staff, amenities, upkeep and location at this price. Everybody here--both residents and staff--are so friendly and helpful. The only time a complaint was put in was regarding loud music about a year ago and the staff addressed it immediately. When I go in the office or see staff around the complex, they know me by name, and it actually seems like they care...which is rare!!! It's nice that the pool stays open for several months, and there is wifi at the pool. Also, Fresh Market (love love) is walking distance from here. The surroundings are nice, it feels secluded and I am not on my patio or walking around the complex looking at a busy street. Ok, enough said...needless to say I always highly recommend Rivoli Run to anybody I know who is looking for a place in Macon. Mi casa es su casa! :-)

Raving about Rivoli
We have lived here for more than 4 years now and consider Rivoli HOME! We feel safe and our neighbors are friendly. The staff is more than accomodating. The rare maintenance issues are ALWAYS handled within 24 hours. With the new management we are having more community activities! Two thumbs-up! :-)
