Lived in this apartment for one year and am SO GLAD to be moving out. I have seen Projects that have more class. First off, for a "Gated community", the gates never work properly and were supufluous anyway seeing as there is NO FENSE to keep gated. Apartment is decent size for money but quality of apartments left much to be desired. Noisy neighbors, lots of kids, amenaties never in working order. the gym and laundry rooms were a joke. my main problem was A/C and heat problems. Climate control never worked properly and maintainance always made excuses rather than fixing problems

Horrible Experience
First off, when me and my fiance rented our apartment, we came in and the staff was extremely friendly. That changed soon after we signed our paperwork. First off, the way it was explained when we signed our lease was that Charter was offered as an optional conveniance to be packaged with our rent. When I found out how much cheaper it could be for another cable company, I tried to switch. At THAT point the leasing office told me yeah we could get cable somewhere else, but we still had to pay charter $40 a month whether we had there cable or not. There has been mailbox vandalism, cars broken into and stolen, and the gate is always broken. Even though they advertise a safe gated community with cameras, they only have one camera and its watching only the gate, which is broken anyway. They even sent out a newsletter saying that residents should not look at the gate as a sense of security and they want residents to respect that safety is our responsibility. STAY AWAY
The villas at newnan crossing has completely ruined renting for me. The leasing staff is rude and stuck up. The units are extremly over priced. You can follow all the leasing rules and they will still find something to gripe at you about. Breaking a lease can cost up to 3 grand. The seem great at first but after the first month they go from sweet and helpfull to rude and impossible to deal with. The yate can be open till 3am. If you wanna pay this much for an apartment please find somewhere else where the staff is not so rude.

Awesome
We have been here for 3 years now and love it. Its funny when people come over and are overwhelmed at how nice the entire complex is. Everyone predicts $300-$500 more than we actually pay.Simply put Tonya & her staff are awesome. Never have I ever had a concern that wasnt handled and by concern I mean the typical expected wear & tear. The grounds landscaping is great & perfectly maintained. We love the layout of the apartment and design, colors, counters, garden tub - you name it. The pool is my favorite, especially now that its salt water. The Villas at Newnan Crossing has lived up to their motto of luxury apartments with exceptional living & yes I am proud to call it home.

Run for your life!!
I have been hear a half of yr. And i have seen the projects with better up keep than this.. Normal cares less about you if your not --------. The ground are neglected.. I went to visit my friends and they have had a mattress and box spring outside there apartment since last Weekday and today is Monday and the -------- next door to her have just added trash... If your homeless i understand..but if you are a clean person please consider not now...

Welcome to the ------
I have lived in Newnan Crossing for going on 3 years.The only reason I have stayed that long is financial situations. Trust me its been 3 long hard years. The type of people they let move in these apartments is outrageous. I know they are not doing background checks on these tenants because I have witnessed drug deals in the parking lot, children involved in fighting, ill mouth parents and children all hours of day and night. Since I have lived here my screens on my windows have been vandalized, cars have too. These children are OUT OF CONTROL and there parents could care less the parents never know what there kids are doing and never even step outside to see. If you have small children DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to live only inside like you live in prison. I would rather pay a little more to live somewhere that is nice than to pay less to live in this trashy neighborhood! Do your homework before moving here...Ride around in the evening hours not just day hours before deciding. I only toured the apts in the day and thought oh there nice.Yeah right.

Bad
This was the biggest mastake of my life moving into Newnan crossing. From the time i signed my lease it has been nothing but problems. my toilots are always stopped up atleast twice a week and it takes 2 days for them to get here to fix it. my apt was broke into and the office refuse to send out letters in order to inform the tenets that they should be on the look out. Every month there is a new charge added to rent it takes the manager days to figure what is going on but they still insist on me paying for something that cant be explained. I have mode growing all over my walls and belongings and when I told the office they said because i need to run my AC and open my windows wow are u serious i keep my windows locked because Im afraid of my apt being broke into. I dont run my air because im on a budget. So now they say its my fault and ill be responsible for damages caused my the mold.I have picture they wasnt saved in the correct files in order to post them

No other place to live!
I have lived at the Villas at Newnan Crossing for almost 2 years & LOVE it! The staff in the office is AMAZING!! Maintenance are always on top of things. The grounds are always kept nice & clean. I would recommend living here to anyone!

are you kidding me?
i live in the villas now and i am getting ready to sign my third 12 month lease...i have lived in apartments my entire adult life and this is by far the best experience i have ever had. my rent includes my cable which saves me time and money and the staff always make me feel welcome. i can't imagine living anywhere else in newnan i am central to all shopping and eateries and love it here.

