Welcome to the ------....
This place is awful! I've lived here 6 weeks and already have given my notice to move. Since I've moved in, four more tenants have moved in to the same building. If I wanted to live in the projects, I could have moved there for a lot cheaper rent than what I'm paying now!

I don't know what these people are talking about!!!
I have been a resident for over 2 years here & I have never had any problems. The maintenance staff have always been very friendly & prompt. They have even gone out of their way & hung pictures for me. The office staff have always been nothing but very friendly & helpful & there is always someone in the office 7 days a week to help me with anything that I needed. I have never had noise issues, floor issues or any other kind of issues with my apartment. The grounds are always kept nice & the thing I like the most about this community is that they always keep their front entrance gates closed. I have always felt safe here. I would reccomend The Villas @ Newnan Crossing to anyone that I knew.

Horrible staff and horrible living
Let's see, the manager is about dishonest as they come. she rips off her own employees and just smiles about it. A maintenance worker goes into an apartment drunk and tries to slow dance with a young girl who is home alone and does not get terminated by the manager. You can hear people going to the bathroom or having "sexy time." The place has had robberies, burglaries and vandalism going on. The kids have no where to play but in the street and usually in a curve where you can't see them. Noise here is incredible as you can hear your neighbors prepare dinner, do laundry, walk across the floor or play their stereo or TV. Ever since this place lowered the rent it has turned into the hood. Several people have pit bulls and keep them hid.until they fire the lazy,------------------- in the office,it'll always be the most miserable time of your life. I'd rather live in a trailer than here...

If safety, quality of life, and decent neighbors are important, do NOT rent here.
While this property is meticulously manicured, it's appearance is misleading. While aesthetics are generally important to any person, especially when it is in conjunction to where you live, they can also be a mask to what truly lies beneath. While I do not mind admitting that this property was very nice in almost all aspects when it first opened up, it is important for you the reader to know that is has been on a medium pace trot downhill. It is not uncommon to see the police here, dealing with anything from noise complaints to full on domestics (so the rumor mills says). It is also not uncommon to ride through and see a group of thugs, shirts off and pants baggy walking through the property at anytime day or night. (And yes, they live here.) As I am sure you will read in the older reviews there have been problems here with vandalism, which including the slashing of MANY residents tires to actual vandalism to the property. Keep in mind that throughout all of these vandalisms the Villas staff showed absolutely no remorse and actually emphasized that they were not responsible for damages such as those caused by thisā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Asinine.
I scoped out these apartments through a friend of mine, and while I really enjoy the unit itself, thats about where my enjoyment of this place ends. I really should stop being so impetuous, maybe then I could find a decent spot to live. Nothing...really, nothing, gets fixed unless you seriously just get on the managements last nerves apparently. I had to ask at least three times for my AC to be repaired when it didn't work at all, and this was over a month or two time span. That kind of sucks when you're on the third floor and it's blazing hot. So now, it's freezing cold, the heat doesn't work, and the weatherstripping around the door doesn't seal right, so I am sitting here freezing my arse off even though I've mentioned this issue FOUR TIMES to the management. I used to live in Genesis Gardens in Palmetto, and there, if I needed a repair, it got done THAT DAY. I dunno what gives at this place, but I seriously suggest looking elsewhere.

Horrible... unsafe... cheap.... going downhill fast
We have lived here for 3 years, and cannot wait to move. When we moved in it was a pretty nice area but has declined fast. There has been over 25 cars with all 4 tires slashed, multiple vandalisms. There has recently been several armed robberies. All woman going to or from their apartments robbed at gun point one had her small child with her and another was beatin with the gun, some of which happened in the middle of the day. There have also been several apartment and cars robbed. We cannot wait to move. I no longer feel safe walking to my car with my children in the middle of the day. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The apartments are cheap, walls slant, cabinets are seperating from the walls, crown molding is seperating from the wall, fixtures fall off from normal use. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. They are EXTREMELY overpriced!!!

Wish I could stay...
I moved to the Villas at Newnan Crossing last year, & my lease will be up the beginning of December. Unfortunately, due to my husband being laid off work we are having to move at the end of our lease to a cheaper place. We love it here & wish we could stay. I have read the other reviews & have no idea what these other people are talking about. The office staff has been absolutely wonderful to us. We haven't had any problems with the apartment or anything. There have been a few security issues, but the staff has made sure to notify everyone & has taken precautions to make sure the residents are safe. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice & beautiful place to live.

I f you like noise you"ll this place
In the last week carpet cleaner has parked truck in front of my arpartment 3 times Aparently they can not clean carpets during buissness hours hell no. Saturday & sunday are the best days because your home trying to relax after a week of hard work to pay the rent. Today is monday Oct.5 8pm and yes the rug guy is here with his generator outside my apt. call office and they they say there sorry. They could care less about the residents. There specility is lieing. Live under a bridge, buy a tent, but do not rent in this noise hell. The tenants are ok as far as noise goes but management is the worst noise offender. Buy a boss noise headphone you'll need it.

Like it.
I signed a lease at this complex last Oct. I like this place a lot. This is my first apartment and I think it was a good starter. Maybe this complex USED to be trashy and bad management. But I love the management. They have been very caring and concerned about me. And offer help if I need it.

by far "THE BEST" apartment community!!!
After reading the reviews on here I'm not real sure what these people are talking about. Often times people don't take responsibility for their own actions and when they don't hear what benefits them the most they choose to lash out on websites like this one as if they were children. I've lived here for 4 years and never had a problem with my apt. or the office staff(other than normal maintenance issues which was taken care of in a timely manner). I would recommend this comminity to friends, family, co-workers, ect.

