This is a very clean quiet and save complex. I am very happy that i chose this apartment complex. On maybe two or three occasions in the past nine months has the trash dumpster been real full. That is the one and only complaint that I have. The gym is nice and clean also.

My Husband and I leased with Villas at Newnan Crossing Without even looking at the model apartment because we needed to find a place right away and so far living here has been great, we love our apartment. Dakota was excellent with getting us prepared to move in.

Everything has been excellent in my experience so far. Everyone is super nice. Nice staff and grounds. Definitely the best apartment complex that I have ever lived at. I hope to possible renew my lease when it is up in a couple of months. Would definitely recommend.

I visited 2 other apartment complexes before I came here. I chose this place because it is the closest to I-85 so I can get on the highway quickly in the morning. It is also located around all of the shopping and grocery stores in Newnan. From what I've heard, this is the best option out of the few apartments in town. I have been satisfied so far.

A pleasant one on this last move. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned-the stove was a disaster and there is an odor near the pantry and in the bathroom. IO have recleaned and can't get rid of it. I think it might be the chemicals they cleaned the carpet with.

Sharon Starkey and the staff at the main office are wonderful! They made this move worry-free. It's a great location for the complex because you are close to EVERYTHING you could want, which is very convienent. The only down side to my apartment: I can hear the Lowes intercom... and they talk on it as early as 6:45am, and as late as 11pm... So basically I can hear, "Bob, you have a call on line 242, Bob, line 242." Not ideal for a moment when you just want to enjoy silence. I sleep with a fan on to drown out the sound.

Really like the community. Wish that we had better windows that kept my air in and the noise out.All the staff are really friendly and everything is always well maintained. Would definitely recommend to any of my coworkers. Like being so close to the interstate.

Life here has been uneventful....which is a good thing. 2 bedroom is spacious, floor plan is very open and comfortable. Location is much more convenient than I expected. Grounds are well kept, office staff is pretty attentive and very friendly. That said, I will shop around for better rates at next renewal. I don't like that I have to give a decision 3 months before renewal in order to get the best deal.

Living in this community has been fantastic. The office staff is extremely friendly and remembers you by name! Any issues I've had with the apartment have been taken care of immediately! Amazing community! I live on the 2nd floor, so sometimes I do hear neighbors above me because they have a dog that likes to run around. Also, the people next to us have had some serious domestic disputes at 1am that have woken me up. Other than that, great community in a great location.

The overall complex is nice. The front office staff is courteous and helpful with getting any issues resolved. The only down side is that family units (2+ bedrooms) are stacked on top of 1 bedroom units thus creating a sound issue with children who are active at all hours of the day or night.

We visited 10 communities between Newnan and Peachtree City. The Villas at Newnan Crossing was the best community we visited by far. The apartment size, over 1300 sqf, layout, closet space, etc was superior to all others. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the move in process. Great place!

The ladies in the leasing office are fantastic. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay here at the Villas is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this complex to any of my friends and family. The absolute best staff of any complex I have ever lived in, hands down!

Love It!! This place has been great! The location is perfect: it's right next to a grocery store, a shopping center is just up the road and so is a lot of entertainment places, like movie theaters, bowling alley, gym, laser tag, and a lot more. I love it here!

Think twice before you live here. My apartment was ransacked by the painter because someone in the office gave out the key and was not authorized to do so. This is a man that they use all the time and he's going into YOUR place too. Don't ever let them in for ANYTHING unless you're there. Cannot be trusted. What's worse is the office staff have not taken this seriously at all. They do not see this as a major mistake. My belongings were trashed and thrown all over my apartment and they don't see the wrong in this. A police report was filed but the office has brushed it under the rug as far as their involvement is concerned. Legal proceedings are to follow.

Have only been here a short time, but already this feels like home. Close to shopping and the interstate. Lots of trees separating the buildings, so you feel like you're in a small apartment community. Can't wait to try out the gym and swimming pool.

Have heard about some safety issues from neighbors that if I would have known about prior , I probably wouldn't have moved in. Also had a service request completed without notification that a maintenance tech would be coming, I didn't like the fact that I was not notified someone would be in my apt, especially since I have a pet.