Okay just not the best
Newnan Crossing is an okay apartment complex for the amount of money you pay. It has everything you NEED. You are not getting a lot of extras here, but it worked good for me when I needed to save some money. The complex is somewhat noisier than most, but you get used to it. The problems I faced with it had nothing to do with the office or bugs or anything like that. The office seemed perfectly fine to me, and I saw maybe two bugs in my apartment the whole time I lived there. The things that bothered me was A) the pool is very small and almost always closed, and B) the gym in too tiny to do much in. If you are looking for an apartment that's cheap and not dangerous, Newnan Crossings in for you. I lived there for a year, and I'd still recommend it for anybody who asked.

Crime Prone plus worst management
During my stay there have been frequent crimes like mail box vadalizing, car break in etc.. There is always something wrong with the security gates. And the leasing office is not helpfull at all. Monthly rates are too high. Dollar per dollar Stillwood Farm Apt are way way better. Cant wait to MOVE OUT.

Resident at Villas at Newnan Crossing
The professional and caring staff have made a significant difference! I've been living at the Villas at Newnan Crossing for over 5 years. The staff have made me feel that they really do value me as a resident! I've had several experience that really made me feel blessed to be living at the Villas at Newnan Crossing. During these times,the management team went far beyond the call of duty to meet my needs! I want them to know that they have made a positive difference. I always feel when I'm driving through the gate that I'm home! Home is a place where I want to live!

life in newnan xing
we have been in this apartment complex for 2 years and have found the office staff very nice and professiional. the grounds are well taken care off and kept clean. any complaints have been delt with fast and always in a good time frame. i would reconmend this complex over any other in newnan. there are always going to be things you dont like about an apartment, its not a house where you have control of your yard. but over all they really try to be helpfull and always speak as you enter the office. i have nothing bad to say about this complex.

Love it
I lost my home in a divorce and really did not want to move to an apartment with 2 teenagers but to my surprise I love it here. The staf is wonderful and take care of any needs in a timely manner. They go above and beyond and for that I am greatful and love calling this home.

Newnan Crossing is HORRIBLE.
When we first moved in, the lady in charge had really cleaned up the place and the first two months were great. After a few months, a new woman was put in charge and she let anything and everyone move in, including shady drug dealers (I've seen many drug deals happen in the complex by the way). They have a day care thing for kids, which is good, but there are NO ADULTS watching the kids, and so far these kids have tried to break into my friend's car, they burnt the wires on our ac unit and we didn't have air for a week (during GA summer so you can imagine how horrible that was), and these kids come and knock on our doors every day. The leasing office actually accused me and my boyfriend of doing drugs? And out of EVERYONE that lives there, we should be the ones that they least suspect. It's so ridiculous. It's been such a hassle and chore to live here rather than just living somewhere comfortably. Also, no one in the leasing office can speak correct English, except the maintenance men, so good luck with that.

Insects
Staff is nice. But do not live on the first floor. Insects of all sorts inhabit the first floor apartments. Roaches, centipedes, Rolli pollis, spiders. Called office and even after apartment was sprayed it was still plagued. Outside of that great apartments.