Overrated-only a luxury to a homeless person-don't move here!!!
I wish that I was able to "test drive" the "Luxury" apartment as the fixtures are dirt cheap. The ceiling fans in the living room which has no overhead light by the way. It is a 2 bedroom and a ceiling fan needs to be in both rooms. the insulation is terrible!!! In the smaller bedroom, it is cold in the winter, and now that it is spring, the room is like a hot box. There is air that seeps from the windows and I was told to put a towel there to stop the cold from coming in. They state to keep the temperature at a certain level in the summer. The carpet is dirt cheap. There are only two adults here and if there were children, lords knows what the people that residents carpet might look like. I have been waiting on a service call for months. The parking sucks. My handicap sticker was stolen from my car. The stairs are unstable. There is totally no privacy!! I have heard my neighbors sneeze, not to mention putting the soap down in the soap dish while taking a bath. That's why they say that after 10:30 is quiet time-noā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Luxury- HA!
I would never refer someone to move here. I can hear the people above me all the time. The walls are paper thin. At the point that I can hear them drop the toilet seat, or I know when they flush the toilet, are in the shower, or are on the toilet...I can't call that luxury. It took me MONTHS to get someone to come out to my apartment to spray for ants. I had called SEVERAL times to be put on the list, but somehow I never was. Communication seems to be a REAL problem for them. They're really nice, until you sign the lease, then everyone in the office turns into jerks to deal with. I did a referral for them once, never again. They told my friend one thing, then tried to charge her another. I was suppose to get a $400 referral fee after she paid her first months rent, which she did...I never got it. And parking sucks. The way they have the parking lots designed makes it a nightmare if you come home after 5 pm. Over all? Not my idea of luxury, wish I had known about this before we signed a 13ā¦Ā See More>anonymous

I feel NO Love!!
I will never recomend this apartment to friends that are moving to Newnan. The office managers are rude and treat tenants like they are children. It seems that all they are concerned about is getting their money with no consideration of the people who live there. For me, living there for nearly two years with not one months rent being late, the final straw was AFTER I had moved out and they tried to steal $150 from me for what they called "carpet cleaning". I lived by myself, was never home, never cooked, and if I was at the apartment it was for sleep. If you want to pay $800/month for a one bedroom run of the miil ordinary apartment then this is the place for you. If not then I would look somewhere else.

Happy with the recent changes!
Recently, the office and maintenance staff have been making great progress. Thank God! I have been living here for a little over a year and I was definitely going to move. I'm reconsidering. I think I'm going to stay. I've always loved apt and the location is great, close to everything!

No problems for me
I think it is unfortunate about the bad review with regards to the vandalism. Some of the vandalism occurred around the unit I am in, and fortunately I was not effected by it. However, I also feel that if all the residents would be responsible enough not to allow people to tailgate them into the community then maybe it would have curbed some of the vandalism. On many occassions I have had people attempt to tailgate me in, but I take enough time so as not to allow them entrance behind me. Also, when a resident is going in I wait until the gate either begins to close or lower and then swipe my key card for re-opening. I am not in such a big hurry that I do not have time to prevent others from coming in behind me or to give someone else the impression that I am trying to tailgate. I do not know why others pay to live in a gated community, but I know why I did. I have never had any problems with the staff. They have always been curteous and responsive. I have neighborsā¦Ā See More>anonymous

Don't live here!
Office staff is comes across as snotty and everytime I go in there, they seem annoyed that I am bothering them. (Particulary the girl with the short hair.) The crime in the area has continued, even though they have sent letters letting us know they are working on the problem. They extended the length of the gate in order to prevent multiple cars coming in at the same time, and as a result the gate hit my car. The office is closed on Sundays, even though it says they are open. As as a result, my friend who lived in the complex wasn't able to move out on time, because his lease ended on the 1st, which happened to be a Sunday. Very unhelpful. I can't wait to get out here!!

Response to Vanadlism Issue
As a member of management I think that it is quite unfortunate that we are perceived by some as unresponsive or rude. Unfortunately, oftentimes when residents do not receive their desired response they attempt at retaliation through outlets such as this one. Members of our management team our highly-trained professionals who have been working closely with law enforcement in order to ensure that the vandalism issue is resolved in a timely, efficient manner. It is important to recognize the fact that our property aesthetics as well as reputation is being compromised as well, therefore we have made it our top priority to remain responsive to recent events.

UNSAFE!!! Aweful Office Staff
Within the past few months cars are being broken into, tires are being slashed, and graffiti all along the property. No one has yet to be held responsible and office staff members are not helpful. I have lived here for over a year and since the new phase has opened there has been a lot of crime. Office staff members are very very unfriendly and snobby. This place is too expensive to live here with all these negative encounters. Save your money.

Watch out for this place. There has been more than 15 cases of tires getting slashed and paint on doors. Management has not done anything about it.

Was hoping for more...
The buildings are nice, the office is nice, the pool is nice, but that is about the limit to what is nice about the complex. The location is very convenient to naything you'd need - shopping, theaters, restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc - but the traffic on Bullsboro is heinous. There are constantly children running around unsupervised, banging on other units' doors, running up and down stairs, etc. It is literally a horde of children every day after 4 PM. My unit backs up to the vollyball pit and that is the family playground for all the children. The trash dumpster is constantly overflowing, broken, or residents just don't know how to use the door. Roaches/water bugs everywhere, I have tons of dead bugs in my cabinets. Office staff is inconsistent at best, forgetful and irresponsible at worse. I have had several conversations with a few office staff members and policies and procedures are not consistently upheld or communicated between staff members. There are constantly people walking around, leaving food wrappers and beer bottles in the plants and landscaping. Pets are allowed to walk around the complex leashless - my small dog was bitten by another dog on our normal walk. Washer/dryerā¦Ā See More>anonymous
