So far my experience has been great! The staff is friendly and the apartment was renovated so there aren't a lot of issues. One of the main issues that I have seen is more of a security issue where there is a small opening and I noticed that someone was able to walk into the gated community close to my unit. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.

My family and I only been living her for a couple of weeks, living every moment of it. The last time I lived in an apartment I was in my early twenties. This community is the best, they worked with us because of my sister that have special needs.

The current management always improving the community. The current renovations are incredible and will make the Jackson one of the best apartment communities in Newnan. Leasing staff has changed a few times, but we have by far the best now. Valet trash is definitely a plus for me. And we're right across from the pool so the view is nice. All the amenities are kept up very nicely.

Overall it's been a decent experience. I wasn't too excited about the management change, but it has not been too bad. The maintenance team has been helpful, and the office staff is nice. It will be nice to see what the improvements look like when they're finished.

The property was really nice and well taken care of when I first moved in, the property has been sold and the new I company is not adjusting well. I am not happy with the new company. It's very hard to get the property manager to respond to my concerns. The assistant manager Veronica has been very kind and helpful.

Absolutely love this community! Very quiet and the staff and fellow residents are both very friendly. 10/10 for sure! Management has put A LOT of work into the property in the last year from repaving the parking lot, major landscaping overhaul, new roofs on ALL buildings as well as currently repainting every building. You can definitely tell that they genuinely care about their residents

My husband and I have lived here since 2019 when we first got married, it was our first apartment, first time every living together and on our own. At first management was great they always did little gifts and movie events, then it got a little bit bad I would have things break in the apartment and would call numerous times to get it fixed but not much happened. Recently however it's been great, I just put in a service request and THAT same day it was fixed. My husband and I have no plans on moving anytime soon.

Q: MY DAUGHTER HAS BAD ASTHMA AND THE MAN ABOVE AND THE OTHERS THAT LIVES THERE ARE CONSTANTLY SMOKING WEED!!!! THE SMELL IS ALL OVER MY APARTMENT AND IRRITATES MY DAUGHTER. I LIVE IN BUILDING 6 AND HE APPARENTLY WORKS AT DOMINOS AND UPS. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO PLEASE STOP BUT NOTHING. SO NOW I AM CALLING THE POLICE!!!!

A: Yes, particularly if they have no conscience then you will hear loud music between 10 p.m. to 3 a.m.; they will have club type parties; you will hear heavy feet of the apartment above AND BELOW somehow. You may even have the pleasure or distress of hearing someone either having sex or listening to porn at least twice. In addition, a few times someone will be in a rush and they'll go barging down the stairwell and you will hear that as well.