living conditions
This community has changed. There are a different calibur of people moving in, as if management has lowered their expectations and just decided to make sure that all units are filled. Children no longer have curfews on school nights, which is awful. The stairways and breezeways are filthy and need to be painted. People who are paying market value for these units are placed with people who receive discounts (based on your income) and some of their level of taking care of the property is not as you would have it. Cars are speeding by with loud music, going through the exit side because they probably don't live there or just plain out dont't care. There is no type of security. Children are setting small fires in units and wooded areas, parents are involved in the fighting of children. The laundry room floors and tops of the washing machines and dryers are filthy. I have seen cleaner public laundry units. This apartment does not due inspections, nor do they spray for insects, whether you accept or decline, this service is not offered. I hated giving up my home.....
Sadly I had to move from the Villas at Newnan Crossing and I really hated it. The experience of living there has been wonderful. The staff, from the Office Personnel to Maintenance Crew, are the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met. They are genuinely caring, considerate, warm and hospitable people. Being handicapped and living alone I really appreciated that and they actually made me feel safe like having a good, caring neighbor close by. The grounds are kept immaculate as are the apartments. The Maintenance staff were very friendly and timely as well as helpful. They care a lot about the appearance and maintenance of their grounds and apartments and it really shows. Makes you care also. I never had any problems with rude or obnoxious neighbors, loud music or anything that would have made my living there unpleasant. Not once did I ever need the services of the on site security for anything. So I had good neighbors also. Stay away from this place!!
These apartments are Awful. There were roaches everywhere and mildew on the windows and tubs. When I called to report the mildew growth I was assured it would be taken care of. No one ever came to do anytyhing about it. Also, people would smoke in the breeze ways or where ever they pleased. I was pregnant at the time; I had to hold my breath as I walked past or take a long way around. Once I had the baby I Always went around but for the money I was paying this shouldn't have been an issue. Once I went to move out my "Notice to Vacate" had Never been filed and my belongings were thrown away because I wasn't physically staying in the apartment at the time even though I was up to date on my rent. The insurance company says $500 is FAIR for what was thrown away and the apartment complex won't return my deposit or last week's rent from the time they ILLEGALLY threw my belongings away.

I live in Newnan Crossing and it is a wonderful experience. Never really have had any problems. Maintenance is always done within 2 or 3 days, residents are very nice, very affordable, and great location. If you are looking for a one room apt...this is the best for your buck. The 1/1 is a perfect good sized apt for one person and is very affordable. I get a good deal on the cable and the garbage its included in the rent. I am very satisfied it is close to everything.

Don't live here if you like being treated like a human being.
The apartments themselves aren't so bad, I mean the walls are thin and the carpet is cheap and so are the countertops, unlike the price of renting one. The community is a bit stiff, if you plan on being awake past 10 PM do not move here or you will have a noise complaint for walking around in the apartment you overpay for at your door every morning. The management is absolutely the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Hands down. They lied to us multiple times, would never contact us back if they needed to, and just treated us like they were superior to us. But parking is excellent.

GOOD APARTMENT
Ive lived here for about 2 months now. No complaints really. With all apartments you got minor things you could get annoyed at, but they're not bad here. The people are nice enough, the office is fine. I read all these other reviews and wonder where in this complex they're living. I'd recommend these apartments to my friends for sure

Its really not as bad, as the reviews says.
This is a great place for families and beggining marriages to start their lives. It is very affordable and SPACIOUS. I had read the reviews before moving in, and I had serious doubts about this place but honestly its really not as bad as the reviews says. I have lived here for a year and I am about to renew my lease for another year!. The manager it is very nice, and if you have any problems with the appliances, all you have to do its say so, and they will change it for you.

We cant wait to move!!!! I am sick and tired of this dump!!!
I only renewed my lease because I thought we were only going to be here 5 months. Now I wish we would have moved somewhere else for that short time! First off if you have kids this is not the apartment for you! They have no playground. Instead you find kids forced to play in the parking lots and breezeways. The management in their infinite wisdom decided to get rid of the speed bumps so now you have to dodge the punks who live here flying up and down the main road. The walls, ceilings, and floors are so thin we are about to be evicted because my two year runs and plays in the house. bear in mind we had no complaints for 18 months but now the $itch who lives below us complains nonstop saying he causes her dishes to rattle and her ceiling fan to shake! He is 30 pounds!!! Sounds like poor quality to me! Judge for yourself if you do a walk through, stop in the gym and you can hear the office staff above you walking. Read this for accurate ratings on the Villas at Newnan Crossing.
I have lived in the Villas at Newnan Crossing for over a year now. I just renewed my lease last month. I love it here and the rating that it has recieved is the most inaccurate rating I have every seen. The maintence staff is excellent and the office staff is very proffesional but alson very outgoing. The grounds keep is great and the aminities are one of the best parts of living here. As far as safety I work night shift so I do not get home until 1 or 2 a.m and I always feel safe walking across the parking lot. I love this place and if you rent from any other apartments in Newnan I am sorry, your loss.
