Very very good place! The management team is good. They are your friends! The pool area, fitness center, and office are top- notch. It took me a while to realize after living here how refreshing it is to walk over in about 3 minutes for all my shopping! We push the shopping cart right back and the store personnel come and pick them up unless we push them back ourselves! We think this place is the best kept secret in the area-that's why we only refer our friends!

Our experience has been positive thus far. The apartment itself is spacious and meets our needs. Very accessible to shopping & major highway. Minor issues with tenant behaviors, none of which are above the normal things you expect when living in a large apartment community. Any concerns, including maintenance are always promptly addressed and we appreciate that! Carpet cleaning & spot paint inside units would be a plus with annual renewal. Would be nice if lights in corridors would come on a little sooner. Additional lighting in darker areas within the complex and rounds by safety officer would make it feel safer. Overall, for the most part, a comfortable place to call home.

The Villas at newnan crossing have been better than we could’ve expected! They staff is very accommodating, epically the 24/7 maintenance crew. We had an issue happen our first month of living there with our sink after hours and they were so quick to respond and come and help us.

Clean, quiet complex with lovely amenities and friendly prompt staff! There is a dog park, tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, etc in a gated community. Everyone is so friendly and the app is extremely useful for maintenance concerns, updates for the community, etc. Would recommend!

I love these apartments but having the garages attached to apartments above is insane. The noise is so annoying especially when the person is coming & going throughout the day. However, I would recommend anyone to live here.

Very good. It was relatively quick and easy to do the application process, our only issue lied with the pet policy people who took some time to complete their part of the process. It has also been pretty good in the apartment, it is more noisy with creeking floors in the apartment and the one above us comparted to our previous place, however it not a big issue.

We have had a wonderful experience so far. We moved in June 2022 and we now have our daughter who is a year old and we feel safe and feel safe with her being here. We love the quiet home feeling and the cleanliness of the grounds. We love going to the pool in the summer time and love to stop at the office all of the staff at the office are like family!

It’s nice apartments and spacious but the parking is terrible. You can’t be guaranteed a decent parking spot no matter what time you come home. It’s kind of hard when you have to do a grocery run, and bring your groceries from the third row of parking.

The Villas at Newnan Crossing are great! They have a good workout facility and friendly staff. I don't have to contact the staff often at all, but when I do they are kind and courteous. I have enjoyed my at The Villas very much!

Great safe prime location to shops but can use some grounds tlc and clean up other wise not bad place to live but it’s pricey and that’s why I say at least have fresh landscaping not dead bushes put the same effort how front office area looks to the rest of the community looks all good till u drive threw best place is front office area
